Would not recommend at all -Dana is all about the hype on instagram but in reality the treatments are cheap and customer service is rude and dismissive - a very tacky experience to say the least . Not worth the money. I also ordered one of her products a while back and it had already expired - should have known at the time not to book the clinic experience.

Love this place! It's very clean and relaxing. They're very good with emailing you appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. Have gotten 3 laser hair removal sessions so far and it's been a great experience every time. Danna is very knowledgable and keeps track of your laser settings. The sessions are quite quick after the first introductory one. It's also not that painful! This is the first time I've ever done laser hair removal and I went straight for the Brazilian and it's not so bad. I also noticed amazing results after my first session. Overall great place! I was wary about picking one at first, but I feel like I couldn't have picked a better place.

Long overdue review, I had a great experience when visited! Beautiful, relaxing athmosphere, and my esthetician and facial was amazing, had a Laser genesis, but it was much more than just laser. And the bed is so comfy!

2 times going to Noy for my Brazilian and I have loved every minute! Natasha is amazing and funny and thorough. She makes the whole experience a pleasure not a chore. And Noy salon itself is pretty, relaxing and clean and the staff is super nice! The price is unbeatable for the quality of service a definite must go as I will be going no where else!

Sharing the same sentiment as some of the other reviews here. I was really excited to have a treatment at this clinic and I had 3 friends waiting to hear how it was because they wanted to book as well. When I try a new service, I find that the little things, those small elevated moments, are what make the difference and keep clients loyal. The treatment started 15 min late, the aesthetician recommended another treatment than the one booked, said it'snot going to do anything and I agreed. I specifically asked if there are any side effects and she said no, because I had a bad experience with that in the past. After the laser, she put on cream or something and disappeared for 30 min! Then when I came out, I was asked to sign a legal document with everything that can happen after laser and I said I don't feel comfortable signing it. While I was talking with the aesthetician , your receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and just said it’s 285$ and took the paper away, not caring how I feel or how to make the experience better. I was shocked and was still in the middle of the conversation and said that it is bad that she is going to lose a potential client. She said it’s ok and that's it. I have never experienced something like that and agree that it could just be an Instagram scam.

I have been following Donna for years. very saddened to learn of her passing. I know she’d been struggling with cancer for a couple years now. I’ve always loved everything I’ve purchased from her and find her to be very caring and always responsive to any questions I have had regarding my skin care. Her Jade Gua sha tool is incredible. I have a few cheaper versions of the gua sha tool. Nothing compares to the results I get from Dana’s quality tools.

What a wonderful experience! I received a Pomegranate Peel from Danna and she was hands down the best esthetician I've ever worked with. She was very knowledgeable & walked me (a first timer) through the procedure answering questions I was always to intimidated to ask other estheticians. I was relaxed and comfortable the whole time but best of all my skin felt and looked great when I left. I'll definitely be back!

LOVE the skincare but Canadian buyers beware...You'll get an invoice for duties and taxes that is more than your order. I ordered the buckthorn face oil and dewdab salve, both of which I love. A month after delivery I get an invoice for duties totalling the same amount as my full order. This plus the existing exchange rate of 30% make purchases from Noy not worth the cost. Disappointing.

Skincare has evolved since Covid and much of what I've been relying on is at-home care from experts on social media. This is when I found Danna (the owner) and her advice on Instagram has been a game-changer! I occasionally DM her with questions and she's been so sweet to answer my skincare questions. I started slow and purchased the oil cleanser she recommended, and carefully followed her technique for cleansing and had very nice results. I kept following her posts about Gua Sha, LED light and various skin care products and gradually ordered most of the products and my skin has never looked better!!! I've been to countless facialists and dermatologists (not to mention trying the various brands at the stores) for hard to treat hyper-pigmentation and uneven skin tone and nothing worked, until now!!! My skin has gone through such an amazing change since March based on Danna's advice. Her products are very gentle to the skin which amazes me because I was under the impression that aggressive treatments were the only thing that would work on my skin but she's taught me this is a misnomer. She recently moved to a new location in NY and her spa is absolutely gorgeous!! If I lived in NY, I'd see her in person as Danna definitely knows her stuff!

Purchased several Environ products online and only received three, one of which was damaged in transit. I emailed the issues and received a response within hours. The missing and damaged items were expedited and delivered within a couple days. Because of their sincerity and quick response I have all the faith in their brand.

