Don’t pass by on this hotel for a Jakarta Barat visit||||Modern hotel in a quiet safe location in Jakarta Barat a short walk from the Kota Tua. An amazing room so spacious roomy. Excellent wi-fi, cold A/C, well maintained room cleaning, good hot water and very quiet rooms. This hotel made my stay in Jakarta Barat and don’t let the location put you off as everything is so accessible very easy. The breakfast is a friendly modern area, very delicious and many variety of Asian. The staff are very helpful and friendly and worked hard at breakfast time to. The breakfast was very good and plenty full and tasty. Will be back here again soon. Don’t miss out on this great holiday and avoid using car as the parking space will be crowded on the public holiday since it's narrowed

The beds were comfortable, the staff very friendly, nice and clean rooms, breakfast was very good including eggs, small sausages, juices, coffee, tea, waffle maker and more. Excellent location. Did culinary exploration with the family, saw the Candranaya and Kota Tua. On December and near to the Christmas stay was perfect not so crowded. Windy and couple days of raining. Reasonably priced. Very Recommended.||We definitely will come again 👍👍👍

The air conditioner and water heater weren't working. Even when we were moved to another room, a significant amount of our belongings was still left in the first room - the closet was still full of our clothes, etc. However, the customer service was decent; the staff smiled and helped us, which was a plus. Overall, the hotel needs some upgrades to improve its facilities and service quality

Stayed here for 3 nights. I booked the superior suite. The room is great with ample space for living room and bed room. The bad point is the wifi signal is not stable. Beside that, everything was perfect. ||Food is great, however breakfast was little bit dissapointing. The room service however was good with plenty of choices. ||The hotel is great and i will want to go there again someday.

I stayed with family at the Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada, my second time at this Hotel. I'd decided on making a reservation there through Accor Website with a convenient location. The Hotel consists of restaurant, bar, swimming pool and Candranaya cultural heritage nearby, it's very unfortunate the parking area is a little bit narrow. Our room there was actually a large suite - I believe some are sold out for other guest or elite member. The cleanliness is superb, The A/C worked very well, and the wi-fi was excellent. Check-in was friendly and quick, everything was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. I was very happy with my stay at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada and will look to stay there again the next time I visit.

The carpeted floors are extremely dirty, and the hotel is old and poorly maintained. It is clearly long overdue for a full renovation. My first stay was acceptable, but during my most recent visit, the standards had deteriorated significantly. Cleanliness, upkeep, and overall quality were far below what is expected of a Novotel-branded property. There are many better, newer, and cheaper hotels available elsewhere. Save your money unless the hotel is genuinely committed to improving its standards. Looking at the pattern across reviews, it is clear that management merely responds with generic, templated apologies promising improvement, without taking concrete steps to address recurring issues or offering any meaningful compensation to affected guests.

Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada is a great option for stay in Jakarta Barat||The spacious and well equipped rooms at Novotel Jakarta Gajah Mada, make this great option for a stay in Jakarta Barat and an ideal base from which to explore the city, then come back relax, unwind and enjoy a good rest.||Our superior room was provided with a good sofa and a well equipped with smart TV 55", meaning that we could have easily find excitement. Room is well maintained and clean, A/C is very cold and the hot water works very well||The hotel also provides and excellent breakfast, with plenty of choice from the self service buffet.||Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel stored our bags before check-in and after check-out meaning that we could maximise our time in Jakarta Barat. Be smart on picking time since Jalan Gajah Mada has odd or even plate number in specific time, parking lot a little bit narrowed if you bring your own vehicle

We stayed here 2 nights and I will definitely stay again next time I'm in jakarta. Great location near old town attractions and good restaurants nearby. The gym and sauna were great and no extra charge. We didn't reserve breakfast but we did have room service and that was very good value for money. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
