I placed an order with NuLeaf Naturals on December 3 and, as of December 19, I still have not received the product I paid for. I never received the package, didn't ask for a return, nor did I initiate any exchange. Instead I received another customers order and a completely different unmatched packing slip. I immediately returned the error and provided tracking confirmation. Despite this, customer service has stated they will not ship my order until an internal return process is completed for an item that was never delivered to me. This has resulted in weeks of delay with no clear timeline for resolution. I have contacted customer service multiple times and have been told to continue waiting, even though the issue appears to be a fulfillment or carrier error outside of my control. The lack of accountability and resolution has made this a very frustrating experience. I hope this review encourages NuLeaf Naturals to improve how they handle undelivered orders and customer communication.

Can I give no stars? I have been a frequent customer for over 5 years. Purchased thousands of dollars of products. I purchased 4 bottles of 2 different items over Black Friday when they put their items on sale. THREE weeks go by and I realize I have not received my products. So I HAVE TO EMAIL THEM to ask what is going on. Then they tell me that one of the products is out of stock. They are not interested in mailing the other since they can't mail it together but can't give me an answer as to when it will be in stock. No communication. So I told them that was unacceptable and to mail what is mine. I notice online the same product that is out of stock they have it in a 60 or 30 gummies jar. I ordered 90. So just mail me 3 of the 30's. They refuse. They will not and will not give me the sale price on anything else to accomodate for their mistakes. I gave them multiple chances to make it right and they said they are not interested. Terrible customer service and will not be coming back and making sure everyone that I have recommended them also does not. DO BETTER.

Their products arw good but when you order something it takes at least 3 weeks to receive it. Its gotten to a point where I will not purchase again. They need to improve their processing and shipping.

Really like these products... Started getting them at a retail store. Then went to online. Now when I order the basket is empty...I am in California. Been using a few years. Tried doing online chat...wasn't helpful. They need an announcement about Ca. orders and what to do ... The chat just said to keep trying... which is time consuming.... checking an order for every product... Any advice... Two stars because of the ordering not the product

i have been using their gummies for about 6 months, I can affirm, back pain, headaches, eyes pressure, sleepless nights, are gone, besides the fact I have been very calm, I am sleep like when I was a child, I really rest and wake up ready for the day.

What kind of business ships the wrong item and then won’t send me the correct order unless I bring it to ups/usps to ship back? Send me the correct items, refund me, or at minimum send me a return box, not give me work to do for your mistake. Avoid

It tastes like castor oil. Not like hemp as advertised. It makes me vomit. I thought it was just the taste, so I mixed it in a coffee. It muted the taste but it still came back up with a vengeance. I have tried other oils and tinctures that did not do this to me. I do NOT recommend.

Horrible customer service! I did not receive my product. The tracking shows delivered, but it wasn’t. All the customer service agent told me to do was contact USPS. There was no offer to reship. Basically, I’m left to figure it out myself, and I’m out $$$.

I highly recommend NuLeaf Naturals. I have found the CBD oil has eliminated aches and pains in my back. I used to have problems with my knee cap "popping out" causing extreme pain until I can get it back in place. Since I have been taking the CBD 1450mg I have not had any issues with my knee. In addition to the aches and pains and my knee, the CBD calms me down so I am not so anxious or hyper-tensive. While the CBD is a little expensive it is worth every Penney with the benefits I receive and the lab tested quality of the product. I highly recommend this product in whatever dosage is right for you. Start low dose and taper up from there if it is not achieving the results you want. Thank you NULeaf for the excellent product.

I have been buying products from this company for years. But their customer service is awful. I ordered CBD/CBN on 10/26 and I haven't received it. It appears to be lost. I have written emails and called, without any resolution. Great products but awful customer service. Not worth it anymore.

I ordered a cbd tincture from them and received an empty package after waiting well over the 3 weeks for my order there was absolutely nothing in the package. Mind you the package went to Ky and then was sent back to Colorado and then back to Ky. I called and they had me send pictures of the empty bag and had to do an investigation and once they saw that I received nothing I was asked if I wanted the order replaced and I said only if they could expedite the order of which they refused so I cancelled the order. Now, a month later I still don't have a refund or product, even though I got an email stating that a refund was issued. I am not sure what is going on but they lost me as a costumer. I was so frustrated by this whole ordeal. Now I have to wait for my bank to investigate. Do not order from this company.

I'm having the same problems as the other recent bad reviews. I loved this company! Not any more. No customer service, no consistency in ordering, missed items, all of it. I hate to say it but the negative reviews are spot on. Avoid.

I have no issues with the quality of their products. However, they do not have any semblance of a customer service department. I recently purchased some gummies for sleep, and did not receive the order, but was charged for it. If you call their customer service they tell you to sent them an email...that never gets responded to. If you use their online Chatbot, it will turf you to the same customer service email.....that is never responded to. With as many reputable CBD companies out there, avoid Nuleaf at all costs and go with a company that will respond to you...and deliver what you have purchased. If I could leave lower than one star, I would.

The product is good but it's not worth using the truly terrible website to order it. I order products from many sites and this has to be one of the most frustrating, impossible ones I've ever encountered. I've tried multiple devices and browsers, and it still is extremely difficult to complete an order, change payment methods, or create or modify a recurring order. I tried customer service but they just kept saying "use the website to do X" and the website doesn't do X! I recommend you find a different company to order from.

Have used their CBD oil for several years, with great results. However Now I cannot reorder online and NO ONE in their Customer Service department will return my emails asking for help. Great product IF you can get it. NO customer service.

