Novotel Nha Trang

We had an amazing 4 night stay at Novotel Nha Trang. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right across the road from the beach, where the hotel provides its own allocated sun lounges and umbrellas. It’s also within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, bars and the beautiful beach promenade, with a nice walk along the promenade and then down some some streets to the big indoor markets. We were very grateful to receive a room upgrade. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a generous balcony with stunning views of the beach and Vinpearl in the distance. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We arrived just two days after devastating floods had impacted the district, and it was inspiring to see the dedication of the staff, many of whom had suffered losses themselves all working together to support each other and the community. We even saw them helping clear the beach front by hand with hundreds of locals, tirelessly removing debris over several days. It was truly humbling to witness such resilience and community spirit. We loved our stay so much that we cancelled a booking at another hotel to return soon for another 3 night stay. Novotel Nha Trang may not be the most modern hotel, but it offers exceptional service, comfort and an amazing location. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

Location is great , close to the night market and restaurants and rooms is clean the atmosphere very welcoming. Reception very very friendly and helpful. They greet you with the vey big smile esp kim , win , the manager and all of them. My husband and i were been in novotel hotel nha trang for 3 to 4 times. We really like this hotel. The food is good also. I would recommend this hotel if you like to go to nha trang. People friendly, helpful and clean and most of all the people working there treat you like they’re own family.

Christmas Buffet was amazing! We prebooked our table of 6 people for Christmas day buffet, and were happily surprised by the scale and options on the buffet. Along with amazing food came free flow beer and soft drinks. Everyone loved their time there, it was great! We also had pre and post dinner cocktails in the main lobby and again, amazing! Great happy hour drinks deals with everyone being incredible.

Excellent, we stayed 6 nights, could not fault a thing about this Accor motel, staff were outstanding. Buffet both breakfast and dinner were excellent, fresh hot food. All staff very attentive and caring all with a smile..

Located right in the centre of the beach front location couldn’t get any better in Nha Trang . Room was spacious and a shoutout to housekeeping . Room is spotlessly clean and I noticed that even the public restrooms downstairs was equally spotless clean . Breakfast good spread with local and continental options - I had yogurt and fresh food everyday. Though the architecture is old the hotel seems recently renovated with rain shower and sunken bathtub.

Our experience at Novotel Nha Trang was truly special. We were deeply impressed by Vy and all the staff, who gave their best as true hoteliers. Thanks to their kindness and thoughtful care, we had a comfortable and joyful stay, creating memories in Nha Trang that we will cherish forever. We look forward to visiting again and sincerely wish all the staff health and happiness.

Another great visit to Novotel 's Seafood Buffet which is excellent with such choices for dinner including lobster. ||For the money this restaurant consistently delivers great dishes which also include grilled beef and pork and multiple seafoods. Too numerous to mention. ||The service is always consistent and the staff are always kind and outgoing and do a great job. ||Highly recommend their seafood buffet with so many choices. |I always enjoy their grilled salmon and sushi and Sashimi.Also ,their grilled steak is wonderful .||👍

We love the location of this hotel just across the road from the beach, with sun lounges and umbrellas reserved for the hotel. This year our quiet room (1601) was located on the Southern side of the hotel. I could lay in bed and look out to the ocean. We like the way the rooms are positioned (see photo). Each accommodation floor is an L-shape so there are only 2 rooms that face each other, meaning no long corridors to hear doors slamming or children running up & down. The staff are as lovely as ever, next year we will probably stay for a month.
