Novotel Lombok Resort and Villas

Went on a day pass here and it was very quiet. Did not stay or see the rooms. While some staff offered good service many were just hiding and on their phones ignoring guests. The beach and pool were clean but many chairs and beds were dirty. If you want to swim in the ocean just be aware that the beach sand is very soft and you will sink in it. Went into ocean and I sunk in just below my knees so not good for people with mobility issues. If you’re looking for a resort that’s very quiet then this may be for you. Ate at the restaurant for lunch and it was very average but not bad.

We took the day pass with lunch to spend the day at the hotel. The architecture and general design is beautiful with a lot of natural stone and reed roofs. The swimming pools are small but enjoyable. The location is prefect and the staff make sure you aren't hassled by too many beach hustlers. The lunch was tasty but, on the day pass, you only have a choice of three items, which is a bit limiting. Recommended.

I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Kuta Lombok. The room was very good, clean & comfortable. The cleaners came in every day to clean the room and change the towels. Bottled water was complimentary in the rooms. All of the staff were amazing. Anything I asked for was there immediately. The food was very good. |I love the happy smiling faces everywhere 😊 thank you for looking after me so well

NY Eve trip with kids. Breakfast Food Not good. Too many flies on tables, you need to burn incense or use some other pest control. Restaurant staff not very welcoming or attentive. Overall the hotel looks and feels run down. GM is not doing his job properly. Not hotel management visible during stay. Gardens overgrown with weeds. Tables and chairs left out. NOT PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED!!! Won't come back and won't recommend to my network in Jakarta

We spent two weeks in this hotel and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff is the best asset of the hotel, Mr. Anto, Mr. Santana, Mr. Udin, Mr. Cakra, and everyone was very nice and attentive. The room is good but our opinion is that the whole hotel needs a renovation. The beach is dirty in the rainy season and the hotel is a little bit old. However, is a perfect hotel for children and to do a reset from work.

My family and l had a wonderful stay at the Novotel Lombok. Great location with beautiful, peaceful surroundings in a traditional Sasak style . I cannot recommend the staff highly enough , they went out of their way to help us with everything during our stay. The breakfast was great and always served with a smile .My family already miss the hotel and it's staff and look forward to returning in the future

Although the beach had too much seaweed but overall a lovely experience.|The pool villa was great and breakfast area was nice. Thumbs up to Pak Udin for making us feel at home.|Suggestion for pool villas. Microwave would be good addition to have

Excellent service from Udin and his team, Bambang etc in the restaurant and the girls at reception who organised our scooters were fantastic. The beach boys and our trip to the Gillies was also great. Our rooms were keep clean and tidy and we were given good advice on various surfing spots.
