Had a perfect stay – everything was great! The staff was courteous and helpful throughout. Special thanks to Rahul for the superb service during both breakfast and dinner – truly outstanding hospitality. One small suggestion: not everyone is comfortable with air conditioning. It would be great if a table fan could be made available as an option in the rooms for better comfort. Apart from that, everything was spot on. Thank you Tarique, Sachin, Rahul, and the entire team for the excellent service. Looking forward to visiting again!

I checked in at 4 a.m. after about 30 hours of travel. Three flights and three continents to get here, so the last thing I wanted to do was argue about breakfast being included in my room, which it was. But the two front desk people insisted it was not and then finally said I would just have to ask someone in the morning about it. Instead they should have offered to look into it and get back to me instead of making me spend even more effort on something that should not have been a question. The third person I spoke to the next morning agreed with me (after some initial dispute) but it was still far too much energy to spend on something clearly listed in the reservation. The stay did get better from there; my room was spacious and the desk was very useful for working while I was there. The bathroom was a decent size though the tub did not always get hot for some reason. Housekeeping left me nice notes, but did not notice the lotion was empty and did not read my note, either, requiring me to make a special ask of the front desk for a refill. The bed was very firm, which I appreciate, and I did not hear any other guests from my room though I did have a white noise machine going and that helped with the road noise and construction sounds. Security staff were always pleasant when I entered and exited the building and setting up the airport transfers were also easy. The oddest thing is the complete and utter absence of USB ports in the room. Not a single one, anywhere.

It was truly a very relaxing stay. Have been a member since last 10 years with Accor. I am so glad I choose this, great hospitality the staffs are very humble and kind. We got a early check in too. Very smooth everything was. Radha and santoshi were very sweet girls. Over all the entire staffs are very kind and sweet. My kid too had a great time. We wish to be back soon.

I had a wonderful experience at The Square for brunch. The hostess ARADHANA was exceptionally welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. She managed the seating smoothly despite the busy crowd and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Her pleasant attitude and professionalism truly added to the overall dining experience. Please pass on my compliments to her and the team for their excellent hospitality.

Every staff member was really helpful and as always they have been customer centric and provides great service who goes an extra mile to enhance the experience of a guest. Starting with Atharv who received us and ensured smooth check in and also guided us on local timings of visiting places. They have also understood the situation and been kind enough to allow us for late check-out.

all the arrangements were managed exceptionally well. The staff were very cooperative, attentive, and always ready to help. Every small requirement was promptly taken care of, which made our experience smooth and enjoyable.||During the AMT, popcorn was served, which everyone appreciated and liked the most. Special mention to Pravin, Nupur, Tushar, and Akash, who were extremely supportive and well-behaved throughout. Nupur’s thoughtful gesture of serving tea without reminders was commendable, and Pravin’s constant support and readiness to help made a big difference.||The food was excellent, and what impressed us the most was that Pravin and Nupur arranged food tastings before every meal period to ensure everything was perfect.||A big thank you to the entire Novotel team for their kind hospitality and wonderful service. ||Big thank you for your all support team .

I stayed at Novotel Pune for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay very comfortable. The room was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The food spread was excellent, with good variety and quality across meals. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team for their thoughtful touches and check-ins, which made the stay feel personalized. Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and convenience — I’d highly recommend Novotel Pune for both business and leisure stays.

This is a good place to stay, especially thanks to their very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a good gym and a nice pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The food is decent, with a good variety, though nothing too exceptional. The only downside I experienced was that the service tended to be quite slow at times, especially in the room service. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it for both business and leisure trips.
