Novotel Nadi

I travelled with my sister and our experience was spectacular and beyond words. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and accommodating especially as a vegan, and the location of our room was the best (the room was a little dark during the day for my liking but, still very clean and calm). We had gorgeous mountain view and it was still close to the restaurant, pool, spa, and reception. The facilities are outstanding, and I would definitely come back again with the rest of my family.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. The welcome bottle of red wine and note was unexpected, very happy about that. Room service was great but took all day to do so could not enter the room until 1630hrs. Air-conditioning was fantastic, kept the room cool. Two mornings we had no hot water which was odd. Restaurant service and food great, although breakfast was not hot and not replaced when it ran out in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant were welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt at home. The room was clean, comfortable, just wish there were cutleries in the room for when I had room service. Other than that room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area, and the on-site facilities, like the restaurant and pool—were top-notch. Breakfast had a great variety and was fresh and delicious. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Room was ok but dated and basic decor. The water appeared quite brown from the bath tap, I was able to have a shower. Breakfast was nice as well as view but the hotel was noisy in corridors in middle of night which was not the best being a solo female traveller. The aircon was extremely noisy and had a lot of mould on it which was a worry. Reception charged me the wrong amount for the bond on the room and I also worry the wrong amount on checkout as it was done manually on a calculator with no invoice given. I have emailed to request that an invoice be sent but have not received an email.

The room was spacious and comfortable while the view from the balcony of the mountains were cherry on the icing. Staffs were really friendly and room service wonderful. However, as my stay was inclusive of paid breakfast, the option for a vegetarian was fairly poor. Having the amount of money paid and just having bread and butter or corn flakes isn't a worthy deal for me. So if the hotel is taking paid breakfast with stay then hopefully a worth while brekkie for vegetarians.

The food here was really not great. My chips were cold, my milkshake was too sweet and the food took almost a hour just to come. Room was okay kinda small, good balcony size but otherwise lack luster

Good for those looking for a short term stay before flying out. Needs maintenance, bit outdated. Staff were amazing, great service. The entire hotel needs renovation.

Our family reunion took place at the Novotel Nadi over a span of three days, which proved to be very beneficial for our family, particularly with young children who were constantly engaged by the pool, table tennis, and pool table. The hotel was beautifully maintained, clean, and tidy, and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and accommodating, readily fulfilling any requests we had, even on short notice. They efficiently organized last-minute lunches and buffet dinners, which greatly facilitated convenience for our family. The shops are just a one-minute drive away, and the airport is a mere four-minute drive, making it very accessible and convenient for travelers.
