Nu Hotel

All the staff were warm, friendly, and very attentive. Thank to all. The cleanliness was also excellent. There's a metro station and bus stop very close to the hotel, which is a nice bonus. The hotel's location is also ideal for other modes of transportation.

I booked a junior suite, which had a large window with access to the terrace. However, the terrace was surrounded by a +/-3-meter-high wall, so the view from the window was of a concrete wall, and the sky was only visible if you looked up.||The air conditioning was very loud and could not be turned off in the room because it was centrally controlled. It was only turned off after repeated requests at the reception desk so that we could sleep at all.||The restaurant staff were not very friendly.

I never write a review but we are very disappointed with the hotel. 1. Our room has mold everywhere. 2. The air conditioning is not working. Apparently there is no way of fixing it as it is a centralised system (which is not working at all). +80 humidity in the room and +25 degrees. No offering for a solution at all. 3. Our keycard did not work and after asking 2 times the employee angrily came with us just to open the door with his master key and tell us, that we can get another card tomorrow if it is still not working. Never again.

The location is fantastic—easy to get around the city and close to everything I needed. Having on-site parking was a big plus. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

I booked the hotel on Agoda, but seems not much comment mentioned the air conditioning issue. Until I checked in and see it on Google! Cause I have the same problem! (11July2025), no air con but luckily quite cool in night time open window. Same comment as I posted in Agoda below: The hotel is new and modern design, 5mins walkable distance from metro station and a large supermarket just adjacent to it. The room is spacious enough to open the luggage, the single bed is relatively small but still enough to sleep. And everything is clean and tidy. However, the only big impact is the A/C is OUT OF SERVICE! And the staff just claimed that they would control from their side, and automated temperature control. I told that the A/C control showing the sun icon, but not the ice flake, no air con is working. And the male staff asked me to open the window at the end! Luckily it is cool at the night time (on mid July), but it's getting hot again when the sun comes out! So please remember not to consider this hotel during hot summer! Anyway, the vibe is great, the restaurant serves good breakfast. And the neighbourhood is quiet safe to live it. Just the A/C is the huge consideration.

Very very bad. I received a room without air conditioning working (Milan, June, 26 Celsius inside the room). When reported to reception, they lied to me telling that they put the temperature to minimum and that it is normal (where in hotel lobby a/c worked perfectly fine and temperature was nice around 21 celsius). At the same time they put electric fan in my room and opened windows when I was out, de facto confirming they lied. At the checkout when I asked for compensation, they said they cannot give me anything because the stay was booked by the agency (which is nonsense, you can do bank transfer, cash, you just need to want to). They did not even say apologize, complete arrogance. Ah sorry, they let me skip the city tax payment, that is €14. For the 2 days sleeping in sweat hot room that cost like 150€ per night. Stay away from this hotel, it’s just terrible at every angle

Very nice room and facilities including parking place. I had a great breakfast choice in the restaurant morning. the terrace and the view is nice as well. I liked the coffee which was just very good.

I have to leave very bad review because my hat and my clothes are stolen. When I told this situation. The counter man with very bad attitude just told me to go to police station just like there is nothing to do with him. Don’t stay at this hotel.

This was a great and affordable first stay in Milan for me. I found it just from searching Trip Advisor. Upon entering, I was immediately and politely greeted by Zineb. Zineb was wonderful and helpful during the entire trip. There was also another woman at the front desk ( sorry, I did not get her name) who quickly circled the most popular attraction on a map and gave us very helpful directions. Our reservation was for a Classic Double Room. The actual room was great. We stayed on the 3rd floor and found that the room had everything we needed. I particularly enjoyed the remote controlled, blackout shades in the room. The only potential drawback was the A/C system which was not so effective after a day of walking around in hot and humid weather. The A/C was not adjustable in the room despite there being a thermostat there. It was set pretty weak for my comfort and we were told that the front desk was not able to change it. Our room also included a Spacious bathroom that included everything you may have forgotten at home (dental kit, vanity kit, shampoo, bath soap, shower cap, comb, lotion). The restaurant is located on the top floor/roof. We made it into the restaurant for breakfast, but not during the evening. The two servers there were very professional and checked on us regularly. The spread was good and it included everything I could ask for (mini-pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruit, bacon, croissants, yogurt) as well as some Asian themed brunch items (steamed dumplings, sushi, etc). Overall, we had no major issues while staying there. Whenever we had a question, we called down to the front desk and immediately got an answer. My wife accidentally pulled the alarm cord in the shower, but that was resolved quickly by pressing a button located on a control panel by the front door of our room. All in all, it was a great experience.

Excellent hotel. Clean and modern. Very friendly professional staff went out of their way to help me with business faxes scans etc. excellent breakfast. Only caveat is it was a bit warm. Hotel is on a busy road so opening the window is noisy. But I will stay here again.