Started following them on IG for about a year ago and couldn't wait to go to NYC so I could schedule a facial with them. I finally went this past December and I wish I remembered the name of the person who did my facial because she was fantastic. I got the Gua Sha facial and Laser Genesis. She made great conversation and showed me the Gua Sha treatment results as she was doing it. It was cold so they had extra blankets to make it comfortable for you - overall very good pampering day. Their spa is beautiful and cozy at the same time. Scheduling was super easy and they were good doing follow ups once I got to NYC. I know I'll be scheduling an appointment next time I'm in town.

I had come here over the summer because I'd heard raving reviews. The facial felt amazing, and my facialist was such a nice woman who clearly knew what she was talking about. I came in with skin that had some acne, but it wasn't that bad. They gave me a microdermabrasion without asking, which was NOT part of the facial that I had purchased. I only found out about this when I paid at the end and had been charged 55$ extra for the microdermabrasion. It was so awkward because I was not told that I'd be charged extra for this, nor was I told she was doing it! Regardless, I paid the bill. I must have spent around 450$ that day. After 2 weeks my skin broke out like crazy. I thought that this was normal, and I decided I would wait a few months. I tried everything, and my acne wasn't going away. (I've never had acne like this before). I called Noy Skincare and asked the receptionist to look at my file, perhaps I could come back and get a more acne focused facial. She seemed nice enough, and told me she'd talk to my facialist and get back to me by 2 PM that day. Of course...I didn't hear back. I shouldn't have to chase after them when I've given them almost 450$ and am a customer who is willing to come back. Instead, I decided to go to this no frills place in Chinatown, and after 3 facials, I have NO acne or breakouts. Really disappointed.

UPDATE: I am updating my review to let you guys know that Danna herself blocked my on Instagram after I left a comment saying the truth about my experience. Instead of reaching out to her clients who spent LOTS OF MONEY when they are dissatisfied , she blocks them. Do not trust this place or their service. As I said my aesthetician knew nothing about rosacea. Now I officially know this is a scam.

I like the products I purchased from Noy, especially the Seabuckthorn oil. That being said, the overall spa experience left a lot to be desired. First, I felt the staff was annoyed at my presence. I also feel they really try to increase the cost of your facial by telling you something will be good for your skin but not discussing the increase of cost. Now, I have no problem spending a decent amount of money on beauty treatments but this experience just seemed like a scam to me. The cost of the treatments are very inflated and I don't feel much was included with the facial to begin with. I can't speak on the appointments with Danna because good luck getting one. It's a waiting list that I've been on for over 2 years. I prefer the facial treatments I receive at Joanna Czech. You know what your paying and receive top of the line treatments catered to your needs. My face glows for months after.

This place is hard to find! The entrance with the elevators looks like a residential lobby. Noy Skincare is on the 18th floor. I got laser hair removal at Noy Skincare. Natasha is really professional and amenable, making my visit much less painful than any other place I've been. Noy Skincare is a really simple office, but the ambiance with lit candles and dark lighting in the waiting room soothes and relaxes (and I felt nervous since hair removal is not usually painless). I would definitely recommend Natasha - she was honest and caring, and explained everything well. I will definitely be back!

I have been doing my facial with Noy for almost tow years now, you can tell I LOVE this sweet place. I love the scent they put at the reception, it is so relaxing and calming. I have been having Bouchra one of the therapists there for almost two years, she is absolutely GREAT! She is very attentive and nice. So highly recommend this place!!!

Nice staff for the most part. that's why i only give it 2 stars I went here for a brazilian wax, it was soo painful. the lady that waxed me was nice, however she went over the same areas multiple times which hurt like hell. She was done, and I left with the area being sore and red. Now I am experiencing peeling and the area is much darker than my color. (DISCOLORATION due to damage) I will not be going back. I am really really upset. Now I have to call my doctor and rectify the damage they done. This place is not worth it at all. Way to ruin an experience ... I WILL NEVER RETURN. QUALITY SUCKS

Terrible customer service. Receptionist can not call clients back. When asked to speak to a manager, he didn't believe me when I said his staff had been unprofessional. They have an ego about them because they were fortunate enough to have a few media outlets post about them, they feel like they are elite and can treat customers poorly. It is not okay to make customers wait 20 minutes during their first appointment.

