It's a great park. Amenities are nice and clean the camp kitchen is a great area with a big screen TV for watching sports. The van sites and are of a good size but the concrete pads that are there when putting your wheels on the area that's for them your tow hitch is on the road. The wifi no matter what time of day is useless most times it times out so didn't use it. The entrance into the park off the road is shocking full of potholes just as bad as the rest of the roads in Victoria.

Started staying here about 4 years ago, always prebook the same spot for same time next year, it's that good. Friendly staff. Coffee and ice cream vans come to the park every other day, and on holiday periods, staff organise family friendly entertainment. Safe environment for the young kids to run free as all visitors understand kiddies have right of way. So quiet at night could hear a pin drop. Cooking and toilet facilities clean and well spread out.

We spent one night in NRMA holiday park, it was a really nice experience in a very well-run, nice quality and service campsite, better than the other BIG4 holiday parks I've previously been to and can't get any better. The location was perfect surrounded by peaceful neighbours (ok, maybe not, the cabin opposite of us had a loud-ish party), the accommodation selections were all excellent that we couldn't even choose until we settled into a 2-bedroom cabin. We visited NRMA in the weekends during school times so there weren't many people so sleep quality would be a top, the park was spotlessly clean, a thumbs up for the park staff. The only negatives was probably the Wi-Fi, I'm not sure but every BIG4 park I've been to has really bad Wi-Fi so can't complain too much and that I only brought my laptop for some homework which didn't require Wi-Fi but was a problem for updates and researching. The giant jumping pillow, bikes were also pretty fun, games room had some decent gaming booths and a pool table, they had a decent sized pool, but we got the whole pool for ourselves cuz there was barely anyone in the park :D.||Overall, location 4/5, atmosphere 4.5/5, rooms 5/5, value (not sure), cleanliness 4.7/5, noise level 4/5 (loud neighbours but mostly quiet), service 4.5/5 and amenities 4.2/5. NRMA Ballarat Holiday Park, you've done excellent.

Our cabin was modern & spotlessly clean. Sufficient real milk provided. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Really well sound proof. Suggestion for improvement would be panel blinds on sliding door to eliminate gap in middle from 2 roller blinds. Minutes from Sovereign Hill & Eureka Centre

First time at park, We Booked the powered premium site! First impressions of the park were great, looked lovely and clean with great facilities and amenities and then we noticed the dump station, RIGHT AT OUR DOORSTEP! Sitting there out in the open in an old flaking paint timber outhouse. So wondering how on earth could you call that site PREMIMUM! I do hope that with all the works going on at other sites you have included shifting the dump station, and fixing the potholes would be great too. I am sure you do have all this in the pipe line but we won’t be booking and paying for a premium site again.

Second time staying here because we have kids and they like the facilities. We stayed at miner cabin the first time and deluxe cabin this time. Both times find the cleanliness really needs to improve especially the floor. I found the miner cabin very dusty and thought maybe it is a bit old. I was very excited about the deluxe this time, unfortunately we checked in with very dirty floor! No sight of being vacuumed with debris around and apparently it was not regularly mopped and there were ants too. As my kids love playing on the floor, I spent some time cleaning it and was shocked with how dirty (black) it was. The couch needs steam clean too, full of dirty stains. We love the spaciousness and quality of the deluxe cabin, very modern with dishwasher. Really wish the place was cleaner. We will be reluctant to come back again.
