Perfect location and we were lucky to be able to catch the last day of the carnival, can even see the stage from our balcony.  Breakfast was good, staff were nice.  The hotel was undergoing minor maintenance but they kept the noise down but you may expect some coverups of the decors at the corridors.  Had 3 nights of good sleep.

Hahaha. The Dragon at Novotel Danang Han River followed us to Novotel Nha Trang last night! (photo from our balcony) ||The flight was delayed twice for 2 hours and arrived late in the night. Appreciated the hotel arranged limousine driver for waiting at the airport arrival. Thanks to Novotel Nha Trang's extremely courteous and helpful Ken, Ha and Man for the speedy check-in and processing. Our room was upgraded to a spacious, comfortable, 100% Seaview double with a huge balcony! ||Great gesture from Ken and Man, the restaurant manageress, to host and arrange another Anniversary dinner at the Square here! The 3rd dinner after the wonderful Danang Grand Mercure and Novotel! We definitely will! I went to the hospital because I had a stomachache, and the staff was very attentive. And they are smiling and positive when responding. The pool is small but well shaded so it's good for summer. The hotel is old, but it is well maintained and clean. The beef rice noodles sold at the restaurant were the best I've ever had.

This hotel is just across the street from the beach, it has so wonderful view from the balcony and all the balconies have privacy. All the staff in the hotel are very welcoming very nice and helpful. We had massage in the hotel and it was really worth the money. All the rooms are spacious and everything is perfectly clean in the hotel. We had wonderful breakfast. We had such a great stay in this hotel. We even enjoyed beautiful hotel pool and the gym. I really recommend staying in this hotel.

I was just a walk in for the spa services. I was welcomed warmly. Offered the special rate. While I waited I was also offered a free sauna and steam room. The bathrooms were spotless and fresh towels on hand The treatment room was spacious and private. Great AC I had a lovely strong 90 min massage. Highly recommend

From arrival to departure, concierge to bar staff, the team here is fantastic. My concierge that met my taxi, asked my name on arrival and never failed to greet me whenever he saw me. He was super helpful and attentive. Min who works at the lobby bar was equally as good and always made me feel welcome. The cleaners, wait staff and even management, all were awesome. The room upgrade was much appreciated with a spectacular view of the ocean from sunrise, all day long. The little extras they supplied, made the stay unforgettable. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay here again.
