we had a nice stay there. kids were happy but for this standing the rooms were a bit old where isolation is not the best in the rooms we were. it was winter and in the room we could feel the fresh air of outside and windows were with moisture and water condensation. bathroom and room were clean, it was the most important. a minus: the swimming pool was not functional and I was not informed during the booking. I recommend though that hotel.

Very friendly and attentive service. Good food in the hotel restaurant. Rooms are clean. Comfortable beds. Only topic for potential improvement - rooms might need some refurbishment, in some parts.

As usual, staff is super nice and polite, hotel is well located and clean. However, the 26°C policy in the rooms is not acceptable, especially in middle of summer. 26°C is way too high and does not enable a restful night. This policy needs changed immediately. It is not acceptable to feel like in a Paris student room under the roof of a XIX century building!! This is not ecology, this is pure greed.

Good hotel for anybody coming to Paris for sightseeing or work. Rooms are nice but the corridors on each floor look a little old. Breakfasts were really good. Workers know English on communicative level so it's convenient for foreigners. Also there is a swimming pool and sauna avaiable. However, anyone coming here must mind that there is 250 euro deposit to be paid while booking in...

The hotel is substandard, 4* on paper. No Aircon, as if they didn't know. They announced that our room will be ready by 1pm, in the end we waited almost 1.5 more. Worst, there were only 1 set of towel, and no Aircon... It was 27° outside but 35° inside. Hot air was coming out of the AC on or off. They bring us some random mobile air-cooler (not even AC or even put ice inside). Bedsheet - suspicious (look at the stains) Service = only check-in and out - not customer centric. Location is good

work undertaken close to our room on the 1st floor. although Novotel aim to improve environmental areas of their service, I really don't understand how supplying decent coffee in the rooms would impact this aim?

The hotel is really beautiful and located at a good distance from the nearest town (10min drive). The rooms were really clean and comfortable for sleep. The breakfast is good but I would have preferred to have more vegetarian hot breakfast options like (hash browns or mushrooms etc). Overall it was a good stay for me.

We went there for a wedding and it was conveniently located. The staff were lovely and we loved that they had a swimming pool! It’s only 4 minutes drive from the shopping centre so really good. The only down side was the AC it was really hot in the room.

Disrespectful and not professional staff, do not call reception for information or room service, the person will offer no help and hang up on you! Found hairs and nails in the bathroom, also, cleaning ladies do not properly wear the mask. No compensation offered.

Nice and convenient location (golf courses, easy freeway access and close to a major mall), reasonable prices, friendly service. Food choices and service are OK for a chain (the breakfast buffet is really nice). Frustratingly slow Wi-Fi and rooms could use some renovations.
