Novotel Monte Carlo

This is a good (and good value hotel), we go there repeatedly. Staff is very friendly, the bar is very pleasant and they have wonderful tea. Breakfast is superb. Rooms are clean, well decorated and functional. You cannot beat location (on that price range), being close from train station and casino. Just 2 small points to mention: - Family room is normal room with sofa bed, which opened gives a comfortable 2 persons bed, but does not leave much space in the room to walk around. - Swimming pool and pool bar could be more pleasant is regularly serviced to remove towels and glasses on tables. Again, most pleasant hotel.

The staff were fabulous. The property was lovely and the pool was amazing. Fantastic breakfast variety. |Restaurant meal was tasty, small and expensive. |The room let Novotel monte carlo down. The bed was too firm and the pillows, one being a ridiculous shape and the other had hardly any filling. The worst part was having paper cups in our room. No glasses, no cup and saucer, no teaspoon. This brought it down to a 3 star... or less.

Stayed for a week for work. I was kindly upgraded to an executive room on a high floor which gave great views of the sea and the Rocher (despite the tower being built in front of the hotel). Friendly and courteous staff. Having stayed in various mid-range Accor properties for various work trips, I can say this one does not conform to the image of a standard Novotel - this one is a class above - exceptionally clean, modern, nicer than expected amenities. The rooms are very comfortable, well sound proofed, and with quiet and very effective air conditioning. I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool facilities but these looked great. Great location not far from Monaco Monte Carlo train station. 5-10 mins walk to the casino / carré d’or. Buses from Roqueville station right outside the hotel will take you anywhere in the region if you don’t want to walk. Overall, a stay that exceeded expectations and I hope to return!

Horrible hotel, the cleanliness and service was terrible and the room itself was even worse, glasses were sitting outside our room when we first got there, one of the beds was squeaking and broken, the pillows felt horrible, the bed was messy, the had barely any plugs, the room service said they didn’t have fans but then proceeded to bring one, the whole room felt like it was from 1980, the washrooms were small and dirty, and barely any space for toiletries, staff also didn’t know how to speak English, and the front desk didn’t even want to book an appointment for a hair salon, there was also no bell hop to take the bags. the only good thing about this hotel is the view and the location, otherwise it’s a complete ripoff in any standards, not deserving of the 3 star rating at all.

I stayed with my family in a room with a terrace. The location of the hotel, its cleanliness and the staff's behavior are great. The parking lot right next to it was quite convenient and safe compared to Monte Carlo due to the hotel's agreement. Only the breakfast could have been a little better.thanks for all

An amazing well positioned Hotel to tour Monaco with bus stop & train station in walking distance. Staff here were very friendly & helpful. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds & had all you needed for your stay. Advantage of pool table swimming pool & nice outside area to relax. I would highly recommend breakfast as it has an amazing selection of food & drinks so there's something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Easy to reach, parking was easy though had to search for the parking garage. If I knew in advance that valet service was available I would have chosen for that. All and all very nice executive room with balcony on the 10 th floor. Within walking distance of the Casino and harbour.

If you are looking for a good value for money hotel in Monaco this is surely it! Friendly staff, clean, decent breakfast & great pool area with lifeguard. The pool is unheated but honestly once you are in it’s perfect! Didn’t get time to check out the spa but did go to the roof top terrace. Weather was great and it’s a perfect spot.