You know, rarely do I ever see spas do this kind of courtesy and I will surely remember it because it meant so much to me. This review is for their prompt & kind customer service for my last-minute cancellation for my special circumstances. I will have to book here for a facial just because of this customer service rep (incident happened just now!) She was so kind. I subscribe to their text messages that offer up to 30% off services. Silly me was just curious on how to book, so I clicked the service I wanted, the probiotic cleaning treatment, picked the last minute date (tomorrow) and the only time available was 11 AM. I didn't know there wasn't a payment method confirmation page and boom, it was booked. Me panicking, sent two emails to cancel. I just had a huge cyst (2 in) removed off my chin and was not in any condition to have a strong facial! Because I'm socially awkward, hehe, I called and explained my situation frantically. I even said if I had to, I would take a gift card for the $136 (+tax) value to show I was not going to flake next time. And you know what the customer service rep said, "Don't worry! We will cancel right away for you with no charge! Thank you for letting us know!" Easy peasy and just like that, you've got yourself a future customer when my skin is in better condition for a facial.

Danna and her team are the BEST. I've been seeing Danna for two years for my inflamed, cystic acne - my endocrinologist actually referred me to her. She has never over-promised on results and communicates with me about why she is (or isn't) doing anything to my skin. She is extremely personable, empathetic, and her staff have always done their very best to be accommodative. I see her for acne but I've got my mother in law hooked on her for anti-aging. Danna really cares about the integrity of the products that she uses and recommends for home use. You won't find someone who cares more about her clients!

I never thought facials seemed worth the fuss until my treatment with Madelina last week. I made a goal this year to treat my skin better, so I booked a probiotic facial to clear up my oily skin. Madelina asked lots of questions about my daily routine and pointed out that I was dehydrated, which I hadn't realized. I never felt like she was pushy, and at the end I asked for a moisturizer and toner recommendation and bought a couple items from the organic line that a friend had raved about. At the end of the facial, my skin looked amazing--even and clear. Normally I would have felt naked without some foundation but my skin looked so great there was no need for it. The studio is glamorous and quiet, and super clean. No complaints whatsoever. I'll be a repeat client.

I used to love this place, it wasn't fancy or a spa but it definitely did the job. But lately they've practically doubled their prices. Example: you used to be able to get an add on microdermabrasion for $30 with a facial, now it's $55. Laser Genesis was maybe around 130-140, now it's well over $200. I mean they're good.. but they aren't that good. They also seem to have new people every time I go in, so maybe they're under new management or the last people have cycled out. I'm not sure what's going on there.. Bottom line: if you want to go, you'll like the facial, but you'll really overpay. You can find same quality elsewhere at a better price.

I absolutely love this place. I was looking for a new facial place that I could go to regularly around manhattan. The first place I went to was a disaster and so I researched and found Noy Skincare through yelp and I feel blessed. After the facial, my skin just glows and I feel energized. The staff is friendly. Always smiles. Bushra especially is amazing. I highly recommend her. Very friendly, very funny and she is great at doing her job. I love her and i'm happy to have found my regular facial spot. :)

UPDATE: This place is great. Very happy with the level of service, attention and the results. LIFE CHANGING! So far so good. Coming in for laser hair removal. I wish appointments were a little easier to schedule but this could also be my scheduling issues. I am purchasing more services so yes, I guess I am happy.

After my first post, the owner invited me back in to review my current state and further discuss the issue, which I appreciated. Below is from my experience last year at Noy. Im in my mid 20's and went to this place to receive consultation on pore enlargement. I The skin specialist immediately recommended laser genesis, which was probably the wrong way to go. I would highly suggest you do some research on this laser. After the first treatment, I had a couple breakouts and went back for a short consultation as I was super skeptical and concerned that it would get worse. The specialist suggested second time would be better, so I went back after three weeks (as suggested) for my second genesis. Two days after the treatment, my forehead was covered in rash. It was itchy and burning. I went back to show them, they told me to stop the procedure and said it would be okay in about two weeks. My skin only got worse... since then, I formed new breakouts (some type of rash? it was very itchy and red all over) and lasted for about 2 months. For the first 2 months since the second treatment, I suffered through rash on my forehead & cheeks and the next 3 months and continuing, I got scars and hyperpigmentation on the spots that were affected by the laser. I've seen a few derms in the city and they proposed that the temperature setting was most likely too high for my skin. The whole process made my skin so weak. My skin was and is still very sensitive to sun exposure than ever before. I'm finally healing with help from my derm but still battling through scars and hyperpigmentation. If you do want to perform laser on your skin, do some research.

