Excellent hotel, staff were very friendly and quick with check in. The bar staff were excellent too, always checking for drinks and they offered us a better seat near the window when it was available. Room was excellent for being the cheapest available, great view from floor 29 and shower was really good. Water wasn't topped up every day but room was cleaned well. Swimming pool and 'sauna' was okay, pool could have been warmer and the sauna was a sanitarium for clarity (just a bit humid). Didn't get a chance to try breakfast as wanted to try nearby breakfast restaurants.

Greeted by Nelli and Tia for check in and was provided with exceptional service. Tia was very informative, extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed for our stay. She provided the relevant information while considering our experience and not trying to “sell” to us, instead it was warm and very caring service. I’m so pleased with my experience, the room is fantastic - she kindly checked if they had a room on a higher floor for the sake of our experience - the views are phenomenal, overall would greatly recommend. Pool, amazing bar, in an amazing location very close to nice food spots and the station.

Always have a good experience when i come to Novotel. They always make my stay comfortable, the staff are polite and the rooms are nice. One of the staff upgraded my room as he could tell i was having bad day which i really appreciate! One of the breakfast ladies was nice enough to offer me extras, she was very welcoming and sweet and made sure i got what i had asked for, her name was Barbra Francelia. Overall great hotel, I recommend !

Beautiful hotel! Tia and Christina on the front desk were so helpful along with every other staff member we spoke to. Great location in Canary Wharf. Amazing view and comfortable rooms. Pool, bar, cafe were all great. Highly recommend.

My stay at Novotel London Canary Wharf was overall excellent — the location, amenities, and staff were all impressive and made for a pleasant experience. However, the housekeeping service could use some improvement, as I noticed that used cups and spoons were not cleaned properly, and the complimentary tea and sugar were not replenished regularly. Aside from this, everything else during my stay was great and met my expectations.

Perfect stay. The view on London skyline from the room was incredible. Very comfortable, a great breakfast buffet and we also enjoyed access to the swimming pool and sauna. Service was great, we had an issue with the hair dryer in our room and it got replaced straight away.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were so friendly. Rooms were clean with an amazing view of the Shard and London Eye. Special shoutout to Jenna and the lovely girl who had only started that week (forgot her name sorry!)

Thank you for the incredible room with a breath-taking view of London's skyline—stunning both by day and night. The hotel staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, especially those in the breakfast area. And the food at Bokan 37 - Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
