We recently stayed at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the most magical and memorable experiences ever. I have stayed here multiple times before, but every single visit just gets better and better – this hotel truly feels like home to me||From the very moment we checked in, everything was flawless. We were allocated a stunning ocean-view room, and oh my God, the view was absolutely breathtaking! The sound of the waves and the serene vibe made the celebration even more special 🌴🌊||The team at The Square restaurant deserves a huge shout-out for their exceptional hospitality: Shubham, Fahad, Yasin, Ramchandra and Yash.||Each of them went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed. Their warm smiles and attentive service truly made a difference. In fact, we were so impressed that, despite having a table booked at another fine dining restaurant (Sofitel), we decided to cancel it and have our lunch right at The Square instead — that is how much the staff won us over!||A special mention to Sujoy, who has always been such a gem. His politeness, care, and welcoming attitude left a lasting impression on us.||The in-room dining team was equally amazing, ensuring that every request was handled perfectly.||Another beautiful surprise was when we requested some room decoration for the birthday celebration after we had checked in. We casually mentioned it to the bellman who brought our luggage, and within no time, an excellent housekeeping team member arrived to help us. Unfortunately, we forgot to note down his name — but he was truly exceptional. Such a polite gentleman with a genuine smile, he went out of his way to create a beautiful setup right in front of us. This small gesture made the evening so much more special. We really wanted to thank him personally at check-out, but sadly, we could not find him. I request to kindly pass on our heartfelt thanks to this incredible team member — he is truly a hero of the hotel||The pool and direct beach access are like a cherry on top, adding so much charm to the overall stay. The next morning, the breakfast spread at The Square was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety — it set the perfect tone for the day.||From check-in to check-out, every moment was filled with warmth, care, and happiness. Thank you, Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, for making my girlfriend’s birthday celebration so memorable and for giving us such a wonderful experience

Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and were quickly assigned to our rooms. One of the rooms had a blocked toilet and after three complaints to reception, the issue was still not solved which was very problematic. The restaurant food was tasty however one of fries we had ordered came burnt. In regard to price, I would say the restaurant was expensive especially for small amounts of food. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for very short stays but nothing longer than 3 days.

The hotel’s location, ambiance, and amenities were top-notch, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service — especially from Duty Manager Ananya. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail went above and beyond. She handled every request with grace and ensured my comfort throughout. Loved my stay at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach! The rooms were super clean and cozy, and the beachside location is just perfect. Big shoutout to Yasin and Abhishek from the staff they were really sweet, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Thanks to them, my trip felt even more special. Definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Mumbai!

I stayed at Novotel Juhu, Mumbai (19th–20th Sep2025) and it was one of the worst 5-star experiences I’ve ever had. As a Gold Member and regular guest, I expected professionalism, but instead faced a 3+ hour check-in delay, no communication from staff, and chaos at the Square Restaurant. Staff argued over a simple food order, couldn’t apply my membership discount properly, and lacked basic courtesy or training. The room was substandard — mattress protectors were lumpy and unhygienic (I have videos as proof). The property was poorly maintained, with filthy carpets and sticky, unsafe areas near the pool and dining section. Specially for elderly ppl and it’s slip and trip hazard. I paid over ₹20,000 for one night, and to make matters worse, my detailed formal complaint email received no response at all. This shows complete disregard for guest concerns. This stay has destroyed my trust in Novotel as a brand. I will not return and strongly advise others to avoid this property.

The service was amazing and he was extremely cooperative, which really made our experience even better. Since it was a birthday, he even arranged for cake and made sure everything was perfect. I had expected a far better experience from a property that claims to be a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, my stay left much to be desired. I had requested a room change shortly after check-in due to the unpleasant view from the window — the first thing visible was a dumped garbage area, which had become even worse and mucky due to rain. It was not only unpleasant to look at but also affected the overall feel of the room. Additionally, since the room was on a lower floor facing another building, we had to keep our curtains closed all the time to maintain privacy — which completely defeated the purpose of a relaxing, well-lit room. I spoke with a representative over the phone who assured me that the team would call me back regarding the room change — no one ever did. I also raised the issue at the reception counter and while the staff there was willing to help, by then half of my stay was already over, making the change pointless. Another concern was the food pricing and quantity. While I understand and accept premium pricing at such properties, the portion sizes were surprisingly small — not sufficient even for two people. If the prices are on the higher end, then the quantity should justify it. Overall, apart from the entrance and lobby area which gives a five-star impression, the rest of the experience did not live up to the standards one would expect from such a property. Basic guest comfort and proactive service were clearly lacking. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on addressing these issues — both in terms of room allocation transparency and service responsiveness.