Not sure why this place has such good reviews. It makes me very suspicious. I went here for a bikini wax and underarm wax. I usually go to Shoba, but I really can't afford it so I wanted to try somewhere a LITTLE more affordable. I've had many bikini waxes. In various locations all over the world. This was one of the more painful ones. I was bleeding by the end of it. There was no tweezing or threading of any stubborn hairs. Just a LOT of wax over and over and over again on the same parts of my body. Once it was over I was handed a bottle of some kind of lotion to apply to get the remaining wax off and sooth the skin. I was given no care instructions at all. The hair is starting to grow back. Some of it ingrown. Which usually doesn't happen. Based on the reviews I was expecting a very different experience. Definitely won't be going here again. Ever.

I used to love getting facials from Noy, even though booking appointments were not easy. But I'm done with this place. The price of the most basic 1-hour facial went from $120 to $175, a close to 50% increase. Same service and same products, except they added a peel. But that doesn't justify such a steep price hike. Noy facials are nice but not worth $175. Going elsewhere!

So, it's been a month since I first discovered this place and seems as though the price shot up to $50 for a Full Brazilian now!!!!!!!!!!! How is this possible??? Now, have to research again!

I've had a very bad experience with waxing, especially brazilians. Noy spa was a wonderful experience. I couldn't believe the outstanding service. Danna my esthetician, she was great. We were talking the whole entire time. It felt great! Not that much pain. My Brazilian didn't even hurt as much because of the hard wax they use. Love this spa.

I've had my fair share of Brazilian waxes in my lifetime, and this one was not the greatest. My esthetician (can't remember her name) was nice and funny and we chatted easily during the treatment. She told me beforehand that the spa uses hard wax, which I've had done before and didn't think was a big deal. Big mistake. It took her about twice as long as normal strip waxes usually take (15 min max, and this was 30+) and she also took about three tries to rip each one off my skin - which is terrible because you think the pain is about to be over in one fell swoop but instead you get it in three evenly-painful doses. Awesome. Lastly, her method of removing ingrowns had me reeling - it was more painful than the wax itself! I told her that and she seemed to think it was totally fine and continued doing it. On the plus side, I did really like talking with her and the price of the wax is pretty decent for a clean, upscale-feeling spa. The decor and the treatment rooms are nice as well, and my skin was completely smooth for more than 2 weeks. That being said, I am NOT a fan of the hard wax technique they use and the time it takes - and I don't think I'll be back.

Two years ago I began an exhausting, desperate and clueless journey to fix my skin. As someone who never experienced any sort of acne growing up, I had no idea where to begin. I did the rounds of cheap Lifebooker facials, each time trying to explain to the esthetician my personal story and concerns about my skin (feeling rushed and suspicious she was not listening), I spent hundreds of dollars at the dermatologist for harsh topicals that never worked. Finally I found Noy Spa. If you have an actual skin condition and you are feeling lost, I can not recommend this spa enough. Through a combination of facial treatments, peels AND the acupuncture, my skin is 90% better than it was April. Be patient, listen to Danna and Elana, use the products they recommend (I was ALWAYS suspicious about buying products from a spa, as they are usually just trying to sell to you. These products are different because they WORK). It also helps that they are both the sweetest women ever and makes the entire experience that much more enjoyable. I could never think of going to another spa after Noy! Worth all the money I have invested because of the results, atmosphere and experience.

