Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach

We went to the beach next to the Novotel hotel at about 8.30am morning , on a public holiday. It's was quote comfortable, enough people so that it wasn't deserted, but not too many people, so it wasn't crowded. High tide, lovely wind, cloudy. Beach was quite clean. Overall a superb outing. No food joints though, only 1 coconut water person. And obviously the loos were not that great.

As a guest, I am thoroughly impressed with the meticulous cleaning and thoughtful arrangement of amenities in my room. Mr. Swagat consistently exceeds expectations, contributing greatly to my comfort and satisfaction. His dedication to maintaining a spotless and welcoming environment makes my stay exceptionally pleasant. Thank you, Mr. Swagat, for your outstanding service

Rituz nandy who is a trainee provided awesome service while delivering Pasta and cheeze. Excellent stay at Novotel. We look forward to visiting this place again in near future. FOOD Drinks bar and the breakfast are all five star in term of quality

It was my first experience of staying in 5 star hotel and it was surprisingly good and pleasant experience. Staff was good at front desk and I was upgraded to higher floor without any request which was unexpected because of which we as family had a memorable stay. Hope to visit soon!!!!!

The house keeping was excellent. The swimming pool was great and overall experience is great. The room service was nice and had a comfortable stay overall. The housekeeping staff Vishnu was friendly and had a comfortable stay in the novotel hotel.

Beaches are always a great place to visit. It was first time for me and I liked it. Spent awesome evening there. Had my dinner at beach by seeing the ocean waves. it's amazing. What I didn't like since dining is allowed here so beach was very messy/dirty. You get hardly clean place there. Beach Clearing is required on daily basis.

Booking Details: - Date of stay: June 18th - Room type: Superior ocean view room, booked online and paid extra for the view Check-in Experience: - Arrived 45 minutes before the 3:00 PM check-in time - Room was only ready at 3:35 PM Room Issues: - Assigned a room with a partial sea view and city view instead of the superior ocean view - Staff claimed all rooms are the same and that website photos are for good photography only Staff Response: - Staff were uncooperative and not accommodating - After expressing our frustration, we were referred to another room after 20 minutes - The new room had the same issue as the first one - This process wasted almost three hours Overall Experience: - This was the second time we experienced such issues at this hotel - The staff at the registration desk was not prompt, likely due to being overwhelmed during busy check-in times - Advice to Future Guests: - Don’t be misled by the website photographs of ocean view rooms - The superior ocean view rooms only offer partial sea views - Paying extra for the location is not worth it

Staycation at novotel juhu was soo sooo sooooo niceeeeeeeee prettiest rooms with pretty people out there their service 💗 ❤ 😍 💖 💕 💓 💗 ❤ 😍 💖 💕 💓 💗 ❤ spent some time at the gym with vaibhav he is just amazing 👏 💙 he suggested me a juice at the Cafe called piche mignon was soooo delicious and healthy called (the modern approach to fresh juice) must try I suggest everyone GOAT (Vaibhav)
