I had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Mr. Sohag during my stay at the hotel. He was exceptionally professional, courteous, and attentive to every detail. Great location, excellent service, and warm, courteous, professional staff in all departments. As I had already given my review of the room service, this will focus on the restaurant and catering service: The waiters and waitresses are polite, approachable, and always in standby. I was particularly very impressed by the professional aptitude, quick response, and friendly smiles of Brigid. All crew keep the good work, thank you!

A big thank you to the Me.Pramish who cleaned my room! Every day I came back to a super tidy and fresh space. The little touches, like neatly folded towels and organized items, really made a difference. I appreciated the hard work . You helped make my stay feel a bit more like home!

We recently stayed at Novotel DWTC and overall had a pleasant experience. The kids really enjoyed the pool, which made the stay more fun for the family. The room was okay, but we were expecting a sofa bed and instead got a king-size bed with a regular sofa. The TV only had standard channels and didn’t support Netflix, YouTube, or streaming from our devices, which was a bit limiting. I also used a Smiles App “birthday week” complimentary upgrade, but the room we received felt almost the same size as the one we originally booked—the main difference was having unlimited coffee. The room temperature wasn’t as cool as we preferred and couldn’t be adjusted further. On the brighter side, breakfast was decent, the pool was nice for the kids, and the staff were helpful. Valet parking is convenient, but personally I prefer self-parking for easier access to my car. Overall, it was a good stay and our children had fun, though we were hoping for something a little more special.

Both Lala and Aaminah were very friendly, professional, and helpful, which made my check-in and check-out experience smooth and pleasant. Stayed here for a recent work trip and I was blown away at how beautiful the place us. Given its work, they wouldn't pay for anything expensive. However, this place did feel high end. The staff are lovely and very playful with my young child. I would 100% recommend. The price per night was also very cheap (around £55 per night)