Facials, ugh. I have a love/hate of getting them. I love the experience and how they can help take care of my acne - prone skin, but I shy away from scheduling them on the regular, because usually when I think about it, I'm broken out pretty bad and am too embarrassed and self-conscious to go for a treatment for fear of being scolded by a facialist... but enough about me, this review is about Noy! #tmi? I bit the facial bullet and committed to a Gilt 3 pack of the acne facial at Noy (of course only after reading Yelp reviews). As the other reviews mentioned, it's a little tricky to find, since the entrance is on 42nd Street and the address is 315 Madison. #allgood Upon arrival, the spa was cozy and dimly lit and quiet, which I was thankful for after trekking my way through Midtown mayhem at rush hour. The spa was clean and tidy, including the bathroom (I always check as a litmus for cleanliness). #serenitynow I saw Natasha, who was professional and genuinely kind. Rather than yelling at me about my acne she was able to keep her analysis of my skin positive, like when she called my skin "confused right now" rather than "bad" like I am used to hearing. As I mentioned, I had the acne facial which did include some extractions and there was a little tingling from the products which contained glycolic acid, but overall, it was a great facial. Natasha even gave me a shoulder/upper back massage which did send me off for an afternoon snooze. Then it was over. I got up, got dressed and looked in the mirror. I was relieved and impressed to see my skin calm and not at all blotchy - pure magic. I didn't have to hide my face or jump into a cab for fear of others noticing my makeup - less post facial face. #bigwin The only part of my experience that was not so polished was my interaction with the two girls at the front desk. Although harmless, they could have been more attentive, like remembering who I was, since the spa didn't seem very busy. Nonetheless, in the end they gave me the right change and helped me book my next appointment. Obviously, I'll be back. I am happy to return and not dreading my next facial for once. #seeyousoonnoy

2 - Five star places in one day!!! From beginning to end this place is everything! It's super clean, smells divine upon entering & staff is casual but professional. Had a gilt voucher they already had on file which was impressive (so annoying when you have to look up,voucher # at checkout!.. Like dont you have some online portal with this info!) As I sat outside waiting, an Asian client walked out with a stunning fresh face glow! But they just have to splash water on their face & they shine so I had realistic expectations. Tara has magic hands! She massaged my face for like forever i swear I thought to myself that she probably didn't get the memo that I was a coupon appt because this was full price treatment! While the extractions were the most painful ever, I was not red or bruised & yes, my face was glowing! It looked like I had the no-makeup makeup look! Just note if you like a chatty aesthetician who recommends a list of products to buy, stay away! Other spas should book an apt ASAP to learn how it should be done!

. My only experience with brazilian and bikini wax was with a salon in Forest Hills, Queens (I will be writing a bad review for them soon). I would go back to the same lady every time. It was very painful and my first experience of having a brazilian wax brought me to tears. I thought every place was the same, it's suppose to be this painful. Well I was wrong I decided to try a new place in the city. I found Noy SkinCare on Yelp, reading people's reviews, etc. I am so glad I chose Noy. I worked with Natasha. She made the experience so comfortable for me, she spoke to me about my day, asked if I was traveling. She helped me relax because she noticed how tense I was. Natasha used hard wax. It was incredible! I had minimal to no pain. She was seamless and fast. She knew exactly what she was doing. I will definitely be going back to Natasha. If you have low tolerance for pain, this is your place. Natasha is gentle and tries her best to make it as comfortable as possible. Before I knew it, the waxing was over. Salon-clean, Zen, and smells wonderfully Customer Service-Excellent Wait time-minimal, less than 3 minutes Natasha- Excellent-priceless Cost-reasonable and well worth every penny! I highly recommend Noy Salon and Natasha

I've been going to Noy since it opened in June. I bought a lifebooker for 6 hair removal session. I wanted to wait until I finished those sessions before reviewing. My experience at Noy has always been very efficient, calming, and worthwhile! Danna was always so sweet at calming me down during my sessions because that darn laser hurts! It hurts more after each session because she increases the intensity. The sessions ended up working great. I'm practically hair-free, except for a few thin strands, which Danna explained as normal early on. I also ended up getting my first facial here to relieve my acne issues, and it totally worked! I used to have one or two bad pimples every week, and I've been pimple free for a month now. I think the facial and some of her good skincare advice really helped me. I highly recommend Noy Spa!

