I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Tuan for the lovely cup of latte — it was a small gesture but made my day so much better. The coffee was delicious and perfectly made, adding a personal touch to an already great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay, and I look forward to coming back again.

It’s been a lovely experience staying at Novotel. The location is very convenient. We were greeted by very helpful staff at the reception who gave us a lot of info on how to go about sightseeing. The room on a high floor, though not v big size, had a beautiful balcony overlooking the Han river . The beds were v comfortable & the water in the shower was nice and warm. The breakfast is very extensive and not to be missed . Another experience that awaits you is the SkyBar with flashing lights and pulsating music . Must try the Mystery Amber cocktail! All in all a wonderful stay- would def recommend )))

Excellent F&B and Room Service experience I had a great experience with the F&B team, especially Room Service. The food was delicious, well presented, and delivered on time. Stayed at Novotel for a few days and honestly had a really good experience. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nothing fancy to talk about, but everything worked well, which is exactly what you want when staying at a hotel. Big thanks to Linh at the front desk. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. Check-in was quick, she explained things clearly, and every time I passed by the lobby she greeted me with a smile. It felt natural, not forced. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. The facilities, including the pool, gym, and breakfast area, were well-maintained and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, both local and international. Stayed here recently and everything was smooth from start to finish. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The hotel feels well managed and easy to stay in. Location was convenient, and the staff in general were polite and helpful without being over the top. I did not have to ask for much, but whenever I needed something, it was handled quickly. Overall, a solid stay with no complaints. Would stay here again if I am back in the area.

Best hotel in Danang! Wonderful views of the Han River and the ocean! Breakfast is a good spread with very friendly and helpful service staff to assist you with your morning coffee fixes. Rooms are large and clean. My studio offers guests a nice balcony with in-room washer and dryer, absolutely convenient for any traveller. The executive lounge also offers a place for quiet escape while taking in the beautiful and breathtaking Danang sights at 29th floor!
