Novotel Buenos Aires

Well located. Very helpful staff, my flight delay meant I did not arrive till late evening to greeted by a pleasant receptionist who checked me in very efficiently and was on my way to the room in no time. The room décor was dark wood, not what I would have chosen but that is simply person preference and not a criticism. On the plus side my room faced away from the busy main road and so was quiet, no street noise.

This hotel has an awesome locaiton. It is in an excellent spot right in the theatre district, with a nice lobby leading into the street. Very close to great eating (Pizza Guerrin), as well as great food right in the hotel. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and the pool was just off the lobby. Staff were very helpful. Great place to stay for business.

Super nice hotel. Great location in Buenos Aires. Reasonable price. Very nice buffet breakfast. Pool was clean and water was a comfortable temperature..warmed by the sun. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location, near the obelisk and next door to Guerrin Pizza (#1 in Buenos Aires) is quite good. The rooms are comfortable although the sinks are a bit too modern and splash too much.

The room was tired and fairly basic and quite cramped. Only one towel per person in the bathroom and a leaky shower. The breakfast buffet was less than inspiring

Great location. All famous landmarks are within walking distance. On the theatre land, all famous theatres are nearby or on the same street where the hotel is. Breakfast options are good. Try Chipa and Dahi.

Forget anything you can expect as Novotel hotel, service of 3 star hotel Ibis with no extra amenities in the room, old room, small windows. Never will come back again

The bedrooms were outdated with a transparent wall for the shower which meant everytime the bathroom light went on, the entire room lit up disturbing the other guest. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, with a puddle stain by the toilet throughout our stay - regardless of whether we had housekeeping on the day. The AC was also set to one mode - heat, which blew out hot hair throughout. We asked to change to cold but the hotel were not able to change the mode so we asked if we could have a fan but they could not provide this. Their solution was to open the window - however given the location it was extremely loud throughout the night and hence we had to choose between sleeping in a sauna or sleeping in the city centre. I was expecting more from a large hotel chain and 4 star hotel - ultimately, I will not be booking Novotel again.

I attended a private event. The Event services, catering, AV and the location was great. It's centrally located near the financial district of Buenos Aires.

i was always wondering how elephants b.o. smells like and finally got my answer in my last two visits to this hotel. still wondering how it managed to get through the door but from the room smell it was clear it managed to do it. i complained at the front desk in both occasions but got the here comes the overly sensitive gringo vibe which usually starts with an -i completely understand, followed by a slight rolling of eyes. this hotel used to be nice right when it was opened and before they let elephants stay there but it seems that since not much was done to keep up with the wear and tear of the wild. also corrientes avenue is a little bit more, how to say it, jungle than it use to be, which would explain the change in the nature of the patrons of the hotel. personal note: i have nothing against elephants, some of my best friends are elephants.

From the moment I came trough the door, i felt very well taken care of! Everyone in the front desk is very attentive and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food and very complete breakfast. Also, the pool is amazing!
