It’s my first time in Lampung for a business trip and I had quite a comfortable stay. I like the sleek, clean, and modern design of this particular Novotel. Even for its standard room, it is very spacious. One thing that I wish they could improve is their services. I called the receptionist to ask a few questions, they weren’t rude but not very friendly (judging by the tone itself) & eventually helpful, except for the fact that I was sick for a moment and had meds delivered to the receptionist. I called to ask if they could help send my package up, but said that they don’t provide those services. I’ve been to many hotels, and even the smaller/cheaper ones would do that favor, especially knowing that their guest is sick in their room. Maybe it could be something for the management to consider.
