the hotel is located very strategically. every tourist attractions are reachable by foot. even the colosseum is only 30 min away walking. check-in and check-out were made very easy, everything online. liked how we used passcode instead of keys so we didn’t have to worry about losing room keys. the room was clean. there was electric kettle and coffee machine inside the room so that was a plus point; we could drink tea and coffee before starting the day. the receptionists were all very friendly.

Sayed at Numa Portico for three nights. I chose the hotel as I've previously stayed with Numa elsewhere and they were excellent, not so this time. |Okay, the pros |The location is excellent, stuck between the Vatican and the Spanish steps. |Decent access to public transport. |A safe part of the city and close to many shops etc. |The reception staff were extremely friendly, cheery and helpful. |The room was large and very clean. ||The cons. |The walls must be made with the thinnest plasterboard available. I could hear the guy next door chatting on his phone as if he was sat on my knee, not only that I could hear the person on the other end of the call clearly too. You can hear every little noise. Not great. |My bed wasn't very comfortable at all. When staying only three nights that's not a massive issue. |The shower. The water was hot enough but the water pressure was pretty low, resulting in a pretty disappointing shower. ||I must add that I didn't complain about anything as I'm not one who does that, I just go with it so maybe they could've helped if I'd spoke with them. It was decent though and it wouldn't put me off using Numa at all, just maybe if I return to Rome I'd possibly look elsewhere.

would like to share my honest opinion.|I booked this hotel more than two months in advance and paid in full. Just two hours before check-in—right after I landed in Rome—I received an email informing me that my room would not be available due to “technical issues.”||This was particularly frustrating as the location was very important to me, yet they offered to move me to another property located 40 minutes away, in the middle of nowhere.||The handling of the situation was extremely disappointing—irresponsible, careless, and rude. There was no genuine apology, no real concern for the inconvenience caused, and the customer service was unacceptable.

Super close to the city center. Very clean. Everything is automated and self sustained. You have all the basic necessities in the room. Congrats for how this hotel looks!

This is a very convenient stay mear Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. Castel Sant'Angelo is also across the bridge, and a 15-minute walk to the Spanish Steps is in a straight line. The hotel is small but comfortable for a couple who intends to stay out and explore Rome for most of the stay.

Located a 5 minute walk from Piazza Navona, Numa Portico is an efficient, compact hotel with comfortable beds and good amenities. Rooms are well organised and equipped with a coffee machine, TV, fridge, and desk - there isn't much wardrobe / drawer space however. The bathroom has a shower and lovely Ren products.|There is no concierge / any hotel staff and check in is all conducted through the online portal. If you arrive before your check in time and the room isn't prepared, they do have locker spaces to store luggage but there's no guarantee that there'll be one available. Rooms are only cleaned at the end of the stay but you can pay to have a cleaner come during your stay.|Overall, don't expect frills and extras but the hotel is well located, with good rooms which provide the basics well and operate efficiently. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at numa.

This was a great stay! The location is perfect, and all of the amenities made it feel like home. I would definitely recommend the terrace room, as it was the perfect place to watch the sunset. The rooms are small, as other reviewers have said, but I found it the perfect size for one. There is a security person at night, room to lounge in the lobby, and luggage storage if you arrive early or leave late. However, they provided me with early check-in, free of charge, since the room was ready.

They informed us on the day of our arrival that the booked rooms won’t be available despite we booked it two months ago…… Very disappointing service
