Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The first thing I noticed was the exceptional cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was also very clean, with no signs of crust or stubborn stains. They also provided complete and quality toiletries. In addition, the public areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and breakfast area, were also kept clean. I was very impressed with the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and I will definitely be back again.

Overall a good and comfortable stay but I can see the damage that the passage of time had done to the hotel. Of particular note is that I have noticed that one marble tile on the wall for the shower (near the shower head) was cracked and I was worried that it might fall off and hurt me (Room 1101). Thankfully that didn't happen but hopefully team would consider looking into this and work to fix this.

It was a nice experience for me to stay here. Even though the location is quite far, it’s still easy to access public transportation. The room was great with a nice view, and the food was delicious as well. The service was excellent — thank you, Kak Marsha, for looking after me; your service was amazing. I’ll definitely come back someday!

the service is definitely up to the standard of Novotel 4stars. breakfast spread was not to the standard and clearly you can feel that they are lack of staffs and lack of management guidance. The only good thing i can say it is nearby Starbuck

Good service from staff. Front office Eileen was accommodating, she helped booked my stay and also arranged a change of room for me. Restaurant staff Mewar, Kerry and Ahmad are very nice and provided well for my breakfast.

I stayed here for just one night as a quick change of scenery, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I was given a room on the 21st floor, which offered a nice view and a quiet atmosphere.The breakfast was decent — buffet style, with a good enough variety for a short stay. Nothing too fancy, but it did the job.The pool isn’t huge, but it’s enough to relax and cool off, especially if you’re not looking for anything too fancy.A solid option for a short stay in central Jakarta.The only downside was the air conditioning — it seems outdated and didn’t cool the room properly at all.

Room cleanliness is questionable, found chunk of hair on the bathroom floor and some hair strains on the bed cover and near the headrest. Note that Pool is under repair and the management fail to give notice beforehand. Location pretty good, a bit noisy with whistle noise in the morning as its beside very crowded street and u turn

Being the first stop on a Java tour we thought it was okay for this price point. It was clean, but we have had better breakfast in other hotels. For Jakarta it's good enough!