I've been here twice, both for microdermabrasion facials. Natasha was awesome, she looked over my skin and suggested a treatment that would work to give me the best results. The place was clean and cozy. Natasha was very professional, friendly and got to love the lady for telling me how beautiful my skin was. I noticed a difference right away, day 2 my skin was even better. I also noticed my face reacted better after the 2nd treatment. The prices are very reasonable, the staff is super friendly, the whole mood in the place is relax, relax, relax. Something that most of us in NY need. I def see myself as becoming a regular. :)

LOVE THIS PLACE!! A Brazilian wax is usually like a horror story but not here. Natasha is amazing. The lady that used to go PALED in comparison. Let me provide a brief description and comparison. WARNING - GRAPHIC The place that I used to go to was akin to being raped in a ambianic setting. The whole ordeal would be rushed but felt like hours. My aesthetician was cold and unnecessarily rough, with limited dialogue. When it would hurt too much or I wince, she would say that its my fault. When she's done, she would leave me in the room a bloody mess. I would later wobble to the restroom to clean myself up. Then I would whimper in pain for hours. On the contrary, NOY was like a one night stand, THAT you wanna do again. NATASHA, was extremely gentle, walked me through the entire process. She was AMAZING!!!!! She was extremely thorough and left me very neat and feeling good about myself. She then provided baby wipes, a wax remover and a towel, just I'm case I was still sticky (which I wasn't, much). I LOVE HER!!! The pain subsided as quickly as she rip the wax off. Love this place. Nice Ambiance. Typical Midtown prices. But worth every penny.

I can't even with this place.... because of this place I can never go to another waxing/spa place ever again. Thanks a lot Noy. Thanks. It's in an office building but once you step into their tiny establishment it instantly changes into a relaxing spa. The receptionists were so nice - I liked them, I usually don't like receptionists cause they are so.snotty and mean. Then Anna (Danna? Ana?) brought me into a small room and the waxing began. I have never ever (and I told Anna this) never ever had a more relaxing (yes relaxing) and painless wax ever. EVER. They use this hard wax and they rip it off - granted they put it on a couple of time but omg- i did not flinch NOT ONCE did I flinch. Amazing? YES. Now Anna was awesome she talked to you, relaxed you up and she was nice to talk to. I usually hate talking while I get stuff done, but she was so personable and so nice. So great - what a great person. I am coming back for a facial a few days from now with a different person, will let you know how facials go. But for waxing- fabbbbbb!

It was my first time here and my first time getting a bikini wax, but I can say with confidence that I'll be coming back! The online appointment process was great; super easy, you receive an email confirmation, and they'll call you to remind you the day before. I arrived a few minutes early, but I ended up waiting about 10 minutes past my 11:30 appointment. It wasn't a big deal and Natasha apologized when I got into the room. The receptionist was friendly and offered me water while I was waiting. Natasha was simply wonderful! Very enthusiastic, professional, and skilled. I got the extended bikini wax and she explained to me exactly where she was going to put the wax. We made small talk the whole time and made me feel at ease. I mentioned that it was my first time and she made sure to explain how to take care of the area once she was done. Process was about as painless as waxing can be! The room itself was clean, but had a warm ambiance to it. Accepts both cash and credit/debit cards.

Yep yep yep Natasha is my girl!!! Recently I decided to get a bikini wax because I was tired of shaving all the damn time and wanted to see how clean it can get lol. Natasha was as cool as it gets....made me feel comfortable and very knowledgeable. This wasn't my first time but I haven't had one done in years. I'm happy to have found her b/c I'm comfortable w/ her. She has great energy and very personable. THIS IS MY GO TO PLACE FOR SUCH MATTERS!!! :-) sooner or later I'll try the brazilian but for now baby steps....I'm already up to the extended bikini wax yay me! Oh, the place is clean and quiet and receptionist is always friendly. As mentioned by reviewers, the appt process online is seamless!

My BF gave me a gift card to Noy for Christmas and it turned out to be a great gift. The spa is very small yet serene and has a very pretty decor. I had the Noy Signature Facial, which included extractions, peel and laser treatment. My esthtitition did a great job explaining everything she was using and why, as well as what my expected results would be. She made great product recommendations and I'm happy with my purchases. All in all, it's a good place for a reasonable facial in Midtown.

I read great reviews online about Noy, and after a bad recent experience at another place that shall not be named, I made an online appointment literally 3 hours ahead and walked in. It was quite easy. I've been to many salons where the wax technician hurries and makes me nervous, adding to the PAIN of Brazilian waxing. It was a pleasant surprise to meet Natasha, a kind, empathetic, conversational, and humorous woman who answered all of my questions and made me feel relaxed and comfortable from start to finish. She had meticulous attention to detail and took her time to get the job done. Overall I was very pleased with wax experience as well as the check in/out process. The setting is secluded (small office in a big midtown office building) and peaceful, as well as clean and professional looking. I thought the temperature was a bit chilly indoors but it may have been because the building hasn't turned on central heating yet. The salon uses high quality brand name products, no double dipping, and most importantly, hard wax which reduces the pain of waxing. I would definitely recommend Noy for first timers as well as those who are looking for a comfortable, quality wax (that may take longer than the usual 20-30 minutes).

