A beautiful boutique hotel with few rooms but nonetheless great service. The rooms are comfy, spacious and beautiful, the food options (including the breakfast) are good and varied, the views from the rooftop and (small but comfy) swimming pool are beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The child-free policy is a nice plus.

Even though we didn’t get access to the pool and rooftop bar due to remodeling, My wife and I really enjoyed the stay! Very nice and a great value. Great location with many bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a convenience store a block away. Breakfast was included and it’s cooked to order with a few options, not a buffet (much better)! Staff is very nice. They speak limited English and we are the same with Spanish but we got by ok. All the staff seemed to know who we were. They don’t have traditional wash cloths, so pack those if needed. Also get at least 2 room keys if not traveling alone. One controls some electricity in the room (AC stays on). We felt safe at the hotel and neighborhood. No issues. Was also quiet, slept well. Will stay there again!

Not a bad hotel, but kinda weird. I lived in two types of rooms. Rooms on 5th floor have balcony and good view. Rooms on ground floor are dark with. All rooms are poorly furnished, there is no normal table to work. Breakfast is kinda poor, a choice of 2 dishes - fried eggs and granola with yogurt. Bar and pool are under construction now :-/ WiFi is a disaster. Location is good, Granada is a good neighbourhood with lots of restaurants around.

The culture of a business comes from the top, from the time we entered to the time we spend, the staff was accommodating, they went beyond, breakfast was simple but delicious, everyone from reception to cleaner to the owners greeted with smile and respect, always willing to go beyond. The hotel may not be the biggest but the service excellence is amongst the top hotels you will visit, it feels like home with the kind of welcome you get, great area to hang out as well.. great value. Highly recommended.. we need more hotels like this!!

My stay was disappointing to say the least. While staff was generally friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities, the cons greatly outweigh their hospitality. The showers are built so poorly that the bathrooms have visible black mold growth. I stayed for one week and began feeling itchiness in my throat just a couple of days in. Those symptoms quickly escalated to all the telltale signs of black mold exposure: nasal/ sinus congestion and pressure, terrible headaches (bordering on migraines), eye irritation, fatique, etc. When I wasn’t in the hotel during my stay, I felt significantly better. You can see the mold growth in the bathrooms near the shower and underneath the bathroom counter on the wall near the floor. The showers leak water pretty easily and the mold growth makes complete sense. You can also see water damage on the hotel room ceilings (from the rooms above I imagine). Also, the fan in the bathroom is so weak that it doesn’t do anything to help mitigate moisture. Additionally, the WiFi (both the room specific WiFi and the hotel’s main WiFi) never worked the entire week. Even if it said that your device was connected, nothing ever fully loaded on any application or website. Also, when I made the reservation online, nowhere was it indicated that the restaurant, pool and bar were not accessible at this time. That is something that should be mentioned online before a customer makes a reservation. Breakfast was included which was nice but there were only two options to choose from. I forgot to mention that while the bed was very comfy, the sheets and pillowcases were quite pilled and old and seemingly haven’t been updated in a long time. It definitely didn’t feel like a four or five star hotel. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, but I will not be coming back and I hope my mold exposure symptoms go away soon. That was absolutely the worst part of this experience. Please please please take care of the mold problems this building has!!

Building and rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, included breakfast was great too. Yuri at the front desk provided amazing customer service, ask for her if you can!

Very, very, very nice hotel here in Grenada. In a good area of town this hotel is one the best hotels I've stayed at in Columbia can easily compete with U.S standards as well. Nice scenic natural decor throughout the hotel. Nice jazz, house, techno fusion music playing in the lobby all day and all night. Has this aura leaving you at peace and tranquil throughout your stay. My only regret is that I couldn't stay here longer, and that the rooftop pool/and bar was closed because of the renovations.
