overall positive except water boilers, ours didn’t work but I am sure the hotel would have sorted it if we had reported it. staff attitude seemed alright compared to reviews from earlier this year. nice view of the river, noise from the train station is a negative point but I guess that’s the price you pay for being close to the centre. for people who don’t sleep well, get ear plugs like me.

My one-night stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were generally nice and helpful. However, the check-out policy was quite rigid. I had a difficult time negotiating for a one-hour extension, a process which involved a lengthy discussion and an initial demand for a half-day's charge. While the request was eventually granted, it was not a smooth or customer-friendly experience.

Quite a new hotel, better then most 4 stars including Obelisk in my opinion. Clean and spacious room, near the train station and bazaar and a nice supermarket nearby which don't overcharged tourist. Told receptionist we are leaving at 4am, next thing we know 4am 2 staffs waiting outside 2 to help with luggage and another to collect key. At receptionist he already prepared our breakfast for takeaway. You can even see sunset over Nile river from your window depending on your room. Wonderful hotel and service please try!

Good cost effective hotel very close to the Aswan station. Ms.Mona kindly helped us to book a private tour Abu Simbel with very quick response. Other receptionist lady also helped us to buy koshari with local people price. Totally satisfied with the hotel and service. Much appreciated.

I was a bit cautious when reading negative reviews but it turned out a very good experience for one night staying there Walking distance to the train station. Beautiful view of the Nile River from the breakfast terrace on the 7th floor. The staff are friendly and hospitable they kept our luggage both before check-in during our day tour and after check-out. We also received a welcome drink and cookies at check-in, and even complimentary drinks after check-out while waiting for our train.

Nuba Nile is a "safe haven" in Aswan. The staff are excellent, they are friendly and accomodated our requests for early breakfasts. Adel (Night Manager) provided incredible service and helped us with a "travel issue" at the train station (there was no surprise request from him for a "tip"). The Nuba Nile's rooms were clean, the breakfasts tasty and the rooftop bar has sublime views. Across the road from the train station. Recommended, especially if you are using the train for transport.

During my stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Mahmoud. He tried to charge us unreasonable amounts for storing our luggage and even offered a room at twice its usual rate, despite us making it clear we did not wish to use it. This wasted a lot of our time and created an uncomfortable situation. On top of that, his attitude was completely inappropriate — he kept laughing at us throughout the conversation. I believe such behavior is unacceptable for someone representing the hotel to its guests, and I think the management should take action for the sake of the establishment’s reputation

Receptionist Mahmoud tried to cheat on us asking for a lot of money to keep our luggage or for booking a room doubling its price when we didn’t even wanted to use it. He made us lose plenty of time. Moreover, he was laughing at us all the time. His behaviour was more than inappropriate for a receptionist in a hotel. I don’t believe he should continue working here for the good of the hotel .
