Novotel Nha Trang

The hotel is located in a central location of Nha Trang with lots of restaurants and massage shops nearby. It’s opposite to the beautiful beach with a few sun chairs free of charge for hotel guests. What makes this hotel different is the heart-warming service received from the girl at check in. She is very smart and always smiling, giving a very warm welcome to us. She also checked with us later to see if our stay was okay, something that you won’t expect from a Novotel. The welcome fruits and snacks for Accor Gold member are also great. Thank you team for giving us a memorable stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stay with sea view in central Nha Trang.

We love the location of this hotel just across the road from the beach, with sun lounges and umbrellas reserved for the hotel. This year our quiet room (1601) was located on the Southern side of the hotel. I could lay in bed and look out to the ocean. We like the way the rooms are positioned (see photo). Each accommodation floor is an L-shape so there are only 2 rooms that face each other, meaning no long corridors to hear doors slamming or children running up & down. The staff are as lovely as ever, next year we will probably stay for a month.

A wonderful hotel with the most helpful staff. Shout out to Huy, Yen and Viet who really helped us out to book in and also when my partner wasn’t well. Found a lovely room for us to recover and provided ginger tea. Everyone in this hotel is kind. |The rooms and amenities are first rate. Lovely pool , right across the road from the beach and and a great breakfast. |Highly recommended.

We returned to Novotel Nha Trang after staying there last year and it was as good as I had remembered. The staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. The rooms are spacious and the view from the balcony is fantastic, overlooking Nha Trang beach. The pool is lovely and clean and the drinks and food are well priced. The thing we love the most is the location. It is minutes from town and all the shops and restaurants. We cannot wait to go back.

|I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Nha Trang. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered a stunning view of the beach. The hotel’s location is perfect — right in the city center and just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shops. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious, offering a great mix of local and international dishes. Overall, Novotel Nha Trang exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this beautiful coastal city.

The service at the breakfast room was excellent ! I was served by Miss Thuy Huong. She greeted me warmly and asked what I wished to drink. Against my request, she brought me a very nice, and freshly filled coffee. She made up my day!

This is a very good choice of hotel for Nha Trang.The location is right in the middle of everything, and just across from the beach. We had an ocean view room, and the view was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Particular thanks to Man in the restaurant. The cleaning staff were great - thanks you Ms Tu for keeping our room clean.The gym was pretty good as well.

Best location in the city center. There was a musky smell in the room on our first day but this was just a minor thing considering the excellent service. We also got a room upgrade from standard to superior room. Special mention to Ms. Man in The Square restaurant who was very helpful to our family of four.
