Novotel Megève Mont-Blanc

♥️♥️♥️Today I had a wonderful opportunity to stay at Novotel Megève Mont-Blanc. The front desk staff provided excellent service and made a very strong impression on me—especially Alexander, who was truly outstanding. The hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the town. The property is beautiful and very clean, and guests can enjoy the spa facilities fully. This stay was a great experience overall. As an Accor member, I can confidently say that this group has never disappointed me.

From the moment we arrived, the reception team was absolutely outstanding. The welcome was warm, generous, and full of genuine hospitality. They kindly prepared a beautiful decoration and a lovely card to celebrate our wedding anniversary, which truly touched us and made the stay extra special. The room was amazing — spacious, very comfortable, and beautifully prepared. The hotel’s location is fantastic, close to everything yet calm and relaxing. The reception staff were exceptional, always helpful, smiling, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful stay with top-level service, generosity, and elegance. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and refined hospitality in Megève.

Really lovely hotel in the heart of Megeve. The price for rooms is very reasonable given the location, facilities, and rooms. The room itself was clean, modern, and spacious. The staff in the hotel are all very welcoming and on hand to help with anything you need. They all seem very happy to accommodate any requests. It’s also next to the ski store where you can hire any necessary equipment, which is very helpful to avoid unnecessary travel with heavy items. The breakfast is a bit hit and miss, and the options are very repetitive. If I could give one piece of advice it would be to improve the breakfast. They should have a chef cooking omelettes on request(very easy to do), and a menu with up to 5 items that can be made to order (smashed avocado on toast, shakshuka, eggs benedict, pancakes with berries, and French toast) and this would massively enhance the overall experience. We love staying at this hotel as a family. Especially during the ski season. The rooms serve us very well and we enjoy the location due to being far away from downtown noise yet close enough to walk to all the city shops and restaurants by foot. The staff is wonderful and helpful.

I am writing to formally express my strong dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. This was my first experience staying at your property, and it will absolutely be my last. Unfortunately, the stay caused me significant discomfort and frustration and fell far below any acceptable hospitality standards. The room was extremely cold to the point of being unbearable, and there was no functioning heating system. I contacted the front desk several times seeking assistance, yet no effective solution was provided, which made me feel completely neglected as a guest. The bathroom was also freezing and very uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the power outlets next to the bed were not working, forcing me to place my phone far from me. During the night, I often needed my phone only to find it fully discharged. The hotel’s electricity system is highly inconvenient, as switching off the lights cuts power to the outlets in the living area, which caused further inconvenience and discomfort. Overall, the room was in very poor condition and did not meet even the most basic expectations of comfort. The staff were unhelpful, the room was not properly cleaned, and essential amenities such as the vanity kit were not replenished. This stay caused me a great deal of stress and discomfort and was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and do not believe the service provided reflects the standards your hotel should uphold.

Alessandro and maya helped me so much during my stay. They were extremely kind, patient, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Their warm attitude and genuine care truly made a difference. Truly great service and hospitality. They made our stay even better with their positive attitude and helpfulness. Loved them both the most!!!

The location is perfect! We have a room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful mountain.A cup of coffee at the balcony is paradise. The staffs are really nice also the breakfast were so good and full of variation. When we arrived, it was a holiday and they give us the taxi number to deliver us to the hotel. Finally we had an Uber. We will come back for sure ＜3

Great hotel and very family- . I want to thank Aimee at the reception for her excellent service — she was always smiling and made everything easy for us, even with all my questions. The same goes for the rest of the staff; everyone was very helpful and kind. The only thing to keep in mind is the security deposit, which was €400.
