Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

Property is excellent from its location and cleanliness. We were very pleased with the rooms quality and restaurant staff were amazing. Always willing to help and get you things to meet your needs within their capabilities. I have to name two of the guys (Abhishek and Ankit). Always with a smile and always willing to serve with a Good Morning. Only negative comment was the rooms were very cold like 19 degrees and it would not move even when turn off the system. It took over 1/2 day goin from 19 to 22. Could not sit on the couch and enjoy the beautiful sea view but had to get in bed and under covers.

We had a wonderful time in Novotel Juhu. The location was perfect for us to explore the local area. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We had a couple of meals in the hotel itself which were delicious and we had a few cocktails at the bar. One of the only downside we had was that if there is a wedding on ( of which there were at least two during our stay) you can’t use the pool which was a bit disappointing given that was one of the reasons we booked it. Also the wedding music is very loud and goes on late (around 12:30). However the weddings were lovely to watch from the hotel rooms. We visited with our one year old and we were able to use a cot for him, also the bed was massive which was great for co-sleeping too! Would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I had a wonderful one night stay here on our first night in the country! The sea view room we requested was lovely and most amenities provided were in working order. The service was especially notable. Upon arrival, Diego helped us immensely by calling someone for currency exchange and they came very quickly. At The Square, the in-hotel restaurant, Abhishek was particularly attentive and polite, and he anticipated our needs before we even asked.

We had an amazing experience and one of the best experiences at Novotel. Ms. Humera made sure we had the best room and the most wonderful experience during our stay. She is a very respectful, graceful, humble and friendly person. The restaurant staff provided excellent service specially Aniket, Abhishek and Rajendra. Overall, we had the best stay and vacation in India. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

Had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent throughout, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The restaurant experience was especially enjoyable — Saba from the management team was outstanding, very attentive, warm, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her hospitality truly stood out and made our mornings special. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked premier ocean view room that came with nice perks such as lounge access that offered evening snacks. Property is located on Juhu beach allowing direct access to the beach, which is very useful to explore the beach at perfect timings when there is less crowd. The swimming pool and open garden space is another nice touch. The breakfast at square restaurant had good spread and we were quite pleased by the prompt and friendly support offered by restaurant staff Himani. She suggested from her end to offer apple puree to ensure our 7 month daughter was well fed and provided complimentary desserts on the day of our checkout. Overall we had a memorable stay and would look forward to visit again!

I recently stayed at Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach and had an absolutely incredible experience. A special shoutout to Yasin Mohammad Ali Khan for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and 'can-do' attitude really stood out. Whether it was the quick check-in or the personalized recommendations, [Staff Name] made us feel right at home. The view of the ocean is great, but it’s the service from people like them that makes this place 5-star

The hotel stay was amazing. Breakfast we had a wide range to choose from. It was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool. The room we choose was spacious and has a sofa bed for kids too.
