Nuevo Karpathos

Nuevo Karpathos was an astonishingly good late breakfast place. I did not even consider it that there, on a small island, could be a place like this! My absolute favorite was the chicken omelette, it had many fillings that lasted for hours! I had to try Karpathian Breakfast, too. It was great but too much food! 😂 The service was impeccable and every time I was treated like a special guest. The price level? A very good omelette and a large beer, 15 euros. Karpathian Breakfast with beer, 50 cents less. Go and enjoy! It was THAT good!

Nuevo is an amazing place in Pigadia Karpathos for some lunch or dinner or even just coffee or some cocktails. The atmosphere is magical and the view of the main port is breathtaking. It is super affordable and even cheap in comparison with the prices at other restaurants in the area, I mean take the simple Greek salad for example is only 9€ - you can’t beat that, and the presentation is super cute and picture perfect. If you are visiting Pigadia this is for sure the place to go you won’t regret it, the staff is super friendly and all the food is fresh and delicious.

Propably the best breakfast on the island. Dinner was also exceptional. Meal sizes were big, prices fair. The staff was super professional. Waiting time was short. On one visit, the waiter forgot a part of our order - as a result we paid nothing for it and received a free dessert Wow! Very clean toilets. Totally recommend this place.

Had an absolutly great time in great part because Fannasia (hope the spelling is right) was very welcoming, kind and had a great knowledge of the food they served. The food itself is nicely priced and a nice twist on classics. As a previous chef myself I can appreciate the attention to details of each dish, where you can taste all the layers! I also enjoyed the little show that came with the tiramisu! Again, high praise to the lovely lady who shows true dedication to her job and her restaurant!

One of the best place to dine and wine in Karpathos. If not the very best place. Rarely give five stars, but this place deserves it. We tried several of other restaurants in Karpathos, but non could compete with Nuevo. Staff are friendly, but not intrusive. Always a happy face and make sure that you have a very pleasant stay. When it comes to the food, they are in class of their own. We tried several of different courses, all very tasty and nicely plated. Price wise, they are not the cheapest but not expensive either. Well worth every penny. Give them a try, you won't get disappointed.

A wonderful place for brunch and all day breakfast. They make the dough for their sandwiches on their own and it is really great! Best Panini dough I have ever tried!Top recommendation for Pigadia. The only reason why I put a 4/5 is to raise attention because we got the waiters in a middle of an internal heated discussion / fight which was unpleasant. It’s a petty for the enormous effort the entire team seems to have put.

We stopped here on our trip to Karpathos and this was by far our favorite place to eat on the island. We had both a dinner and breakfast here, and were not disappointed. The staff were awesome and the food was excellent. We'll definitely be coming back!
