We had a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, caring, and proactive. Their warm and attentive service made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully kept, offering everything you could want for a relaxing stay. It was a pleasure to have so much room to unwind. The whole hotel had a calm ambience and modern comfortable décor.  I use an electric wheelchair but was happy to have none of the usual problems. Usually I find unmanageable doors, narrow corridors, ugly and poorly designed disabled bathrooms or breakfast buffets high up out of my reach. Here I felt independent and moved around with ease. My only dislike was there was no toilet door in our accessible room, it was only a fabric curtain which I found lacked dignity. This is something for the designers at head office to address. The food was excellent as well—fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. Every meal felt carefully prepared and added to the overall enjoyment of our visit.  Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place with genuine hospitality, lovely rooms, and great food.

My recent stay was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I stepped into tge reception. The check-in process was seamless and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious and immaculately clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel, with soft linens and good pillows. Last but not least the staff were wonderful!

A Must-Stay Hotel – Perfect in Every Way ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐||From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Melissa who was warm, kind, and professional – a wonderful first impression.||The hotel itself is outstanding: a fabulous heated pool, spacious and luxurious modern rooms, and thoughtful amenities such as a coffee machine.||Dining was exceptional. Ashik in the restaurant took impeccable care of us throughout. The oysters were divine, the lamb was delicious, the poke bowl fresh, and the curried mussels fabulous. A glass of rosé with dinner and a Baileys nightcap made the experience even more special.||Parking was very convenient at just €5 overnight, and the location is ideal – close to town and only about an hour from the port of Roscoff.||Cecile, the manager, was also incredibly lovely and welcoming.||This is without doubt the loveliest hotel we’ve ever stayed in – highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed here for two nights. Lovely building. We had a comfy bed but |Strange pillows , which were very uncomfortable, we managed to change them as we had some spare ones in the wardrobe. |The room was very clean good shower with nice toiletries. |Breakfast was really good. Plenty to choose from.|Parking was easy, just park in the carpark which is directly under the hotel. |Hotel gave us tickets to get out. |We found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

The hôtel is well placed and calm. The room was big enough for our family of 4 and we were quite happy with it (the table is a bit small though but no big deal). The staff is very friendly and helpful!! Our kids approved the indoor pool. Futhermore Saint-Brieuc is perfect place to stay to discover the "côte d'Armor" confortably. We will surely come back

The hotel itself as a building is wonderful, splotlessy clean and prefectly kept.||HOWEVER, the hotel management is terribly poor and only caring for money. People working at the hotel are on the same wavelenght: despite their young age and their status, they are all behaving like arrogant billionaires (that they are not).||Result: poor service (? which service?) and nasty ambiance.||A few examples, just to wet your appetite: 1) the hotel refused to apply the family fare (2nd room at -50%) because of a 'computer problem'; clearly, they did not offer any compensation, not even a free breakfast or drink for the almost 100 € I had to pay with respect to the discounted fare; 2) because of an electrical problem, our car was stuck in their internal garage on a Sunday, and I had to call an emergency service. We kindly asked to keep one ONLY of the two rooms for an extra hour (until 13:00 instead of 12:00) while waiting with our two kids for the tow truck. The nice reply from the 20 y.o. lady receptionist was "We are fully booked. If you are not out within five minutes, I will have your luggage being thrown out of the rooms. But I would not mind if the four of you sit at the outside tables of the hotel, even if your stay is over". Please allow me not to refer what I replied. It is clear that the cleaners could not clean all the hundreds rooms at the same time and that allowing us to stay for one hour more would have been a simple courtesy. But no. Kindness brings no money.||To summarise: the hotel is fine as long as you go for one night and you treat them as the animals they are. If you plan to enjoy your stay, better choose a less beautiful hotel but with human beings. These people are fake and arrogant, I tell you.

As part of a classic Car (Alfa Romeo Giulietta Register) tour to France, we stayed in a number of high end hotels. This was the best. Brilliant building/location/rooms. Excellent dinner and the best breakfast we’ve had anywhere.👌
