Novotel Buenos Aires

Good stay. The room was nice, although small. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants. There's no price list for the minibar anywhere in the room. There's a QR code that's supposed to show you the prices but it only has the room service menu and laundry prices. Upon check-in, I was charged a 20% tax which foreign tourists are exempted from. The reason given was that I paid part of my bill (about 1/3) with points. This was not in the terms that I accepted anywhere and I read them, otherwise I'd have not used the points. The hotel can make up charges now and force people to pay. Despicable.

Hotel was lovely and in such a great location to explore Buenos Aires. ||The room was great, strange shower where there’s a glass window so can see people in the shower but a curtain is provided to give privacy. But room was lovely! ||Staff at reception and security guard were always welcoming and the lifeguard and the pool was very friendly!||Pool is so relaxing after a long day of exploring the pool to swim and relax is just what is needed! ||Like I said the hotel is in such an amazing location with delicious restaurants nearby! Was just perfect!||Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful Buenos Aires hotel which is in the hip and happening theater district / street. Love this extremely contemporary hotel. The toilet is modern and the bed comfortable. Love the eco friendly large bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Highly recommended.

Mostly was good. Clean rooms, in an excellent location For an international hotel chain it was missing complimentary water and slippers. The real negative was it was a little noisy. Could hear quite a lot of noise form upstairs. Also every time a room close by closed the front door, my whole room shook.

Very helpful front desk staff, Fernando and his colleagues assisted us with directions and city info. Nice pool area, a little refuge in the big city.. Good breakfast. Location is central, restaurants nearby, right in theatre district. Close to buses and metro. Would definitely stay here again.

However, although it was hot at 25 degrees, they only activated the central airconditioning late at night after repeated requests.

Ms. Florencia brought us up to our rooms on the|9th flr because she could not give us the access cards (I can’t recall why). She was unable to grant our request for a room on the top floor. Fortunately, the guests above us didn’t have heavy feet or dragged anything.||Novotel’s breakfast staff kindly packed ham and cheese sandwiches for us on 4/6 when we checked out for an early flight. The first time they packed breakfast to go for us due to an early pick-up time for a tour, they also offered coffee.||Their complimentary breakfast has a wide spread of sweet cookies, pastries, croissants, etc.

We changed rooms on our first night because it faced the main street (room 810), and the window did not seal properly. We could hear the Michael Jackson impersonator loud and clear every 15 minutes. We were moved to a room on the opposite side of the hallway (which faced the pool area – room 809). Well above the pool so we were not affected by any pool noise. A comfortable hotel with a good in-house restaurant.

I attended a private event. The Event services, catering, AV and the location was great. It's centrally located near the financial district of Buenos Aires.

i was always wondering how elephants b.o. smells like and finally got my answer in my last two visits to this hotel. still wondering how it managed to get through the door but from the room smell it was clear it managed to do it. i complained at the front desk in both occasions but got the here comes the overly sensitive gringo vibe which usually starts with an -i completely understand, followed by a slight rolling of eyes. this hotel used to be nice right when it was opened and before they let elephants stay there but it seems that since not much was done to keep up with the wear and tear of the wild. also corrientes avenue is a little bit more, how to say it, jungle than it use to be, which would explain the change in the nature of the patrons of the hotel. personal note: i have nothing against elephants, some of my best friends are elephants.

From the moment I came trough the door, i felt very well taken care of! Everyone in the front desk is very attentive and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food and very complete breakfast. Also, the pool is amazing!
