Novotel Lombok Resort and Villas

An absolutely magical place! ✨ We visited at the end of September and, even though we were not hotel guests, we purchased a day pass for the beach club and private beach. The entrance fee was IDR 230,000 per person, which included access to the facilities plus one lunch and one drink each. It was definitely worth it – the lunch was very good, but the real highlight was the near-privacy of the beach. We had comfortable sunbeds with a great beach cabana, and there was hardly anyone else around – it felt almost like a private beach. On top of that, we could also enjoy the hotel’s pool. We were there with our two small children, and the place was very children-friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for the family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The staff were kind and helpful, making our day feel extra special. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet, exclusive, and family-friendly beach day! 🏝️

We spent 4 wonderful days in a beachfront pool villa. The location is stunning, the room is nice, the private pool amazing- we practically lived in it!- and the staff attentive and friendly. The food was reasonable- although limited options. The bar fantastic- happy hour very good value! The spa treatments are very good value as well and we had one each day, unheard of for us, Yana and Nani really looked after us! Mus the cleaner was friendly and did a great job. This is not 5 star but a fantastic unpretentious resort that I could not recommend more highly!

Amazing value for money hotel and villas. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The private pool is great. The beach was very quiet and peaceful. Great walking trails just to the left of the beach- walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful with great variety. The kids loved the kids club. It's small but they have lots going on. The staff were very friendly and helpful with arranging taxis. It's very close to the racetrack and racing starts at 8.30 am so you definitely hear them. There was loud music overnight but that was out of the hotels control.

We stayed at Novotel Lombok about two weeks when we organised a family event at Sgara Restaurant which is at Pullman Hotel. At first; we thought of canceling our stay at Novotel and booked with Pullman as it would be more convenient. On the other hand, we are glad we stayed where we were as even though Novotel appears to be slightly rundown with the age of the property, the ambience match the landscape. We like that it feels more like home and relaxed as compared to the clinical feel of Pullman Hotel. I do have to feedback that food options in Novotel would need to be improved. Overall, it is a very nice resort type of hotel if you want to kick back and relax. The staff are very accomodating and they made us completely feel at home.

I had a wonderful experience at Novotel. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! A special thank you to Udin and bika for their outstanding service – they were incredibly helpful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

The staff especially the General Manager were excellent to deal with and very supportive and helpful to any queries you have. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety changing daily some dishes too being great. The room and amenities was very good great bathroom plenty of hot water, wifi fantastic and very clean everything. This was a very relaxing stay for nine days enjoying the pretty beach to swimming in the pools. I certainly would recommend coming here to this nice part of Lombok.

The hotel it's like living in paradise...we stayed in a pool villa and the view from our room and sounds from ocean and birds were so harmonious...staff always smily and so eager to help you at any time! We loved Ferdika on the restaurant, a young boy so gentleman and so helpful,he captured our heart. Uddin also so polite and friendly, he helped us so much!!! I could write so many things....just want to come back!!!💖💖💖

The hotel is amazingly beautiful, clean and exotic, the staff is maximally there for you to have the most convenient holiday. They always smiling, super nice and supportive. Our room was well equipped with everything we need, it was clean and had amazing view. We definitely come back to Novotel, because they made our short holiday one of our best memory, and for that we will always remember them and keep in our hearts. Big thank you for everyone at the Novotel hotel!
