From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Trevor at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and assured us we would have a great stay — and he was absolutely right! The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and every detail was just perfect. The staff throughout the property were courteous, attentive, and genuinely made us feel at home. From the amenities to the service, everything was top notch. Thank you to Trevor and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a smooth and memorable experience!

She effortlessly handled every detail of my stay and went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed.||Then there’s Sarina, whose hospitality is unmatched. She has this natural ability to make guests feel special – always checking in with such grace and kindness.||A huge shoutout to Tebu, whose positive energy is infectious! Every interaction with him made me feel like I was among friends.||And how can I forget Chef Bilal and his amazing team? Every meal was a masterpiece – from the beautifully presented dishes to the incredible flavors. I had an excellent experience with Kai at Entrenous from the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly with a genuine smile that made me feel welcomed right away. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. Throughout my time there, Kai went above and beyond her role as a receptionist by attentively listening to my questions and promptly addressing any requests I had. Her attentiveness and proactive approach truly enhanced my experience. It's clear that she cares about providing exceptional customer service, and her welcoming demeanor standout in place to dine. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing her friendly hospitality firsthand!

Conveniently located mid way between the airport and our end destination, Bluewater.||We checked in at 01.30 am and left at 10.00 am on the same day. The family room was basic, but comfortable.||Our rate was really competitive, with breakfast included. The restaurant choice was plentiful.||Although not used, there is a pool area.||In my opinion, it was an ideal choice for a stop over sleep.

Excellent on every aspect from ambiance, rooms, food, staff hospitality and room service. Loved it all and made a friend at the front desk, Trevor ! He has been the pick of the people I interacted. Excellent communication skills and always willing to help. Over all a lovely experience!

We had an epic stay at Novotel. The proximity to the World Trade Centre - literally walking distance with an indoor access route was amazing for attending an event at World Trade Centre. The lobby has delicious cold fruit water and the staff are always super helpful. The bar and restaurant and pool were lovely too!
