Had a 3-night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly, but unfortunately the last two nights were disappointing. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, the cleaning staff repeatedly entered my room in the mornings and even turned on the lights to wake me up. On my final day, I was granted a late check-out at 14:00. This was confirmed in their system, yet housekeeping came into my room five times between 11:00 and 13:00. Each time I explained that I had a late check-out, but they continued to enter. The reception even called to tell me to check out, although the late check-out had already been arranged. It seems there was a major communication issue between departments, and it made the end of my stay quite stressful. On a positive note, the location is great, and the rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower is beautiful. The Chromecast on the TV works inconsistently, and the shower water was very warm which was very nice. The gym is also above average. The ac did not work which made the room pretty warm unfortunately. Unfortunately, for the price, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a peaceful stay or reliable rest.

We had a very positive stay overall and would gladly recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is clean, well managed, and the surrounding area feels noticeably calm and safe, which we appreciated, especially in the evenings. While it is a bit farther from the main city center compared to some more central options, we found the quieter and safer environment to be a worthwhile trade-off. We would like to give special recognition to Adel at the front desk, who provided truly outstanding service. We accidentally left a CCD camera in an Uber, and Adel immediately took the initiative to help us contact the driver. He was patient, proactive, and even assisted with translation during the phone call. Thanks to his professionalism and kindness, we were able to successfully recover the camera. Adel’s support turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. This level of care and professionalism made a lasting impression on us and reflects very positively on the hotel. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent staff, and we would not hesitate to return.

This was our first time visiting Paris, and we were trying to find a nice place to stay. We had seen some houses online, but we were unsure about their cleanliness. My 12-year-old is very particular about cleanliness and quite sensitive to the surroundings when we travel. When we arrived at the hotel, the first thing he said was “Wow!” He was very happy with the hotel, its decorations, and the surrounding area. The metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away and connects you easily to all of Paris. There is also halal food available right in front of the hotel, which made our stay much easier. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay. If you are staying here, be sure to try their breakfast—they offer a great selection of fresh fruits

We stayed here for a long weekend while visiting Paris again. We chose this hotel for three reasons: close proximity to a metro station 🚉, brand new hotel, and the facilities it offers (view top, two restaurants, gym, spacious rooms, etc) When we arrived, we immediately notice that it must be popular with tourists and families. Lots of children were around. The first morning, the seating arrangement at breakfast was a bit of mess. Too many families and children running around - ourselves included. We had to wait for about 5min until we found seating ourselves. This matter was much improved on the next days by the staff and preparing a queue/waiting area. It is important to note that you can also have breakfast on the rooftop - it also offers a good selection, but not as a rich and diverse as in the main area downstairs, yet a lot less people around. Breakfast options were great: scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, various cheeses 🧀, cold cuts, boiled eggs, cereals, and different juices available. There were also a few coffee machines. In addition, there was a lovely, kind gentleman every morning entertaining the kids - making out of balloons 🎈 different shapes and sizes for them. The other day, he was a magician. Our kid loved it and brought a lot of joy to him. Thanks for the great entertainment. The room itself was spacious, clean, tidy, and well maintained. We had a Junior Suite. Wifi worked seamlessly and there are enough elevators to bring you to the respective level. We liked also the fact that the products in the bathroom were all from Rituals. What I have personally enjoyed a lot was the gym facility - all with the latest Techno Gym equipment, while having a nice view over some parts of Paris. I used the gym on a daily basis. Last but not least: while there isn’t direct parking, you can literally park next to”door” at the exhibition center. It offers plenty of parking, 4 charging spots for electric cars, and is discounted by 50% as a hotel guest. In summary, we were content with the service, hotel, and facilities provided. For people travelling alone or who want to avoid families with kids, I’d recommend looking elsewhere 🤣😜.

Great hotel, the staff are brilliant. A particular stand out was *Adel*. He went above and beyond every day I saw him to ensure my stay was pleasurable. Great view of the Eiffel tower from the roof. The gym has a smith machine dumbells (up to 10kg) and a multipurpose cable machine, treadmills, cycling machines. Both restaurants serve great food at reasonable prices too!

Grubby. This place needs cleaned thoroughly. When you arrive there are dirty tables in reception with aged coffee cups. Same as the bar. The rooms needed a wipe down when we arrived too. Location so far out that it doesn’t make the alleged benefit of a new hotel worth the hassle. Also, the rooftop bar is a privately run restaurant. You can’t freely use. False advertising.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 3 nights and we loved it. From the moment we checked in, we were met with hospitality and positivity. We had a minor issue with them giving us the incorrect room and the issue was promptly resolved. The rooms are spacious by European standards as well as the bathrooms. The bar on the entry level made the best coffee! The gym on the 6th floor was absolutely amazing and had wonderful views of Paris. We would absolutely stay here again for any future stays in Paris. The entire staff was sweet and Abdul who worked at the front desk was extremely nice and referred to me as Madam Daisy 🌼.

Came here for vacation to see Paris Pros: • The rooms were clean. • The staff was friendly and helpful. The cleaners were especially nice — if you asked to change a pillowcase, they gladly provided one. Cons: • The refrigerator is never cold enough and has no freezer. • The room thermostat doesn’t work. • The hotel key controls the refrigerator’s power — when you remove the key and leave the room, the refrigerator turns off, causing anything inside to spoil. • The location is far from the city. The commute to Paris takes 45+ minutes each way by train or bus, plus a steep uphill and downhill walk. - Breakfast not included - Area is not bad bad people, but sketchy people near the restaurants nearby Reminder: Pickpocketing in Europe — not just in Paris — is a serious issue. Be cautious when lifting suitcases, talking to strangers, or taking public transportation. Use the Bonjour RAPT App available on the App Store to get everywhere around the city. Buy a Navigo Pass weekly (13 Euros), only valid Monday - Sunday for a week if you plan to use the train, bus, etc. Stores close 9PM. City starts moving 9AM - 10AM Overall: The staff was great, and the hotel was clean, but the long commute was too much for me. I’m 50/50 about staying here again.
