Restaurant foods and Breakfast was good. Rooms are clean. But everything is old in the room. The size is enough for standard rooms. Rooms don't have vault, smart tv slippers and cleaners for tooth. The hotel can't provide internet to rooms and helpdesk can't solved the problem. So, I'm not glad to hotel. It could be tried for short term. But it's not good for long term.

I normally stay at Novotel and have great experience. Hotel is ok and rooms are standard but I really recommend avoiding the restaurant. Food wasn't good, serviced was disorganized and messy... they kept bringing other people's food and ask if it was mine, I ordered a stake and they didn't have stake knife, it didn't come as I asked, they never asked how my food was, they had to change dirty spoon in my table, I asked to remove any onions from my dish and it still came with. Really poor experience unfortunately.

First time I stayed in this hotel. The personnel was very helpful and nice indeed. The rooms were tiny, with walls made of plywood so you could listen to the slightest noise. The air con was fitted above the bathroom door so pneumonia was waiting in the corner after you had a shower and left the bathroom. Frigobar has so low power output that maybe hell got frozen first but cold water to drink you would not have. Water bottles were made of non-transparent plastic which I have never seen before and it was awkward. About breakfast now; a scrambled eggs thing was there filled with milk that tasted like porridge and not eggs. I order an omelet from the stand and was served a one-egg omelet. The first night I ordered a hamburger. There was no description in either catalog so I only asked to don't put any caramelized onions in case there were. However, the burger came filled with mayo and ketchup, and couldn't eat it. The meat was full of garlic like I was a demon to exorcise. The dessert brownie with ice cream was very tasteful but it was like a sample to taste rather than the normal portion to eat and feel happy. The second night I didn't order anything. Sorry guys but I won't go again unless there are no other hotels available as it was now cause of Carnaval.

Clean and decent rooms. Internet very poor. There is absolutely nothing to do in the hotel. No bar, no cafetería. The restaurant only opens an 7pm (at least during the weekend). So go there if you only want to sleep. If you want to have a drink, or eat in a nice environment: I would consider a different place.

Great experience staying here. Clean and spacious quarters. Breakfast is amazing and staff is very nice. Hot water showers fluctuate just a little (from warm to hot back to warm the hot; totally manageable) but not at all cold. I do wish the free airport shuttle was more frequent. As of this writing in Feb 2020, shuttle to the airport runs on the half hour and shuttle from the airport runs on the hour. Our flight times had us coming in at exactly the wrong times on both ends. Uber is super inexpensive so that's a great alternative. Hotel is about 28-40 min to the historical center (we did it in rush hour traffic and low traffic late evening)

Good hotel If you're not here for tourism as there's nothing to do around the hotel. Breakfast is really good and they have coconut water and tapioca. The room is comfortable wifi signal is ok (could be better) and food is a bit expensive. I ordered one salad in their menu 3 times and every time there was one ingredient missing from the menu description. There is a mall where you can get food nearby though but you'll need a cab to get there. The pool is kinda public as its right in front of the restaurant. They have free shuttle to and from the airport.

Very nice hotel with big, clean rooms. The breakfast is very good. There is an hourly free airport shuttle from 8am to 9pm. In the morning you need between 1 and 1.5 hours to the city center with uber (60 RS) or taxi.

Close to airport (though it is best to walk a few metres to the left so you don’t need to drive a loop). Rooms are good size and clean, bed good, some minor damages in the room. Checkout speed okay, English quite good. Would stay again for an early flight.
