The hotel is very well located at a 5 minutes from the obelisk and walking to distance to many places like Teatro Colon and San Telmo. The rooms also, although small, they are newly furnished with a modern style. I requested my room to be upgraded as an Accor platinum member but I was told the hotel was full. It was a disappointment since even if full, other accor hotels made efforts to upgrade my room register ming my request and calling me to change to a better room during my stay. The restaurant also offers delicious meals which I liked. The breakfast however was not up to my expectations. No cappuccino machine and the omelette was not that good. There weren’t also many choices of vegetables (no carrots, no tomatoes…etc.)|The staff are friendly professional, and very helpful. The only serious issues I encountered was the hygiene. The first night I found hair on the towels as well on the bed. The next days I found living bugs in the cookies box I was offered as Elite member gift. That was shocking. And luckily I checked the box before eating. I believe that was a serious issue and absolutely not acceptable. Especially given the fact I paid double to regular fee (the hotel was fully booked so the remaining rooms were at double rate). If I see such issues in Novotel then what is the point of me staying in brand hotels as these things are regular in cheap hotels.

The hotel is located in a very good area, close to the Obelisk, with well-rated restaurants, where I ate the best grilled beef. It is very clean, but they do not provide slippers and bathrobes. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was very good, but not very varied. I was glad that, in the basement, I found an area where I could weigh my luggage before leaving. My stay in Buenos Aires was wonderful, but one day I was left without my phone. It was snatched from my hand by a motorcyclist. So, be very careful even at the pedestrian crossing!🙂

The hotel itself is great, consistent with the quality of most Novotels. However, if you want some peace and quiet at night, staying near Obelisk in microcentro might not be for you. Great for a personal vacation, but maybe not if you're on business and need to wake up early every morning.

Good stay. The room was nice, although small. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants. There's no price list for the minibar anywhere in the room. There's a QR code that's supposed to show you the prices but it only has the room service menu and laundry prices. Upon check-in, I was charged a 20% tax which foreign tourists are exempted from. The reason given was that I paid part of my bill (about 1/3) with points. This was not in the terms that I accepted anywhere and I read them, otherwise I'd have not used the points. The hotel can make up charges now and force people to pay. Despicable.

Swimming pool is closed until further notice! Unfortunately, I am giving a low rating due to the swimming pool and sauna both being closed. I was not informed about this in advance. For me, this is disappointing, as I chose to stay here based on this. I still have 2* as the service was good, as were the bedrooms. Yet, it is disappointing that these facilities weren’t available

Arrived late at night and left reasonably early so my experience was somewhat limited. Staff were very friendly on arrival and departure, breakfast was adequate and the location good. Busy area of town though right in the theatre district.

well located. A bit noisy. Overall nice rooms but had some maintenance issue in the rooms. Reservation thru the Accor app did not go smoothly.

Beautiful Buenos Aires hotel which is in the hip and happening theater district / street. Love this extremely contemporary hotel. The toilet is modern and the bed comfortable. Love the eco friendly large bottles of shampoo and shower gel. Recommended. However, although it was hot at 25 degrees, they only activated the central airconditioning late at night after repeated requests.

Yelp
I attended a private event. The Event services, catering, AV and the location was great. It's centrally located near the financial district of Buenos Aires.

Yelp
i was always wondering how elephants b.o. smells like and finally got my answer in my last two visits to this hotel. still wondering how it managed to get through the door but from the room smell it was clear it managed to do it. i complained at the front desk in both occasions but got the here comes the overly sensitive gringo vibe which usually starts with an -i completely understand, followed by a slight rolling of eyes. this hotel used to be nice right when it was opened and before they let elephants stay there but it seems that since not much was done to keep up with the wear and tear of the wild. also corrientes avenue is a little bit more, how to say it, jungle than it use to be, which would explain the change in the nature of the patrons of the hotel. personal note: i have nothing against elephants, some of my best friends are elephants.

Yelp
From the moment I came trough the door, i felt very well taken care of! Everyone in the front desk is very attentive and helpful. The restaurant has delicious food and very complete breakfast. Also, the pool is amazing!
