Novotel Pune Nagar Road

I stayed at Novotel Pune for a week and had a really pleasant and comfortable experience. The staff was extremely warm, attentive, and always willing to help, which truly made a difference throughout my stay. I had reached a little early, and although the standard check-in time is 3 PM, the team was kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The room was clean, well maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The food spread was excellent, with good variety and quality across meals. Only thing I miss this time the welcome note with some sweets in room, that I found last time, that personal touch was missing this time. Overall, it was a perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I would definitely recommend Novotel Pune for both business and leisure stays and would be happy to stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience. The banquet hall had a pleasant atmosphere and was very well maintained. All the staff members were courteous and supportive. Pravin was especially humble and helpful throughout the event. It was a great experience at Novotel. The venue was excellent for a conference, with well-organized arrangements. The entire staff was very supportive, especially Pravin, Nupur, paras who were extremely polite and helpful.

We had a memorable time attending a wedding at Novotel. The warm atmosphere, beautiful arrangements, and delicious food made the event truly special. The entire staff was extremely supportive, going out of their way to make guests comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping ensuring everything stayed fresh and comfortable. As part of our continued December weekend gateways and staycations we stayed at Novotel Pune for 3 nights. The rooms are good little smaller though for our family however the swing inside the room was a highlight. I have stayed in novotel wein city Vienna a couple of years back and I liked their concept of having separate toilet and bath. Here also it’s the same. Interior is very good, minimal and chic. The highlight was the robot serving your welcome drink. Kids were welcomed with plushies which made my boy happy. The food was good however amazingly there were no cheese options at all in this hotel. Staff were good and courteous. Overall a good stay.

Novotel is one of the best places Ive ever stayed. The stay was so hospitable and took amazing care of us. We had unique dietary constraints, and they made certain we had suitable (and delicious) food the whole time. The rooms are very nice and clean. The facilities, including pool and fitness center, are top notch. This was an absolutely lovely stay and I cant wait to return.

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Novotel pune. We really enjoyed a lot. Initially we face some issue with room but Ms.Supriya resolved it in few minutes. Thank you so much, she is very co-operative and helpful. Thank you Novotel and team. Food service, taste and other amenities were awesome❤️
