Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The first thing I noticed was the exceptional cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was also very clean, with no signs of crust or stubborn stains. They also provided complete and quality toiletries. In addition, the public areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and breakfast area, were also kept clean. I was very impressed with the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and I will definitely be back again.

It was a nice experience for me to stay here. Even though the location is quite far, it’s still easy to access public transportation. The room was great with a nice view, and the food was delicious as well. The service was excellent — thank you, Kak Marsha, for looking after me; your service was amazing. I’ll definitely come back someday!

I stayed here for just one night as a quick change of scenery, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I was given a room on the 21st floor, which offered a nice view and a quiet atmosphere.The breakfast was decent — buffet style, with a good enough variety for a short stay. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job.The pool isn’t huge, but it’s enough to relax and cool off, especially if you’re not looking for anything too fancy.A solid option for a short stay in central Jakarta.The only downside was the air conditioning — it seems outdated and didn’t cool the room properly at all.

Room cleanliness is questionable, found chunk of hair on the bathroom floor and some hair strains on the bed cover and near the headrest. Note that Pool is under repair and the management fail to give notice beforehand. Location pretty good, a bit noisy with whistle noise in the morning as its beside very crowded street and u turn

Retuning customer for this hotel, due to its location. But hotel seems to be lack of maintenance.1) Safety box not working2) Water Tap handle fall off during usage3) One of the Lifts was always out of service4) My card was blocked twice due to system, had to go counter to reset it, other guest also experienced the sameNeed to improve.

I recently stayed at Novotel Gajah Mada Jakarta for 10 nights, and it was my worst stay ever. Despite having positive past experiences with Accor hotels, this stay was a nightmare.||Upon arrival, I faced difficulties getting an upgrade due to slow responses and unprofessional service. Even after securing an upgrade, the room was outdated, with a weird smell in the bathroom and stained carpet, and there was no hot water. I had to endure cold showers for several nights, which made me sick. Attempts to resolve the issue were met with inadequate solutions, and I felt cheated by inconsistent pricing for upgrades. Some staff members were friendly and nice, but overall, the service and hotel itself was disappointing.

Staying first 2 nights at 1206 (twin bed room) and I found clump of hairs on the shower floor, some random hairs under the pillow and dusts on many corners. Towels have disgusting stained so I have to request to change it. On the second day my pillow cover was not changed even though I already opened it because it has stains. Also room was dark, usually there is a lamp on the side of the table but this room does not have any. Overall disappointing experience from Novotel brand :(

The area hotel was clean and room to. I like all facilities here. Starting from entering the lobby it is clean, fragrant and fresh
