The hotel offers excellent service, truly deserving of its 5-star rating. The rooms are clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is delicious, with two hot noodle dishes available daily, and smoothies among the beverage options. The only downside is the swimming pool — the water wasn't clean, and the filtration system seems outdated. The water was quite murky, and when I raised the issue with the staff, they acknowledged it as well. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway and expect a high-quality pool experience, this may not be the right choice. I sincerely hope the hotel will improve this aspect.

I just had a wonderful experience at the Novotel hotel. Our family booked a table to watch the fireworks on the final night. We watched the fireworks and had delicious food. The food was very diverse, from seafood to dessert. I was most impressed with the lobster sauce and abalone soup. I found that although there were many customers, the staff were very quick and cheerful when working. Especially the Bana beer at night was very impressive. The staff advised that it was only available at Sungroup's facility. I will come back to enjoy more a la carte dishes here.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel hotel, thanks to its great location, spotless cleanliness, and excellent service. The breakfast buffet was varied and high in quality, with fresh fruits, pastries, local dishes, and a live egg station. The dinner buffet was just as impressive—plenty of fresh seafood, grilled meats, and a live cooking station that made the experience more exciting. The pool was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view—a perfect spot to unwind. Big thanks to Le Vy, the lovely breakfast hostess with a warm smile and kind attitude. She even remembered my room number without me having to say it, which truly surprised me. Her attention to detail made my mornings feel extra special.

Rooms and hotel generally a bit dated but location is handy to most things and the gym is good (though it can be very heavily occupied at times). Carpets could do with either a total refresh or at least a thorough steam clean. The room I had did not have total blackout curtains - there was an annoying gap that let in a huge amount of sunshine and woke me up early morning each day. Overall, decent value for its price point

This hotel has a great location as it is close to the airport and Han Market, offering convenient access. The view is stunning, especially with the dragon bridge over the Han River in sight. Additionally, the night view from the lounge on the 29th floor was simply fantastic. The swimming pool was of an appropriate size for families to relax, and it was very convenient to have beach towels readily available at all times.

The place is clean and well maintained. We were on the 27 floor and the view was extraordinary. Rooms are comfortable and beds are very soft. We had a breakfast included and it was superb, the food choices were a lot and the food was very good. The pool is clean and with a great view. All the staff members are young and very nice and work with a smile. Over all 10/10, the place could compete with the most renowned hotels.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of housekeeping and laundry services at Novotel. The rooms are always cleaned, tidy and fragrant every day. The housekeeping staff are very friendly, professional and always ready to assist when needed.||The laundry service is also very good - clothes are washed, ironed and delivered on time. I am especially impressed with the way the clothes are packed after washing - very neat and careful.||Thank you to the HK and LD teams of Novotel for giving me a pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely come back and continue to support!
