Novotel Monte Carlo

It was a very pleasant stay of our family in Monaco at Novotel hotels group during the family vacation in Europe. We stayed at Novotel hotels before in other countries in Europe ( France and Austria). Your hotels group made a unique and important for us combination of three factors : affordability, location and outstanding service. Your prices for staying are very reasonable and competitive. Your hotels located very close from public transport like metro, trams stations. Outstanding service is always very clean rooms, excellent variety of food for breakfast, very pleasant and helpful personnel. I would highly recommend Novotel group hotels to other travelers

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. Staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast offered a delightful variety. I appreciated the convenient location and peaceful atmosphere. Overall a highly satisfying experience for my trip.

We stayed at Novotel Monte Carlo from October 15 to 16 and had a wonderful experience. The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful both during check-in and check-out. They kindly accommodated our early arrival by storing our luggage, allowing us to enjoy a city walk before our room was ready. At check-out, they once again allowed us leave our bags while we explored a few more city spots — a small gesture that made our day so much easier. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but it was truly the kindness and professionalism of the staff that made our stay special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Monte Carlo — great location, excellent service, and warm hospitality!

We stayed at Novotel Monte Carlo for three nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendliest staff and checked in quickly, which set the tone for a great stay.||||One of the highlights was the location. Since we traveled to Monaco by train, it was incredibly convenient that the station was just a short walk away, making it easy to manage our luggage. The hotel also felt very central, with everywhere we wanted to visit within walking distance, including the Casino and the Prince’s Palace. Highly recommended!

What an experience! My fiancee and I stayed on the night of my 30th Birthday as we had traveled for the weekend from Scotland to Monaco. On arrival, we were greeted by (I think, apologies for any misspelling) "Gilles" at the front desk. He was so warm and friendly from the moment we arrived. ||He noticed at check-in that it was my birthday and immediately offered us an upgrade to a top floor room with a sea view, which was a lovely touch. He then glanced back and noticed it was actually my 30th, and so he then gave us a voucher for a free bottle of Laurent Perrier champagne at the bar. He made the check in experience feel very special, including giving us a small glass jar of sweets to enjoy in our room. There was a birthday card in the room for my arrival, too. ||Our room was comfortable and the view was really good over the Port Hercules. We always love a Novotel - the Rituals toiletries are great. There was also a water refill station in the lobby for free, meaning you didn't need to constantly go searching for a place to buy water - simple but you'd be amazed how often that's not the case!||We were only there for a Saturday to Sunday, so we didn't find time to use the pool - but it looked very clean, inviting and private.||The staff throughout our stay were fantastic, they could not do enough to make sure we felt welcome and looked after and I cannot find one fault with our stay in what is such a beautiful part of the world. Location is superb, you are a 5-10 minute walk from the Casino square. ||Overall - a wonderful hotel, great location and exceptionally good staff - especially Gilles. We will be back!

I recently went to Monaco and decided to book this hotel. From the moment I entered to the one I left, it was a beautiful experience. The rooms were clean and the weather was great enough to swim in the pool. I was warmly welcomed by the staff. Conclusion: I recommend this hotel. 5 stars.

The Novotel Hotel Monte Carlo was one of the very best hotel experiences we've ever had! We were there from October 30th to November 4th, and everything was simply amazing. My wife and I were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary, and I'm extremely grateful that we were at the Novotel Hotel. The staff, beginning with Isabel, Roberto, and Sofie, were all professional, knowledgeable, and very kind people. Isabel helped us with directions to various places of entertainment, Churches, Restaurants, and even gave my wife a recommendation for where to get her nails done. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and since check in was done prior, it was very quick and painless. Since we checked in earlier than usual, thankfully our request was granted and our room was ready. The room itself was facing the street, it was a nice adequate room. The bar was nice and welcoming, did not use the pool or the restaurant. The staff very helpful and polite. However, since this hotel is on the hill, not suitable for the elderly, disabled or anyone with back issues like myself.
