Every time you order something take away they do something wrong. Putting a wrong dish, not cooking food properly, burning one side and trying to hide it in the box, not listening or not sending to kitchen your comments specifically the one about allergies and intolerance.

Love the girls at Nu Cafe Silo. They know all customers by name, know your regular orders and your favourite coffee. Honestly, you can't fault them at all. Learn their names and I promise you'll feel like part of the family. Best service yet.

I’ve given Nu multiple chances, but after more than 50 visits, I have to say the consistency just isn’t there. The Point store was no different. A simple order—free-range eggs of your choice on toast—shouldn’t be difficult, yet the toast is always just warmed bread, and the medium poached eggs I request either arrive scrambled or completely overcooked. The food quality is, at best, average, and while the café benefits from the gym’s convenience, the service and execution need serious improvement. It’s disappointing to hear so many other regulars echo the same frustrations. I truly hope management takes note because there’s so much potential to do better.

Takes 15 mins to make a smoothie when the gym is at its quietest. The wont announce when your food is ready. It’s obvious that the only reason they are in the worlds best gym is the monopoly, they wont survive out in the wild.

Forget the haters, the food here is delicious, coffee is strong, and they’ve got a good variety of choices for the frequent gym-goers. Lobby is crowded and hard to find seating, but that’s on Virgin Active, not Nu’s fault.

If you're looking for one of the best coffees made at a new store, then I wholly recommend you pop in to NU Health Food at the Silo District, by the Virgin Active Silo. Ask Vuyo to make you his specialized Cortado, he is a brilliant barista! And remembers all his usual clients with their usual orders I can confirm that it will definitely blow you away. My favorite breakfast choice from there, is the Vegetable on Poached Eggs - it definitely gets a thumbs up from me! Try something NU sometime!

The staff is so kind! The girls always have a big and bright smile on their beautiful faces. The food is so delicious, the coffee is super nice and always hot with a pretty milk foam and the fresh fruit is always available. The smoothies are delicious too.

After several requests to the manager... The staff cannot simply toast sandwiches and wraps without burning one side, you either get lightly toasted or burnt, and I heard someone complain about same experience., cmon!!
