I had an excellent experience with Kai at Entrenous from the moment I arrived, she greeted me warmly with a genuine smile that made me feel welcomed right away. Her friendly demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. Throughout my time there, Kai went above and beyond her role as a receptionist by attentively listening to my questions and promptly addressing any requests I had. Her attentiveness and proactive approach truly enhanced my experience. It's clear that she cares about providing exceptional customer service, and her welcoming demeanor standout in place to dine. I highly recommend visiting and experiencing her friendly hospitality firsthand!

If I had the chance to give it 10 stars I would! Everything in this place is amazing., the staff is so lovely, friendly, and very nice to the children. I loved how they clean the room every day and fill up the amenities. The hotel itself is amazingly clean too. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to coming back . Thank you MR Numan 🙏

The hotel itself is ideally located, with easy access to the metro and key attractions in Dubai. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable—perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options. We had a nice coffee from Cafe cream. Thanks to the team , Maria the supervisor welcomed us with a nice smile . All are friendly and very accommodating. Will surely come back again with my family.

Please note, this is a company reservation, not an individual booking. Repeatedly asking for payment is causing unnecessary confusion and reflects poorly on your service standards. I request that this matter be addressed immediately and ensure all relevant staff are properly informed to avoid further issues.
