Novotel Florianopolis

Great location and excellent service! The hotel is in a perfect spot, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would improve is the pool — it would be amazing if it were heated, especially with such a beautiful view! Still, I definitely recommend staying here.

Spectacular stay!!, i like to extend my congrats to the cheaf Eduardo and all the waitress in special to Francisco and Shey for the amazing experience at the restorant , Also the recepcionist Emerson for the amability and warm treat to my family, always reciving us with a smile and given us the best recomendations, we stay for 6 Nights in the hotel, the installations ( Pool, gym, restorant, childrens play room, breackfast) are top level!! the room are so comfty and clean! I will recomended to my family and friends for sure and will come back always here!! When you arrived here you note the amability from everyone that works here ! Also the view from the pool and ubication are perfect to go anywhere in Floripa!

My wife and I stayed here for a week for my sister's wedding at a nearby beach venue. This hotel is well situated, close to many restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, and businesses. Additionally, taxis are readily available to come pick you up and take you anywhere on the island :) Unfortunately, the hotel lost my laundry while we were there, including part of the outfit I was supposed to wear on my sister's special day. After much back and forth over several days, they offered to compensate us for the lost items, but not for the inconvenience. They did the bare minimum. Overall a decent stay, but I'd probably stick to the laundromat around the corner next time!

In my opinion, Florianópolis is a beautiful and exciting place to visit. The beaches are amazing, the food is delicious, and the people are very friendly. It’s a perfect mix of nature and city life. I think it’s a great destination for relaxing, having fun, and exploring new places.

The check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and the bathroom had great rain shower head. The breakfast was good there was plenty of variety. The gym had a smith machine which you don't see in many Hotels. I had good work out! The pool area could use a few more lounging chairs, but if you go early you have the pool area to ourself! I ate in the restaurant one night and ordered the fish, it was very tasty but i had to order some vegetables to complete the meal.

My stay was overall good, the room was fairly decent spacious and airy, bed was comfy and quite big. My big bother was the bar, despite the bartenders were excellent and the service top notch the drinks were miserable. They were missing Cointreau limiting the menu, no Licor 43 to be seen whatsoever. I ask myself how comes a 4 star hotel is missing alcohol during summer season? That’s poor management! Then we asked a few drinks at the pool and I got given an old fashioned served in a plastic beer glass, I mean cmon! Even if there’s a concern about glasses at the pool you could serve me a proper whisky glass (made of plastic) same goes for a Martini, how in the planet you would serve me a Martini in a plastic random ugly beer glass? There’s literally a glass called Martini glass. Let’s step up your game Mr Bar Manager! Source decent plastic glasses!!
