The staff are very friendly and helpful. Check-In is slow though, especially if there are tourists checking in or there are a large group. There is not much privacy or confidentiality. The rooms are standard. Of the three times I have stayed here, I have had issues with each room, usually the water pressure not being sufficient or the sink not emptying. The lifts are poor, as you constantly have to use your card to access the floors, this should only be the case when you enter from the reception. The air con is poor, does not work correctly, always stays around 19c. The hotel has a small gym, although some of the equipment is not working. The pool is small for the hotel, and the sauna is too hot. The worst part is the breakfast. I wouldn't say the dishes are tasty, they are bland. Also, if you want porridge, you have to pay £8. The location is good and the hotel stays fairly clean.
