Novotel Sénart Golf de Greenparc was easy to book and prepared a warm welcome and easy check-in.
The Reception and restaurant/Bar staff was very friendly and experts in their role.
The overall stay experience was satisfying and I am sure to recommend it to colleagues and on Google Maps.
The Hotel has a clear sustainability program which had been successfully implemented.
Here are some tips to make the stay excellent.
The Building Facade paint and entrance / sliding doors could receive renovation as it is th customer's first impression of the site.
Glacing Cleaning could be improved.
The entrance sliding doors have no sluice/air curtain to prevent energy loss in summer and winter time.
For some reason, I could not connect my phone to the TV with the provided platform it did not work.
Wifi speed could be improved for hotel office working
A dedicated Co-Working space area could be provided for back office work.
The elevator could receive renovation
Ailes to hotel rooms could receive painting, Carpet, and renovation work
The Emergency Door Staircase Level 0 -Reception is slamming very hard.
Paint on the Balcony Grey painted Floors could receive renovation.
Swimming Pool opening times to be extended - 9 pm is short after dinnertime
Wellnes&Spa Program services to be offered
Actual Room Temperature could be displayed to show guests the proper temperature reached (New Controller)
For some reason, I did not find toilet brushes in the toilet as expected.
Lawn Mowing could be improved
The Green Area could be improved to provide guests with a small recreation area with a deckchair and an outside bar
The parking lot marking width is too small for the actual SUV Car size, it could be reorganized to make parking more comfortable.
Parking lot fine-asphalt cover could experience renovation as it has reached the end of its lifetime, beeing rough, with holes and tripping points.
Flowers, ther are little to no flowers inside the hotel - plastic plants do not provide a comfortable environment
It is difficult to arrive with public transportation (sustainable) as the schedules from buses and trains are difficult for foreign guests to understand.
The Laundry Service Truck in front of the main entrance wakes up guests and disturbs them during morning meditation of course this is the main backbone service of the hotel may be a more suitable side entrance can be created to make the laundry invisible and quiet in the service levels
The mini-bar could offer some 1-2 non-alcohoöic welcome drinks for first arrival day (Hotel Indigo group experience)
The Water dispenser in the Ailes is perfect and could display the cleaning and disinfection interval as the customer expected.
In-room 124 the LED lighting beams of the Bed need renovation (end-of-lifetime)
Ther could be USB-c Charging on bed tables and work desk as it is European Standard (Mariott Courtyard Experience)
There could be a bathrobe and slipper in the room to get easily dressed to wellness and the pool area.
Ther were no changing rooms found in the pool area and lockers to keep phone and wallet.
