Numa Salzburg Mozart

We had a really lovely stay at Numa Mozart Salzburg. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very well decorated, with a modern yet warm feel. Everything was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, which made a big difference when travelling as a family. We booked two rooms for our family of four and found it worked perfectly, giving everyone enough space to relax without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming after busy days exploring Salzburg. The property is well maintained and feels carefully managed, with attention to detail throughout. Overall, it was an excellent base for our stay and we would happily choose Numa Mozart again if we return to Salzburg.

Had an amazing stay at Numa Mozart at Salzburg! The room was spacious and tidy. The heating worked very well. Took time for us to figure out the essentials closet,but we started using it it was hassle free! Location is perfect, close to the city centre , the bus stations and the railway station. Numerous restaurants around!! Ensure you do an online check in before reaching there to get your access code. We weren't able to do it on our own due to booking through third party website but a person from Numa helped us do it over phone and was able to get everything sorted.

Numa is a very good hotel with specious beautiful rooms, very good bathroom, topmost thing superb breakfast so many varieties of food items beautifully garnished. Beautiful kettle is there. We enjoyed our stay and recommend everyone to stay there. Superb location near to main railway station and 3 bus stops are nearby moreover main tourist attractions are very near. Only drawback they don’t clean the room on daily basis and no one clears the garbage.

The room is good! Everything from the checking in to amenities are good. Highly recommend! Will certainly stay again if I come. The area is walkable and safe. Many food around the area. Easy assessable and navigate.

The hotel is on the corner easy 10 min walk from the train station.|The lockers were easy to use and held a big suitcase each and a back pack so you can explore the sights before checking in if you arrive early.|The code was easy to use and gets you into the front door then your room .|Their is an essential closest for more towels and coffee etc that you can help yourself to |There is a lift to take up we were located on level 1 room 101 a little noisy as it was by the stairs and the left. Probably would avoid that one if you can |The room however was spacious we had a large room enough space for 2 adults. It had a small shower and toilet |We were out exploring so no need to hang out in the room .|Salzburg has a lot to offer. Would highly recommend the sound of music tour

First stay in a Numa hotel and we were pleasantly surprised. Really well equipped room with comfy bed and good facilities, including tea/coffee making facilities. No reception, all done via smartphone with entrance codes and Whatsapp. All worked well except for when the fire alarm went off at the property. It wasn't clear if anyone was checking the hotel or ringing the fire brigade, we just all stood outside on the pavement whilst sending whatsapps about the incident to the remote Numa support desk. Eventually we got told it was a false alarm by someone and we trooped back in. Got a response on whatsapp about 30 mins later.

A very clean and comfortable place to stay in Salzburg in easy walking distance of the city centre. Note that there is no in person reception but if you download the Numa app, everything you need to know about your stay including your room access code, check-in/check-out times is clearly displayed there. We were given complementary beer, soft drinks and water in our room which was a nice surprise when we arrived. Being able to store our luggage in lockers in the lobby of the hotel was a triumph and saved as carrying everything around with us until our room was ready. We were contacted via WhatsApp to confirm that our room was ready to check in early which was also a nice surprise. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Numa during our trip to Salzburg. We stayed in the large room with balcony - The room was beautiful, BIG, nicely decorated and clean. We loved the location. Street parking was easy. Free from 9pm- 9am making our parking extremely affordable just a few euros each day while we were traveling. We needed some easy dinner options the day we arrived and as a snack before dinner and went to Mr Wen twice right around the corner. We opted to not do breakfast and instead grab something elsewhere. This hotel is more like an air bnb with no front desk but it worked great for us. We probably will never come back to this city but we’d recommend staying here to anybody traveling in.
