Excellent Banquet Experience We had a wonderful experience at the hotel banquet. Everything was well organized, the ambiance was elegant, and the service was outstanding. A special thanks to Sandun, Reddy, and Mau for their exceptional support and professionalism throughout the event. They were attentive, cooperative, and ensured everything ran smoothly. The food quality, presentation, and overall hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for events and celebrations. We look forward to hosting future events here again.

We loved staying at this Novotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet spread was delicious ans the service staff in there went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Mr. Samsaam, one of the service providers in the breakfast section went out of his way to make us feel like we were home. We were all feeling poorly and he offered to make us ginger/lemon / honey tea to go to hasten our recovery. It reminded me of being back in my homeland and being fused over by my grandmother when I was sick. I would come back and always stay at this particular hotel just for that. It is people like him that make hectic travel vacations feel like being home. Apart from that, the breakfast buffet offers on the spot cooked omelettes made to order. The housekeeping staff set up cots for our children and tidied the room every day. We have traveled all over the world and stayed at hundreds of hotels. This Novotel will always stand out to us because of the service. The aesthetics of the place are great - very modern and minimalist, but in my opinion it is the people that make or break an experience for us.

Wonderful location of the hotel. The service is at the level, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfasts and dinners are simply unreal. The portions are very large, the food is delicious. The restaurant has a very helpful and sensitive Tarek and Vivek waiter, took a photo for us on request. The dishes are delicious. Thank you for your service.

Embers has emerged as the most exquisite option for an evening brunch offer. With a delectable array of options from starters to desserts, their Saturday evening brunch set menu was a delight from start to finish! That matched with an enchanting ambiance paired with an exciting combination of live music and a highly capable DJ has made this an incredible night to remember! The hotel is good, clean and well maintained. It is in a prime location. Metro and taxi are easily available anytime. Breakfast buffet spread is good, In dining menu options can be improved. Dental kit should be provided.Nearby good restaurants are there.The house keeping team member Avatar is very helpful. The restaurant team member Dihan is very proactive and available for any assistance. Special shoutout to Mohammed Shanir - transport co-ordinator he went out of his way to help my family when our international sim connection was not working, he didnot hesitate to use his phone to troubleshoot the issue additionally helped in making call to international number.Overall a very nice experience.
