I wouldn’t stay here ever again. Probably my worst hotel experience in over 12 years. On arrival we were shown a room which was dirty, carpets badly stained and quite smelly. I asked to be moved and the courteous lady on check out obliged. However this room was only marginally better. The balcony had exposed pipe work, there was rubbish on the balcony and bathroom old, tiles broken and just not nice, not even a vent in it and it’s an internal wall facing bathroom so no windows. The Apartment we had felt very basic and not worth what we paid per night. |Our bedroom experience with staff was mixed from getting great service occasionally to mostly shrugged shoulders and couldn’t care less attitude. We ordered a meal at the bar and one of the orders was forgotten and when it did arrive it had cheese on even though we had clearly explained an allergy and asked for the cheese not to be added. |I’m sure this hotel could be great however ACCOR need to pay attention to this lack lustre, old fashioned, dowdy place. The atrium look great but that’s where it ends. I’d never, ever waste my money here again. Lack of customer service across the board with the exception of 2-3 staff and seemingly unhappy staff who take no pride in their jobs. In fact one bar staff was rude to customers. |In short needs an upgrade, staff need some leadership, most staff need training in customer service and overall not a nice hotel.
