Novotel Den Haag City Centre

Had a very comfortable stay at Novotel Den Haag City Centre. I requested a room with a view and Karim from Guest Services really delivered! Thank you! We had the Executive room right above the Passage sign. Beautiful view of the busy City Centre streets, with the running trams. ||The hotel had the perfect location which was right beside the Passage, a historic shopping arcade with a beautiful glass roof. Binnenhof and Mauritshuis within walking distance as well. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Highly recommended!

I am so glad I booked this hotel it was the perfect location, shopping is walking distance you could spend the whole day wandering about the shops. Staff were great, breakfast was yummy we loved it. I would definitely come back. Great price as well as I managed to get in time for the summer sale. Clean hotel with everything you need, also has a small play corner for toddlers which my little one enjoyed when we needed to come back for downtown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel, From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I was even offered a complimentary welcome drink. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, and the view from my window was stunning. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was fresh and tidy. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better – central, safe, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, Novotel went above and beyond. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. I will definitely be returning!

We stayed here for one night with our dog. We loved getting a dog back including poo bags, treats and a ball. Our dog Clover was so into that ball, that she played for a long time. For anyone who is travelling by car, there car park is only for small cars as it is a car lift. We drive a big truck and we would not fit into the car park. There is a large undergo urn car park nearby, which is better if you have a large vehicle. €40 for 24 hours but lots of space. We enjoyed the location as it is directly in the city. Easy walking distances to everywhere. The breakfast was good and we have had dinner in the restaurant. The food was very good. There is a gym on the top floor with great views over the city. We will be back next year with our clients. Thank you very much.

I was really impressed with this hotel that we used as a stopover on the way to France. It was located very centrally with lots to do nearby. We were able to use the car park which was a real bonus as we had driven from the UK. The staff were very helpful, especially on front desk, room was clean and spacious and breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the highlight for me was definitely the bathroom. After a long and tiring day of travel, soaking in the bathtub was the perfect way to relax and unwind - it made a real difference to my trip. Customer service was also excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My only small regret is that the view from the room was partially blocked by the rooftop of neighboring building, so I could only see the sky. Overall, though, it was a great experience, and i would definitely consider staying here again, and recommend to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We also thought the staff was excellent, friendly and very focused on making our experience perfect. Good AC, clean rooms, and great location make this a do-over for us!!

I stay with Accor hotels a lot and this is not only one of the best Novotel stays I have had but probably one of the best hotel experiences I have had in total! Swetha on the reception went above and beyond to make my stay so comfortable. She knew exactly what I wanted before I even asked and was so attentive and friendly. My room was great, and super clean and comfortable. I hope I can come back soon and have another wonderful experience like I did with Swetha looking after my stay.
