The photo doesn’t do it justice. The location couldn’t be more central . First and foremost the checkin that some find difficult.:This is the way things will be from now on. Get used to it…. There is an elevator and lockers for luggage. We stayed at the penthouse and were surprised how reasonable it was. The apartment is pleasantly decorated and very clean. The heating and AC is easy to operate and runs quietly.The patio doors are very secure, double glazed and run the full length of the side that faces the old town. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The closet space huge and totally mirrored. The bathrooms are also great and totally equipped so you can leave heavy toiletries behind. Even the bedroom that is interior has natural light coming through . The patio is massive and the building has a modern laundry room. My question is: Can I buy this apartment?

La casa è molto grande e ben organizzata, con spazi ampi e confortevoli. Il bagno è spazioso, il letto comodo e la zona cucina e soggiorno davvero ottima, completa di tutto il necessario. In generale l’alloggio offre tutti i comfort per un soggiorno piacevole. Peccato per la pulizia, che potrebbe essere curata meglio: ho trovato capelli sia in doccia che a terra.

Espectaculares apartamentos, muy grandes, bien equipados, muy bien situados, con una terraza espectacular. Pero sin duda lo mejor, la gente que hace que la estancia sea inolvidable. Expérience très décevante avec Nua. Nous avons réservé un appartement avec vue sur la ville et une chambre lit double. Surprise quand nous arrivons: notre appartement est au 1er étage, vue sur la route (le bruit en prime) et ce sont deux lits simples. Après discussion et visite à la réception (ailleurs dans Séville): Nua ne fera rien, ni échange de chambre, ni compensation. Ils ne reconnaissent pas que leurs photos et la description sont trompeuses et qu'ils dupent volontairement leurs clients. Pourquoi mettre des photos de la vue et lit double si l'appartment ne possède ni l'un ni l'autre? Il semblerait que Nua eux même n'avaient pas la réponse, il ont juste su être de mauvaise foi et ne faire preuve d'aucun sens "service client". Petit bonus: les toilettes étaient sales à notre arrivée. Là aussi Nua ne semblait pas voir le problème. Bref, je vous déconseille de séjourner avec Nua, puisque vous ne dormirez probablement pas dans les conditions que vous avez réservées et payées.

Un magnifico apartamento en el atico con una terraza espectacular, el servicio por parte del recepcionista ha sido perfecto. Ademas nos han guardado durante unas horas las maletas , una vez hecho el check out. Repetiria .

Una casa increible de Anibal Gonzalez y unos apartmentos puestos con mucho gusto. Ademas estas justo a la entrada del barrio Santa Cruz, siendo esto muy comodo para entrar y salir con coche y ademas hay un parking a 50 metros.
