Novotel Pune Nagar Road

I stayed at Novotel Pune for a week and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay very comfortable. The room was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The food spread was excellent, with good variety and quality across meals. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team for their thoughtful touches and check-ins, which made the stay feel personalized. Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, hospitality, and convenience — I’d highly recommend Novotel Pune for both business and leisure stays.

This is a good place to stay, especially thanks to their very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a good gym and a nice pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The food is decent, with a good variety, though nothing too exceptional. The only downside I experienced was that the service tended to be quite slow at times, especially in the room service. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay and I’d recommend it for both business and leisure trips.

Had a wonderful stay at Novotel Pune with my parents. We received a warm welcome, and as an Accor Gold member, I enjoyed all membership privileges along with a complimentary suite upgrade, which made the experience extra special.||The hospitality and services were excellent, and the buffet spread was very impressive. We also had a fantastic food experience at the hotel café and by the poolside — the ambience and service in both areas were amazing.||The only minor downside was a slightly slow check-out, but everything else more than made up for it. Overall, it was a pleasant and truly memorable stay, and I will definitely look forward to visiting this property again. Highly recommended for both business and family travel.

Great service as always. Regular hotel visit. Amit and the team at inroom dining are just lovely to talk to.||Rooms are appropriately sized up. Is one of the better novotels I have been to. The pool is excellent as well and has a outdoor deck which lights up summer and winters. ||People are friendly. Buffer is huge! Front desk is a group of charming individuals.

Check in process was fast and web check-in was helpful here. The room though compact was comfortable. Whenever assistance was sought, it was met with no delay. The restaurant staff was courteous, helpful and efficient. Variety of dishes available was fairly wide and satisfying. The breakfast layout was great. It would help if the relevant people check that all gadgets and bathroom soap/shampoo bottles etc are functional before the guest moves in. A few more hooks in the bathroom would have been helpful when you are two people occupying the room. All in all, a good stay.

Very pleasant experience, nice spacious rooms with swings! Flexible in offering different checkout times as well on request. Breakfast spreads and dinner spreads are very very large, very pleasant service by Santoshi during breakfast. I would definitely revisit Novotel
