Novotel Den Haag City Centre

This was a great hotel stay. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. Very good location as well. ||The room was a good size with a pen tea and coffee making facilities and a lovely shower. The plugs by the bed were intermittent but that’s neatly every hotel. ||The gym was ok - running machine, elliptical and a bike. Lovely views ||Breakfast was a bit expensive (€24).||Big thanks to the blond gentleman and the woman with cat’s eye makeup. Both incredible and helped me navigate the city

We came for a weekend stay with family and got a free upgrade to executive suit. The hotel welcomed us with a cosy atmosphere, play area for kids and a breakfast with exactly the right balance of choice, quality and taste. The hotel is in an excellent location in the city centre, near tram and at a historical shopping passage.

The hotel is located in one of the best areas of The Hague. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are very warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. I would like to highlight the outstanding service from the reception team, especially Michelle and her blonde colleague with blue eyes, whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. The rooms are cozy and warm, although the bed is a bit small. Cleanliness is at an excellent level.

I am so glad I booked this hotel it was the perfect location, shopping is walking distance you could spend the whole day wandering about the shops. Staff were great, breakfast was yummy we loved it. I would definitely come back. Great price as well as I managed to get in time for the summer sale. Clean hotel with everything you need, also has a small play corner for toddlers which my little one enjoyed when we needed to come back for downtown.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Novotel, From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Check-in was quick and seamless, and I was even offered a complimentary welcome drink. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The bed was perfect, and the view from my window was stunning. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, ensuring everything was fresh and tidy. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better – central, safe, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Overall, Novotel went above and beyond. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free stay. I will definitely be returning!

For a Novotel my expectations were much higher. The first room I received was very dirty and I was lucky that staff members were helpful in changing the room. If rooms were checked this would not occur. There is no fridge in the room, no coffee machine, toilet on one side of the room and the shower on the other. Honestly, the experience was disappointing.

We stayed here for one night with our dog. We loved getting a dog back including poo bags, treats and a ball. Our dog Clover was so into that ball, that she played for a long time. For anyone who is travelling by car, there car park is only for small cars as it is a car lift. We drive a big truck and we would not fit into the car park. There is a large undergo urn car park nearby, which is better if you have a large vehicle. €40 for 24 hours but lots of space. We enjoyed the location as it is directly in the city. Easy walking distances to everywhere. The breakfast was good and we have had dinner in the restaurant. The food was very good. There is a gym on the top floor with great views over the city. We will be back next year with our clients. Thank you very much.

The location of Novotel Den Haag City Centre was (as the name suggests) centrally and conveniently located for sightseeing, visiting museums, shopping, and accessing transit (for day trips, commuting to different business locations, etc.). But it was the staff that made this stay exceptionally memorable. Everyone from the front desk to breakfast service to dinner/bar service were incredibly friendly, always smiling, and so many went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. Thank you!

Noisy, run down sorry excuse for a hotel that is able to hide its true colours behind the flashy lobby, it convenient location, and friendly staff. Upstairs rooms are throwbacks to the nineties. Bad matrasses, noisy hallways.

My four stars aren't like michelon, zagat, aaa, etc, but rather my opinion of the value of this hotel. This is a basic hotel that is in a very convenient location if you are visiting for government business. Justice Ministry, parliament houses, train station, are all within walking distance. There is a functioning restaurant that offers room service and good breakfast in the morning. If you need to park a car here, make sure it is small, because the parking garage is difficult. The room furnishings aren't luxurious at all, but I didn't mind staying here for several weeks at a time. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping around the hotel. Honestly I'd rather be here than in one of the suburbs.

This place is awful. The toilet is in one room and in order to wash my hands I need to walk to another room. The hallways feel like a school dorm. It looks like it's built for staying just a single night. I'm here 3 and realize now I should have changed hotels.
