NRMA Bathurst Panorama Holiday Park

We needed somewhere to stay while our car was being fixed. These guys were amazing and made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond for us. Would definitely stay again. We got a powered site for our Caravan. Sites are nice and flat and we were very comfortable. Amenities were clean. The putt putt golf was a wonderful feature, we didn't get have a play this time round but hope to next time we stay. Thank you guys for making us feel very welcomed. There are definitely better NRMA parks out there, and I can back up that fact because all caravan parks I have ever been to have been better. Our room (homestead) had mould under the bunk beds and on the roof. The jumping pillow had been taken down, and the waterslide was closed and it didn't look like it had been used since summer. Our cabin was really small, and the mattress in the bedroom was so soft that I literally sinked into the bed and I could barely get out. The tv was tiny, and there were a few wear and tears like the couch's fabric coming off. The park is really small, and the playground feels so unsafe to the point it was wobbling when any kid went on it. The staff were really nice though, and the mini golf was fun. Probably wouldn't stay again...

School holidays stay 30/9/25 to 3/10/25 Room was nice and clean. All toiletries provided and dishwashing liquids - see reception if you need more. After hours check in was seamless. Received text updates while staying at the park which was handy. It was advertised that board games were available at reception however reception stated they knew nothing about this. (Pop down to the friendly op shop in Bathurst for a board game instead. Service was lovely.) The games room - all games require payment and the main one we were excited for (pool table) the table was terribly ripped and unusable. It was advertised that they facilitate school holiday activities, the only advertised activities were activities ran independently in town. The pool slide was out of service. Many of the washing machines and driers out of order in the laundry. Only 2 face washers provided in a cabin for 5 people. Also the cabin only had 4 indoor chairs, the neighbouring cabin had 5. Ceiling fan was filthy and only had 1 smoke alarm in kids room, nothing in the double room but some wires that had been pulled out. Big stain on the carpet. We enquired about the indoor cinema for our kids, they stated this is only used on weekends. We were very dissatisfied with our stay as we chose this particular park based on the facilities that were advertised and not supplied.

Recently stayed here wanting a weekend a way with the family. Less Then impressed, jumping pillow hasn’t been there for over 6 years the service lady tells me. I mentioned it’s in the brochure in the room and always advertised online and they said they are getting on to it. Games room most the stuff is broken and filthy. Swimming pool not working and in the warmer weather. Cabin overall was good location great just the cabins are outdated and need some maintenance. Hot and cold taps would be good if they had labels. Booked for 2 nights stayed for 1. Mini golf was the best thing about the park!

The staff were lovely and really friendly, however the positive feedback stops there. I've stayed at many holiday parks and this was the worst we've ever stayed in. The reason people stay in places like this is because they have kids, and these places have amazing amenities and activities for families. This place had no jumping pillow, no daily activities, the pool was dirty and the slide was broken, and the playground equipment was tiny and something straight out of 1980. The games room had a pool table that was ripped, had splintered wood, and no ball or pool cues, the arcade games were broken faded and antiques. I haven't even got to the room. The cabin was tiny, and there was a significant amount of mould on the bedroom ceiling, and the couch had ripped fabric. The only feature of interest for the kids was mini golf, but that's not enough to save this place. It's clear the owners let things wear out or break, and they just don't replace, or update features. Shame.

Quiet park. We were close to park facilities. Park is a little tired and the amenities block could have been cleaner. No soap in the soap dispenser for our entire stay and not the cleanest amenities we have experienced. Plenty to do for kids.

Stayed here recently for 2 nights on ensuite site. Staff were very friendly and moved us to different site on our request. Park needs some upgrades but overall I think it was good and value for money. Enuite camp site was good and private. Shower was good. Mini golf course was good. To cold for pool so can't comment on that. Would stay here again.

We stayed here in our camper van so I can’t vouch for the rooms. The location is a little out of town but easy to get to on the main road. The service at reception was ok. The amenities are top notch! Super clean and modern. The site is clean and tidy. Love the hedges everywhere. It made our site feel private and green. Lots of birds around which was lovely. They had no problem with 3 little fur kids - which was great!