Nuleaf Naturals used to be a good company with a great product and customer service. Unfortunately that's no longer the case. They are unable to complete their orders and deliver the products ordered. They will also refuse to cancel your order and refund your purchase even through they are unable to complete orders. This leaves you only with the option to dispute the charge with your credit card company. A few years ago I would have been writing a very different review. Anyways just be and don't take my word for it read other reviews from customers here on Yelp or on Trust Pilot. Seems like there are no more good reviews about Nuleaf.

Scam company! No phone number. You deal with an Indian chat who does not know that stock and kept me waiting many minutes between chats to check with "the department". Turns out they didn't have the product I ordered but never told me, even though I chatted several times and was told they were going make my (non-exisitent) product "on priority". Go elswhere!

I've been using their gummies for over a year, but for the past 4 months, they have been having trouble with inventory and communication so I would avoid this company. I am trying to get my money back right now. They are not responding so I will call my credit card to cancel the charge since the order i placed almost 3 weeks ago is in limbo. Not shipped yet, and conflicting answers as to why. I found a local company, close to my home so I won't have to worry about ordering online from this company that is clearly having so major issues right now.

terrible customer service. received a product that was on pause. called customer service no human answers you leave a message or get hung up on. customer chat was usless. i told them i never authorized this order. i wanted a credit to my credit card. they said they would only give me a credit if i returned at my expense and time their product. i said this is your mistake. they said it was not their policy. it was their fault i received it and i wanted them to make good on it. i have reviewed it on trustpilot and face book . let the buyer be ware maby they send product out against you instruction figuring you wont want to be bothered to return it.

Great company... When I push my order through it accidentally pushed 2 Instead of one. I opened both boxes but did not open the bottle of the second one noting that it was the same company I only ordered one. They kindly said they would refund my account I still need to look at my credit card charge to make sure this happened but the customer service was top-notch

I'd LOVE to know what kind of "CBD" product the 1-star review below me had from Vermont LOL. I'm willing to bet her "CBD oil" was probably filled to the brim with cheap MCT coconut oil like the vast majority of brands use... Being an avid CBD user, I KNOW the good from the bad. Nuleaf is 100% hemp only, NOT 95% coconut/olive/sunflower like so many others. I also love that they use CO2 extraction and not something cheap and gross like ethanol... Even their UV glass bottles are on point! Not some amber/blue-blocker glass like everyone else... And the fact that they refuse to add sugar-laced flavoring agents and other crap speaks volumes to their integrity and commitment to providing a FIRE product. GTFO with that noise LOL Nuleaf is the best, hands down

I placed an order and USPS said it was delivered and I never received it. I called in the next morning and explained that I checked with neighbors and I verified they had the right address. The person I spoke to acted like it was an inconvenience for her to help me and on top of that I have to wait 2-3 days for it to get shipped out so I won't receive it for another week. Just the customer service I received, I will not be ordering from here again.

NuLeaf's USDA certified organic CBD is the best I've tried. I have C-PTSD and suffer from difficulty falling asleep and nightmares. I also have chronic pain. Doctors tried for over 8 years to provide me with relief. The meds usually had side effects that were worse than what they were meant to treat. While marijuana is the only thing to lessen the nightmares (for me at least), I can't travel with it. NuLeaf's CBD is the first CBD I've used where I can feel the relaxation kick in and I'm able to fall asleep, and it's non-addictive. It's my go-to for out of town use!

Made me hyper instead of relaxed and/or sleepy. Tastes like an ash tray. Return policy does not exist, they don't care if it doesn't work or not. I do not recommend.

Purchased CBD oil from this company. The oil was inferior to the oil I had been taking from a company in Vermont. When I reached out to this company to express my disappointment with their product they sent a six paragraph explanation why I was wrong. I know how I was affected by my previous oil and theirs didn't compare. I was shocked by their response, it was basically telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and they were the professionals. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED HERE

New user to CBD oil and NuLeaf actually is my second company to purchase the oil from . Customer service was very receptive to my needs during my ordering and the shipment arrived within a feww days with free shipping. I have only sarted the oil today from them but so far the impression of the service and the product seems great so 5 stars

The company refused to publish my review because it was not a good one. We purchased over 700 of oil based on their reviews. I do wonder how many less favorable reviews they did not publish. They also would not answer emails but just sent a form letter. I can't rate the product itself because I haven't tried others. The effect is extremely subtle. Customer service was very rude after I had made the purchase and asked to see other reviews by categories or ratings. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

I purchased a bottle of CBD oil from NuLeaf and found it to be absolutely without value.

Just received product for the second time and it wasn't as good as the first one that even though it was a higher power in milligrams less potent I may or may not order from them again I'm Not sure at this time.

I've tried several CBD products and NuLeaf is hands down the best. It's well worth the expense. It ships SO FAST. I had a small problem with my first order (mistake on my part, not theirs!). They answered right away (no wait time) and even extended a coupon code; again, it was my mistake, not theirs! Really love this product and their customer support.

NuLeaf 240mg is the best cbd oil I've tried! Just a few drops a day really helps take the edge off everyday stress and anxiety. I experience stress due to my job and anxious nature, so I rely on the NuLeaf cbd oil to help get me through the workday and sleep better at night. I used to drink wine after work to help, but now there's no need! Cbd is obviously better for your waistline than alcohol! I highly recommend to anyone who has moderate general stress/anxiety. It's safe, all natural and doesn't taste too bad! I put about 4 drops under my tongue twice a day. Let the oil sit for approx 1 minute before swallowing. I also tend to take it when I'm not going to eat food for a few hours. So first thing in the morning and then again right before bed.
