Great room, very spacious. Has the old world feel, clean and large bathroom too. Location is so perfect, we could see the duomo and bell tower from our room. Service is all online. Hard to get hold of someone. Took us so long to figure out that we had to go to floor three. The signs don't give enough info

My check in didn't start off so great because I did not get the necessary email to do the digital check-in ahead of time. But the lady at the 'reception' helped sort it out for me. The room was clean and very spacious. It was a little noisy, given its location, but they provided headphones and it didn't really bother me that much, so it wasn't a big deal for me. The location is excellent. It's walkable to many of the main attractions and the train station is a short walk or taxi away. There is a public taxi stand nearby. Otherwise, you have to schedule one with the florence taxi app. Uber does not work here.

Room 302. It's for people with disabilities. We are not. It's great that there are facilities for the disabled, but in this case for everyone else it's an inconvenience! This is not what we paid for! 1. The sink in the bathroom is very low. Below the waist, even though we are not very tall. 2. The toilet is VERY HIGH. My height is 180cm and my feet were hanging in the air. People shorter than that probably have to jump on it. 3. The shower is small and narrow despite the large bathroom area. The second door did not work (how does a disabled person get in?) 4. There is not ONE shelf. No storage space at all. Things were rolling off the handicapped sink onto the floor. At first I was putting things in the bidet. Then I asked for something and they brought me an old chair (!!). It became easier, but the impression was already spoiled at all. On questions answered that the room on the photo should not correspond to the room in reality, but it has all the same as in the photo. And so on the photo there were shelves. The room is designed for three people. Where do three adults put their toothbrushes? Where should women put their cosmetics bag? 5. The coffee machine has not been cleaned for a long time. The photo shows it washed several times. It is impossible to make tea without coffee flavor, although there are tea bags. 6. There is a sign on the door that the hotel has 3 (three) stars, although Booking marks it as a four-star hotel. 7. It is noisy outside the window at night, even if the windows are closed. We were prepared for this for the beautiful view of the Duomo, but this is the only plus point of the hotel. We had an expensive room and I'm glad we only stayed two nights. Immediately we booked a new hotel. This one is impossible to live in. If you make facilities for the disabled, rent the room only to those who need those facilities. Why should I sacrifice my comfort for my own money? There was no mention of this nuance anywhere!

WOW! Incredible experience. Could not ask for a better location or for better atmosphere. Old Italy ambiance right across the street from the Duomo. Woke up every morning to the beautiful sound of the bells. Room was clean, and not modern, which was a huge plus for us. Food and drinks downstairs. Made our first days in Italy very memorable.

Great hotel in the heart of Florence, steps away from the Duomo! The bed was super comfortable, everything was really clean and the room was spacious. The luggage lockers are really convenient and enable you to easily store your luggage after check out. The room was quiet, even though the street it was on was quite busy.

I had one of the most distressing and terrifying experiences at this hotel, and I strongly urge anyone considering staying here to think twice. During my stay, I was subjected to an unannounced and aggressive attempt to tamper with the door to my room during the middle of the day. Multiple voices were whispering outside the door, and the door was violently shaken. No one knocked or made any effort to identify themselves. It was an experience that left me fearing for my safety. Despite contacting the hotel staff immediately, their response was dismissive and inconsistent. Initially, I was told it was just a confused guest, but the story changed later, adding to the sense of disorganization and neglect. No one from the hotel had informed me of any maintenance work, and the individuals involved made no effort to communicate with me before attempting to access the room. This incident forced me to flee the city of Florence in panic, incurring additional expenses and enduring unnecessary emotional distress. I contacted local authorities and recorded parts of the incident as I feared for my safety, something no guest should ever have to experience at a hotel. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for this horrifying ordeal, the hotel refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation for their gross negligence. After repeated messaging, They decided to only refund 3 of my 5 day stay despite me being there for less than 24 hours. ( I still haven't seen the refund comeTheir failure to ensure guest safety and their complete lack of transparency and professionalism is shocking. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. If you value your safety and peace of mind, I would strongly advise you to stay far away from this hotel. I will be escalating this matter through all available channels, but in the meantime, I want to warn others about the potential dangers of staying here. This is not just a matter of poor service—it's a serious safety issue.

It was a really nice hotel. We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon for three nights. The location is amazing. As soon as we left, we could see the Duomo. The room was in excellent condition. In particular, the bathroom was really neat. And "Anis" was the best. During the three nights, they kindly provided us with good information and finally packed us all the way to the station. Thank you Anis! It will be a happy memory.

Can’t fault this place at all. Really clean, spacious rooms in a city centre location with views of the Duomo - but still completely silent when the windows are closed. Check in was really easy and they just send you a PIN code to get into the room - then there are luggage facilities that are accessible until 8pm on checkout day so you haven’t got to carry your bags around all day!