Just finished my laser underarm treatment. This was my first experience with laser hair removal (I know, I stay away from pain) so I don't have anything else to compare with; nonetheless I have zero negative things to say about Noy. I had Danna for my 6 sessions. Both she and the reception guy (name?) were incredibly nice. The place has such a relaxing and calm atmosphere - LOVED it! Might go back to try out the facials :)

What a great little spa. I was looking for a new acupuncturist, as I have had acupuncture before and found it really helpful with insomnia and headaches. I took a chance on this place after reading reviews online and checking out their website. It's in a great location, right near Grand Central on the corner of 42nd and Madison. It's a clean and relaxing boutique spa and the staff is super nice. The acupuncturist was sweet and knowledgable and spent a long time doing my initial consultation. I was really impressed. They also have really great prices for NYC and AMAZING hours. Open late on the weekdays and even until 7pm on Sunday - great for anyone with a structured job. I am definitely going to be going back.

I've spent over $3K at Noy (15 treatments +) so I think I am well positioned to comment on the spa. I find the estheticians other than Donna (founder) love to upsell products and recommend unsafely high frequency of treatments (one of them recommended a deep chemical peel EVERY TWO WEEKS to turning on microcurrent level so high I was getting body shocks - which is unnecessary) - making me question perverse incentive to sell more services at the expense of client skin. I also hate they always try to aggressively sell overpriced products ($20 more expensive than online) and stands there to watch you buy it. Lastly, while I love Donna - the truth is she only sees first time clients (to sell them and welcome them) and after that it's almost impossible to get an appointment with her.

I've been get facials in NYC for the past 10 years. The facial I had with Anne this week was arguably one of the best I have ever had. Ever. I had a Gilt deal (I always like to see who is offering a deal and try new places) for a facial and glycolic peel. The service started with Anne talking to me about my skin, she was open and listened and made me feel comfortable. The service itself was so much more than a facial (though the peel and extractions left my skin noticeably clearer and smooth). Anne is masterful with her hands and included not one but two massages during the 60 minute timeframe (don't you just hate it when the esthetician ditches you mid mask? I do). No skin shaming, no product pushing (though Anne provided a recommendation for a product I ended up getting). Really great experience. I would return in a heartbeat, even if it meant paying full price.

I have been with Noy Skincare for laser genesis for over two months and the experience was great. The pricing they charge is very reasonable compared to the market mainly because they are not M.D.s. The atmosphere there was relaxing and homey; the location is right next to Grand Central which is great! Sure will keep doing spa with Noy.

I adore this place!!! I got laser here. So relaxing, lovely and well decorated. I love the Ambiance and quality of service at Noy. Since it is in a high rise building it is totally quiet and serene. The owners/staff are so nice and kind. Highly recommended!!!

I scheduled a facial and they were booked for about a week and a half which wasn't horrible... But now I know why! I love this place ! I got a custom facial from Donna. She looked at my skin and since I have dry skin on my forehead tailored it for me.. The facial was really nice and relaxing and I asked questions and she informed me about different products that would help me. However she only said she knew how their products would work (not any others on the market which was probably a selling ploy) .. But the things she told me were really informing. I will probably come back.. My face felt so soft and yes.. I bought one of the products ... I have seen that others reviewed about waxing and laser hair removal.. I have had laser hair removal which finished (my 6 sessions) about a year and half ago... And new hair has grown back in.. Much thinner and less than I had.. But if I see a groupon for noy I will def buy it... All in all-- great experience.

I too have zero negative feedback on Noy! I recently moved here and was looking for a spa close to my office. I found Noy on Yelp a couple months ago and today I had my second Brazilian with Natasha. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially if you are new to waxing. I have had Brazilians elsewhere in NYC and in other cities and this is by far the least painful experience I have had. Natasha is friendly, makes sure you are comfortable and she is very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. She is an absolute delight! And yes, she is a fan of The Walking Dead and other great TV shows! We were chatting away, I nearly forgot I was getting waxed. I look forward to seeing her again and again. A few other things worth mentioning... The hard organic beeswax that they use at Noy is just what you need if you are prone to getting ingrowns like I am. The spa itself is very clean and the ambiance is calming. The reception service is wonderful as well. The convenience of being able to book appointments online through their website is a plus.

