Novotel Megève Mont-Blanc

Stayed for three nights in july with 2 adults and 2 kids (8&10). The hotel location was great, 3 min walk to Megeve centre and 1 min walk to Palais swimming centre. Free entrance to the pools and gym of the Palais is a huge plus because otherwise it would cost around 30€ per adult. Hotel has a handy parking garage which costs around 20€ per night. Overall hotel is beautiful and cosy and the service is polite and helpful. There was a couple downsides during our stay. First was quite limited selection of fruits and vegetables at the breakfast. The other was the service at the dinner which was otherwise great, but when we selected kids menu for the children it said that it includes food, drink and dessert. Well, there was also a small print at the end of the menu that said certain juices are not included in the kids menu. It was partly my mistake when I did not read the menu properly, but it would have been nice that the waiter would have told us that juices are not included in the kids menu. Otherwise kids menu would have costed 16€ now it was 21€ because we chose wrong drinks. Another dissapointing thing during dinner was that there was no lasagne left, which both of us adults would have liked to order. And also no churros, which kids would have liked to order for dessert. It is okay that sometimes all of the menu items are not available, but waiter should tell that when she brings the menus, not when we have finally decided what we want to order. And one thing that hotel staff is probably not aware of are the noises in the evening. We stayed in room 130 and every evening between 9-10 pm someone started to move furniture for the next 30-45 minutes. It was not other customers, it sounded like a cleaning of a restaurant or a conference room inside the hotel. It was not overwhelming but the noises were disturbing kids sleep at least in our room. All in all despite the few downsides I would recommend hotel to everyone and would stay there again!

We stayed for just night. I want to really appreciate the young lady at the reception. She helped us with everything, she was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Just a short walk from the center. The rooms are spacious and clean. Underground parking for a fee. We recommend it.🇫🇷👍🏔️

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel Megeve. Nice hotel and excellent location. Breakfast was very basic and the same dishes were served everyday. no varieties. Our biggest disappointment was with the pool restrictions and the miscommunication. The first photo you get when you search up the hotel is a big outdoor pool. The pool is not even a part of the hotel. Otherwise we were happy with everything else.

Perfect location, near everything in town and the view from the room was so pretty! The staff are extremely friendly and open! It was really nice to spend two days between them. And,they have plenty of little details like chocolate on the room and a photo booth where you can take so cool pictures! I highly recommend this magic place in the magnificent French Alps! Thank you so much for having us! The decoration is so cozy and I love to find all the teddy bears around the hotel!!

Had a good stay here to ski , enjoyed the location and shuttle to the ski lift. Walking into the village is great. Rooms were big and well appointed . Breakfast was busy but the choice was very good. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off at 4am so we had to evacuate .. it was over fast as caused by a guest smoking in their room .. I thought staff handled it ok but some guests were moaning.. not the staff’s fault. Would stay again for the proximity to village and price. Ski lockers didn’t lock though , so we kept our things in our car . Parking was fine.

I was there for the first time with my 2 small kids during the International Jumping competition and didn't regret. Very friendly staff (thanks again Angele and Antoine) and nice service. Great location at the heart of Megève and access to the swimming pool in the Palais des Sports which was perfect for the kids on a rainy day. Nice room and hotel in general and the service in the restaurant was super fast which helps when kids are starving. I've been in a few Novotel across Europe and particularly enjoyed this one! Well done

This is my second time at the Novotel Megeve, both with one of my two children. we both loved it and i think we will come back. Thank you to Claire @ reception and to all the staff. because of this stay i have now become Platinum and i am pleased as well. Next target is Diamond, by november 2025.
