This hotel was, without exaggeration, one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
The staff’s attitude was extremely poor — cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with a lack of respect and basic courtesy.
The rooms are very underwhelming and honestly closer to substandard than acceptable. They do not reflect the impression given online.
The swimming pool photos are misleading. The “pool” they advertise is not even inside the hotel. It is an external club located about a five-minute walk away. The place feels like a dull university lobby rather than a proper leisure facility. This should be clearly stated instead of presented as an on-site amenity.
When we arrived at the external club, we were refused entry due to a specific dress code policy. No one from the hotel informed us about this requirement in advance. When we returned to the hotel to clarify, the receptionist said, “Oh, you were supposed to know,” in a careless and sarcastic tone, even laughing in a mocking way. It was dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, she acted as if it was our fault and showed clear indifference.
On top of that, despite arriving at the official check-in time, we were forced to wait two additional hours for our room. There was no proper apology or compensation offered for the delay.
To make matters worse, we were refused access to the rooms unless we paid a very high security deposit per person. This was never clearly communicated beforehand. The amount was excessive and unreasonable.
Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish — poor communication, misleading advertising, lack of transparency, and unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting honesty, quality, or even basic hospitality standards.