I purchased some products and realized one product was already expired and another product only had about 8 months until that one expired. I tend to stock up on my products and buy them in bulk to cut down on shipping waste. I emailed Noy Skincare about the product expiration date and they asked me to send photos, which i did. They then got back to me pretty much telling me that once you open a bottle it only has a 10-12 WEEK shelf life anyway.... Something I just learned. However in regards to the already expired Intense C-Boost Mela-Even Cream, they asked me for the photo of the box it came in...Almost laughable because who keeps the box''s... No I don't have the box... At the end of the day i am chalking this up to a learning experience that products are only good 10-12 weeks after opening and to not order anymore from Noy Skincare..... If anyone is wondering, i did I did them if it was possible that I send the nearly full expired products back for replacements and that was turned down...

I was pushed to purchase beauty products and they knew that I have very sensitive skin. Now my skin is a mess and I can't leave my room now without a mask. I am very disappointed at their service and their bad morals. Please don't go to this place.

Loved my experience here, place was very cute, calm and clean. Natasha did my Brazilian wax and she was so funny (kept complimenting how great my girl was turning out!). She had me laughing on the table. I'll definitely be going back to see Natasha when i want my wax and also want to try their other services since the prices are not bank breaking! All in all I think Noy is great so far, hopefully I will have many more great experiences here in the future. So go get your wax on, Natasha is a blast! P.S. I didn't use a deal for my wax, but Natasha told me about their other services and that they often have deals on them, like Microdermabrasion. I thought it was nice that they actually recommend you get deals, instead of looking down on them! It's always nice to save some $$!

Love this place! It's very clean and relaxing. They're very good with emailing you appointment confirmations, reminders and follow-ups. Have gotten 3 laser hair removal sessions so far and it's been a great experience every time. Danna is very knowledgable and keeps track of your laser settings. The sessions are quite quick after the first introductory one. It's also not that painful! This is the first time I've ever done laser hair removal and I went straight for the Brazilian and it's not so bad. I also noticed amazing results after my first session. Overall great place! I was wary about picking one at first, but I feel like I couldn't have picked a better place.

Loved my wax! (Yes I really said that) - Great location in Midtown, just 2 minutes from my work so went in my lunch break and it was done in less than 1/2 hr. Natasha is so friendly and professional and really knows what she is doing. Reception staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I actually messed up my booking time and was 20min late yet got no attitude from the receptionist nor the therapist. I'll definitely be back!

Noy Skincare Laser has really turned my skin around. My skin has always been so sensitive I was never able to get a facial. I was advised to use all sort of products and the majority of them made my skin peel, red and patchy, or cause a breakout. I came to Noy hoping that Laser Genesis would help. My skin care analyst Bushra, recommendation a combination of treatments (including laser genesis) and products to being bringing my skin to a luminous state. After 6 treatments, my skin is softer, brighter, more even, and my wrinkles are nearly invisible. I can't thank Bushra enough!

LOVE LOVE LOVE NOY SPA! I had such a great first time experience at Noy Spa that I have made it my #1 choice. I called the morning of to book an appointment and within 30 minutes I received a call back from the reception for an appointment the same day at the time I wanted! GREAT SERVICE! Moving onto the waxing!! After having horrible experiences in the past with Brazilian waxes, I found one that was awesome and relaxing. Natasha was my esthetician was Natasha and she was wonderful! She made me feel so relaxed and it was not as painful as my past experiences. She legit made me laugh through the whole process, she keeps conversation flowing so your not paying attention to the pain your going through, LOL. She is one of the best! I will def. be a regular client to Noy! Oh, and there was no double dipping and the combo of hard wax and soft wax was great!! HARD WAX, is def the way to go!! The spa was very clean and classy. I love the decor. You felt absolute relaxation as soon as you step in. My favorite was the bathroom, a small but beautiful decor. I do recommend Noy to anyone who is interested in a relaxing, professional, and worth your money spa service!
