During my stay, I had a very unpleasant experience with the receptionist, Mahmoud. He tried to charge us unreasonable amounts for storing our luggage and even offered a room at twice its usual rate, despite us making it clear we did not wish to use it. This wasted a lot of our time and created an uncomfortable situation.
On top of that, his attitude was completely inappropriate — he kept laughing at us throughout the conversation. I believe such behavior is unacceptable for someone representing the hotel to its guests, and I think the management should take action for the sake of the establishment’s reputation
