Novotel Nha Trang

The hotel is in good location. There are plenty of actvities to entertain the whole family in the hotel and surrounding area. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I felt safe for my children (18&13) staying in their own room closed by. All of our requests were responded promptly. We definitely will stay at Novotel again next time we are in Nha Trang.

This hotel offers an excellent combination of great location, strong value for money, and attentive service. I was highly satisfied throughout my stay, and it’s a place I would gladly return to on my next visit. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10–20 minute walk from many of Nha Trang’s main restaurants and attractions. Just across the road, you’ll find Nha Trang Beach (Bãi biển Nha Trang), the seaside promenade, and the city’s iconic night landmark, Trầm Hương Tower (Tháp Trầm Hương). The Nha Trang Night Market is also only about a 5-minute walk away, making it a great base for sightseeing. The view from the hotel terrace is a real highlight. Relaxing on the sunbeds while looking out over Nha Trang Bay, the coastline stretching toward Vinpearl Resort across the water, and the waves rolling in was truly memorable—especially at night, when the scenery becomes even more beautiful. Although we arrived after mid-night due to a late-night flight, the reception team welcomed us kindly and made check-in smooth and pleasant. I also appreciated that the requests I had sent by email in advance were well communicated and handled, which gave me confidence in how well the hotel is managed. As this was a family trip, we booked two rooms. We were very grateful for the Platinum upgrade, and the team also arranged connecting rooms, which made our stay much more comfortable. They even proactively offered late check-out, which was a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had a reasonable selection and the quality was satisfying. The infinity pool and gym were also well maintained, and overall the facilities were in excellent condition. All staff members were friendly and professional—special thanks to the team at the reception desk for their help and care. If I visit Nha Trang again, I would be happy to stay here again.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at Novotel Nha Trang. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right across the road from the beach, where the hotel provides its own allocated sun lounges and umbrellas. It’s also within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, bars and the beautiful beach promenade, with a nice walk along the promenade and then down some some streets to the big indoor markets. We were very grateful to receive a room upgrade. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a generous balcony with stunning views of the beach and Vinpearl in the distance. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We arrived just two days after devastating floods had impacted the district, and it was inspiring to see the dedication of the staff, many of whom had suffered losses themselves all working together to support each other and the community. We even saw them helping clear the beach front by hand with hundreds of locals, tirelessly removing debris over several days. It was truly humbling to witness such resilience and community spirit. We loved our stay so much that we cancelled a booking at another hotel to return soon for another 3 night stay. Novotel Nha Trang may not be the most modern hotel, but it offers exceptional service, comfort and an amazing location. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

From the moment we hopped out of the car at Novotel, we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was quick and friendly.|We were upgraded to the 17th floor and our room was beautiful. Very clean, spacious and a view over looking the beach. Our room was cleaned perfectly every day .|Breakfast was always fresh and by the next morning the staff knew what coffee we liked. I am in love with the Vietnamese coffee. |We had the BBQ seafood Buffett twice. Very good price and very fresh food.|The staff who stood out were |Tu. She saw us everyday to wish us a good day .|Ms Huong, Man, Huy, Tru. Linh||The security opening the door every time we came in or left always greeted us with a smile.|We had a massage and it was very refreshing. ||All staff were happy and friendly and did their job perfectly. This is a reflection on management. ||Will definitely come back to Novotel Nha Trang.

By choice, we would have given the hotel 4.5 stars. The hotel is in a very good location, near to the beach, night market, restaurants and shops. Our room, 1210 faced the sea and had a balcony where it was possible to sunbathe up till late morning, before we lost the sun. Our room & toilet/shower room were clean and roomy. BE AWARE, when turning on the hot tap on both the hand basin and shower, the water is literally BOILING 🥵 For example, with the hand basin if you turn the tap too far left, the water is scalding to the touch. There should be a written warning for others. Otherwise, the shower is okay, if a little confusing to use. It has a sunken bath, that we never used as it would take an age to fill. The toilet worked by pushing stainless steel panels, instead of buttons, which confused us for a few moments. There was shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner in good size containers. Body lotion was available upon request. A couple of negatives were that no dressing gowns and the TV was very limited. But then if a Vietnamese person came to the UK, they’d struggle to find anything to watch. Breakfast was not included in our room rate, which suited us, as we could use it when we fancied it. There was a vast choice of food to suit everyone’s taste, although like all things, they become a bit repetitive after a few days. So we tried a couple of local places like Cheers and Cafe Culture for breakfast, which were fine and reviewed separately elsewhere. The swimming pool has around 8 sun-beds, but the sun never reached the pool area. The pool water was freezing, but some more hardy people used it. The bars had happy hour (s) twice a day, 2 for the price of 1, which was nice. The way the downstairs bar area was laid out, was not great for mingling. If you like cake, there is a great little bakery just round the corner, ‘Banh Ngon Moi Ngay’. It’s cheap and the cakes are lovely. Just go out of the hotel entrance, turn left then left again at the next turning, 100 yards up on left. The staff were great, especially those on reception. I must praise Yen Fo, Gia Huy, Huy Bell, Viet Fo and Vy Fo, whose names I’ve probably misspelt, who could not have more helpful. For example, other than snorkelling and mud baths, the main attraction in Nha Trang is the VinPearl cable ride to Harbour City and VinWonder Theme Park. The staff on reception helped us to book everything and got us a ‘seniors’ discount as we are over sixty. They arranged everything, which saved us the problem. Nha Trang is very popular with Russian tourists, as was our hotel, we didn’t meet many guests from the UK.

Location is great , close to the night market and restaurants and rooms is clean the atmosphere very welcoming. Reception very very friendly and helpful. They greet you with the vey big smile esp kim , win , the manager and all of them. My husband and i were been in novotel hotel nha trang for 3 to 4 times. We really like this hotel. The food is good also. I would recommend this hotel if you like to go to nha trang. People friendly, helpful and clean and most of all the people working there treat you like they’re own family.

Our stay at Novotel Nha Trang was wonderful. The room was very clean and well prepared, and the staff were exceptionally kind and caring to our whole family. The hotel is right by a beautiful beach, with a stunning sunrise view from the room. Morning jogging along the beach was especially enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Communication with the hotel is clear, quick and reliable. We had a spacious room with beach view and view on the promenade. Hotel is located very conveniently. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choices in hot and cold good, drinks. We really recommend this hotel!
