Terrible agency Nuevhogar! Don't do business with them! All they are interested in is your money, not your comfort. We tried to solve the problem in a friendly way without leaving negative comments. But they won't meet us. And they refuse to give us our money back. We were given a flat with access to a pub, we are a family with 2 children. It's impossible to sleep at night because of the noise. It was our first time in Benidorm and we didn't know that the flat was in an area of pubs open until 6am. The description of the flat did not say that! no refund! Because of this we cannot change the flat elsewhere. Telling us it's your fault. It is hot in the flat and there is no air conditioning (August), and one fan for the whole flat does not work well. And they will charge you for wi-fi. I don’t recommend. Run away from them. And find a more conscientious and honest agency that cares about your comfort.

Small rooms, not very clean. No air conditioning, so good luck in the summer. They are near the beach though, just a 7-8 minutes walk and they have a nice though not very big pool. When you arrive you have to pay 200€ for insurance, no one told us anything about this and it bothered us a bit.

Location of the property is really convenient, not far from the beach and nearby restaurants, shops or bus stops. The superior floors offer very nice views over the city and the sea. Also, the office where key collection is done is close by and the process is easy going. Because of the quite bad weather conditions in the period of time we were there, the wind was bringing all kind of objects in the property's swimming pool. From all the surrounding properties, this was the only one where no cleaning was done, so the pool was not accessible. There were a lot of dirt and leaves in the water for several days we were there. The apartment we booked was for 5 persons, but it's quite small for this number of people. Also, the couch in the living room, could not be used for sleeping, as when it was extended, it was falling apart, the support foot being broken, so one person had to sleep on the floor. Very small cabin shower, as well, and the cleaning level can be a bit higher...

Avoid! Wrong indications to enter the place, had to sleep somewhere else! They didn't refund!

Stayed end of March for a hen weekend. Basic rooms, but was clean and tidy. Equipped kitchen but we didn't use on our stay. Had a heater to which was needed as was a chilly weekend. Beds were fine, rooms are on the smaller side but fine for a base camp. The €200 deposit is a little steep and we got less back as the € went down. Great location tho can not fault that close walking distance to everywhere. We stayed on the 6th floor. Lots of groups stayed here so had minimal noise but it's expected.

After reading some reviews I was really worried about the holiday, but the whole week was fabulous! The apartment was spotless and the building doesn't allow stag/hen parties, it had a huge balcony and would comfortably sleep 4 adults, The caretaker was very friendly and always stopped to say hello...Its very well placed for the beach and a 5 minute walk from the strip...honestly can't recommend The Aquarium lll enough and we will definitely be booking here again! (oh and the security deposit is only 100 euros which you get back no bother at the end of your stay)

We were there four days and there was no fresh towels, bedding or toilet paper, the lift was broke so we had to walk up 79 steps every day, and PLEASE NOTE, they don’t tell you when you check in but if you don’t empty your bin (says in small letters on back of check in forms) regardless if there’s one crisp packet in there they WILL charge you 200 euros for it. There’s also no one on reception from 6pm so If you get stuck in the lift or have any issues, god help you. The hotel room however wasn’t bad... I wouldn’t stay there again mind

First things first, this is not a five star hotel. For the prices charged don't expect to have all the mod cons and to be waited on hand and foot. What I will say is that the apartment I stayed in was perfectly clean, had an excellent and is a short walk to bars and restaurants and the beach and bus links and so on. I found the apartment to be excellent value for money, I have been charged more in the past for far far worse. If I come back to this area I would happily book again.
