NS Place

This was a great experience from the moment we booked our room. The staff emailed back-and-forth with me very quickly and always had very helpful responses. We opted into NS Place shuttle picking us up at baggage claim at the airport and they drove us directly to our room-it was so smooth. The room itself was awesome, with two bedrooms, comfortable beds, immaculately, clean, views of the city, and a very nice fitness room with washer and dryer. The location was absolutely amazing, right in the center of downtown Athens, walking distance to flea market and Acropolis and a ton of restaurants. It was absolutely perfect for our family of four. The rate was quite reasonable for what we got and we were very pleased – we will definitely stay here again.

I reserved for two couples. We had a two bedroom two bath room with a sitting area and dining room. Plenty of space and peaceful rest. Booking and communication were great. Location is wonderful-close to vibrant dining, shopping, and sights. ||They provided transport from the airport (added cost) and was smooth (at 3am). They also provided great transport to the cruise ship port. Excellent service. ||The room had a full kitchen and dining table with cool (cold if you want it) A/C in each room. Two full bathrooms. Very comfortable stay. It was very clean. || Location is fantastic. Only a few steps from lots of restaurants and shopping. Rooftop restaurant (dining and/or drinks) has a superb view of the Acropolis AND the Parthenon. |||I would stay here again anytime.

The location is among the most convenient in Athens, at least for touristic purposes. Smack dab in the heart of Monastiraki, near the Plaka, near the Ancient Roman Agora, near Ermou and shopping. Check-in was easily handled via WhatsApp and everything went smoothly. Having laundry on-site was very helpful. The room itself was enormous - two bedrooms and two baths, more than enough for the four of us. Having a kitchen and fridge was a bonus. Absolutely would stay here again.

Weird check in process where you meet a guy at a Starbucks. No reception so it’s not really a hotel, it’s more of a bunch of units set up like hotel rooms. You can hear literally everything happening in the hallway / doors opening and closing etc so you might be woken up at night. (We were by an American guy having a tantrum for an hour). Nice clean rooms and excellent location - so still would give 4 stars. If you’re a light sleeper than it’s maybe not ideal

Don’t waste your time searching for other apartments. That is the place! If you’re searching for hotel rooms its a different issue… But if you want to have an apartment in Athens, that is the best location by all meanings! It is simply located in the best place in Athens. Very clean, great service, great value for money. Espresso, machine, fridge, stove, percolator. Great air condition and once you close the windows, you hear nothing from the street, which is a great value because you are in the center of the center. Highly recommended and we will definitely go back there.

There’s no doubt we made the best choice for our stay in Athens! The apartment is in an amazing location—everything is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, super clean, and perfect for a group of five friends. On top of that, the service throughout our stay was absolutely outstanding. Thank you so much for helping make our vacation truly perfect!

The accomodations at NS place were great. Very clean and spacious. Good value for the location. The property is near the airport shuttle stop (I would recommend a quick uber to the property and not walking with bags). The gym has the basic equipment for a decent workout (treadmill, free weights, and accessories). The property has lots of information to guide you on tours/directions.|The property's elevator and entrance uses keycard access which makes it a little bit more secure than your basic key access AirBnB. The units are not soundproofed so you will hear a lot of sound from the outside, elevator, hallway, and entranceway. I could hear other guests come and go very loudly.|The property was able to check me in early in the morning (3am) with notice which was appreciated and via whatsapp communication.||Due to a missed connection that was the airline's fault, I missed using 2 nights of my prepaid accomodation. The hotel refused to refund the unused accomodations portion of my stay, which is understandable but the missed connection wasn't my fault. (otherwise I would have given an extra star).

My family and I stayed here for a few days while visiting Greece for the first time and we’re glad we chose NS place for what it offered. Location - you’re basically in the heart of everything. Acropolis, food tours, Athens museum of Ancient Technology and tons of restaurants. FYI, an added bonus is our room gave us a view of the Parthenon at night time and it was incredible. One small drawback is that it can be a little noisy due to it being so central. However, it didn’t really affect our sleep/trip too much. Amenities - the rooms were large and clean. Very modern and sleek looking. Lots of windows in the main “master” bedroom. NS place is on the second and third floor (on top of a Starbucks) so you can wake up and go down stairs for coffee(although we’d encourage you to try local coffee). Transportation - NS place offers a shuttle service to and from the hotel. For our size family (3 of us) the shuttle was 50 euros each way and it was well worth it. They meet you inside the airport, take you directly to NS place and help you check in (they even gave us some restaurant recommendations!). On our way back to the airport, they were right on time to pick us and take us to the airport. Definitely comparable to uber but door to door service. Responsiveness- NS place does not have a “traditional” hotel check in/concierge but they are very responsive when you message them on WhatsApp. They even allowed us to leave our bags in our room (after we checked out) for a few hours due to our flight late afternoon. The only issue we had was that we did not have much hot water the last two nights during our stay.
