Second time staying here because we have kids and they like the facilities. We stayed at miner cabin the first time and deluxe cabin this time. Both times find the cleanliness really needs to improve especially the floor. I found the miner cabin very dusty and thought maybe it is a bit old. I was very excited about the deluxe this time, unfortunately we checked in with very dirty floor! No sight of being vacuumed with debris around and apparently it was not regularly mopped and there were ants too. As my kids love playing on the floor, I spent some time cleaning it and was shocked with how dirty (black) it was. The couch needs steam clean too, full of dirty stains. We love the spaciousness and quality of the deluxe cabin, very modern with dishwasher. Really wish the place was cleaner. We will be reluctant to come back again.

Just stayed one night on our way to SA. We arrived quite late. The lights were on, the heater was going, even the TV had been turned on. The whole place is sparkling clean, and late check-in was a breeze. 5 stars all the way.

Absolutely the best NRMA park we have ever stayed. This should be the template for parks in Australia. Immaculate grounds all level sites. Most cheerful staff. Always there to offer help when required. Definitely will be back for a longer stay

Great venue, the kids had a ball especially riding the buggy around and the games room. A couple of things though because the place isn’t that cheap. Fix the potholes everywhere would be great, also make the kids beds, clean the poo around the pool even though it’s too cold to use it’s not a nice look, spa could do with a fresh paint, and FYI the air hockey doesn’t accept tokens so beware if purchasing tokens. Otherwise great!

We spent one night in Ballarat en route to Adelaide. The NRMA park was a perfect place to stop over. We had a studio cabin. It was sparkling clean. A pleasant surprise was the lights were left on, the heating was switched on, even the TV was on. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a very quiet location. The late check-in was a breeze. If we had more than one night in Ballarat, we would have been more than happy to stay for an extended period. We'll definitely be back. ||

Great location, Nice and clean, large rooms. Good facilities on site, especially the warm pool and play areas. Probably a touch expensive for what you get, but still A great place none the less. Nice and close to sovereign hill and activities. And nice reatraunts

We recently had 3 nights in an accessible cabin, being in a wheelchair, & were very happy with the layout. We used the laundry which was clean, & appliances worked well. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Such an amazing park and so well equipped. Unfortunately for us the gaming consoles in the gaming room meant the the kids of our group were constantly wanting to go in there and play, it really detracted from the weekend. Gaming rooms are great if they have pool tables, table tennis, board games even a tv/movie style set up, but we really want to avoid gaming tech as much as possible so I’d encourage the park management to reconsider the presence of the three PlayStations. The kids have heaps of other awesome park features to use - jumping pillow, swimming pool, swim spa, playgrounds, biking gear, sensory/neurodiversity regulation room. An unexpected but great feature of the park was the presence of two family bathrooms which included baths, brilliant for little kids.
