Number Ten provided the ideal backdrop for celebrating our 12th anniversary. From the start, the experience was seamless; the reservation process was quick and easy, and our table was ready exactly at the scheduled time. This attention to detail set the stage for what turned out to be a great evening. The atmosphere itself is intimate and refined, perfect for a special occasion. While the open dining area can get a bit noisy due to limited sound dampening, it genuinely did not take away from the quality of our date. The entire staff deserves kudos—every member was courteous and professional, ensuring our evening felt personalized and well-cared for. We started the night with their excellent cocktail selection, featuring great drinks that thoughtfully incorporate Chattanooga Whiskey. For the appetizer, the smoked pork belly was incredible. The combination of the tender pork, apricot glaze , and refreshing slaw was a standout highlight of the meal. For the main course, the ribeye was the star, cooked perfectly to temperature—tender, and full of flavor. Since we prioritize low-carb dining, we were delighted with the side options and thoroughly enjoyed the perfectly prepared brussel sprouts and creamed spinach. The sides are served al la carte family style, so they are large enough to share. Finally, as a special treat for our anniversary, we enjoyed the balckberry cheesecake, which was the perfect celebratory finish. Overall, Number Ten of Chattanooga provides a top-tier dining experience. The combination of fantastic service, expertly prepared food, and a commitment to making guests feel special earns this restaurant a confident five stars. This was our first trip to Chattanooga and Number Ten will be on our list every time in the future.

Had another amazing meal at No.10. Have been there a half dozen times and always have had a great experience. Great, hand crafted drink to kick off the meal: the No. 10 is as solid a bourbon drink as they come. They also have a killer bourbon selection if you want wanna go neat and savor. I then ordered the ribeye with some mashed potatoes and it was the perfect dish I was hoping for. Thanks Liza for taking care of us and making our evening great!! Love this place.

Google
I went to Number 10 for the first time tonight, and I can't recommend it enough. Chef Manny nailed every item I ordered on the menu, guaranteeing my return for the dishes I did not get to try tonight. My bartender was Jill, and while she gave fabulous service, her and Nico really helped me come up with a game plan for what I should order. I ended up trying the bone marrow, meatballs, filet mignon, and mushrooms! I took home a dessert for the house.. The food was so tempting, the only dish I remembered to take a picture of *before eating was the bone marrow.. I can't wait to dig into my chocolate cake! (Not pictured)

Absolutely awful from the start. Walked in the door and stood there, it was dead. Server greeted us and let us know the host would be by shortly, he wasn't. When he finally arrived, he seemed put out and did not even bother to greet us. Made it to our booth which was fine, they are all wood with no padding. Server was pleasant and made recommendations based on my requests, the ribeye and meatloaf with some sides. Now this is where things got bad. Ceasar salad: good, a bit over dressed but good. Meatloaf: awful. Dry and flavorless. The mushroom gravy was actually pretty darn good. Ribeye(medium rare): not a great looking cut to start. The eye had no marbling, the cap was small but tender. The taste was terrible, bitter from a burnt seasoning or a poorly treated grill. Just terrible. It's a steak place FFS. The sauces: The chimi was sweet but taste was fine but unnecessarily sweet. Worcester sauce was viciously salty and too strong. Horseradish was fine Peppercorn sauce was again unnecessarily sweet and had no flavor. Mac and cheese: I'm pretty sure they forgot the cheese, salt and pepper. Utterly flavorless and really felt like they were noodles and cream. Roasted mushrooms: awesome. The one dish that worked. The worst part We ate one bite of our meatloaf and 2 bites of the ribeye but the server just didn't acknowledge it at all. She offered to box and we declined. I think they are trained to avoid removing items from the check, it just didn't cross her mind that we were very not happy. Cost: absurd. 2 drinks, a ceasar, ribeye, meatloaf and 2 sides for $153. Awful from start to finish, food was awful and the host just completely sucked.

Google
What a hidden gem! The restaurant is upscale but casual with a warm, inviting feel like a mountain lodge. The staff is friendly and unpretentious but very professional. Most importantly, my dinner was amazing. I had the prime meatloaf - which I would have never ordered had I not been encouraged by the server. It was the best meatloaf I’ve ever had. And served with mashed potatoes and green beans that were also off the chart. Compliments to Chef Manny, Adam the owner, and his wonderful team. Shout out to Glory, our server as well. Great experience.

Google
Update 9/12/25 - Went to celebrate a birthday and it was as good as last time, maybe even better. Incredible filet that was cooked to perfection. The meatballs for a starter were impressive. The mac-n- cheese was great and the mashed potatoes were good. The chocolate cake for dessert was delicious. I'll definitely go back

Google
We went to Number 10 expecting a high-end experience. What we got was… well, a mixed bag—and a sore butt. Let’s start there. The booth seats were so uncomfortable I left the restaurant with a new appreciation for ergonomic office chairs. For a $200+ meal for two, I didn’t expect to walk away feeling like I just rode a Greyhound to Memphis. I ordered two margarita-inspired cocktails. The first one was so sour it could’ve stripped paint. My cheeks puckered so hard I thought I’d need a chiropractor. The second tried to reinvent the wheel with smoky notes and bitter twists—it ended up tasting like someone stirred it with a hospital swab. Creative? Sure. Enjoyable? Not so much. Our server? She was a rockstar—kind, professional, and clearly working her tail off. But she was also stretched way too thin. Water never got refilled, not once, and not because she didn’t care—because she was basically running a relay race from table to table. If you’re going to charge fine-dining prices, staff like it’s fine dining. Now, the food itself was the highlight. We ordered the tomahawk for two with mashed potatoes and asparagus, and the entrée itself delivered—well-seasoned, tender, and cooked beautifully. The chimichurri was incredible—fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The horseradish sauce also hit the mark with a nice punch. Unfortunately, the Worcestershire and peppercorn sauces missed completely. Both had a burnt, bitter taste that clashed with the quality of the meat. At $3 each if ordered on their own, it’s a detail that shouldn’t be overlooked. There’s a great restaurant hiding in there somewhere—it just needs a little less style, a little more substance, and maybe a cushion for the booth.

Google
Very good food and the wait times weren’t bad. We didn’t care for the mashed potatoes but everything else was good. The hostess was super friendly. We are from out of state and it was our anniversary and we asked him to take a photo for us. We expected a quick photo in the lobby but he offered to take us outside and take some. He really made the experience for us.

Yelp
Great food and great staff. They have great bourbon selection also. The cocktails are great too. Good wine selection.

Yelp
3.4 out of 5. From the moment we arrived at Number Ten in Chattanooga, the smoky aroma drifting from the kitchen promised that we were in for something special. The welcome we received was warm -- the hostess greeted us with genuine friendliness, setting a comfortable tone for the evening. We opted for the ribeye and lamb chops. Unfortunately, the ribeye lacked savor, needing a more assertive hand with salt. The lamb chops sat on a bed of Swiss chard that, while "somewhat flavorful," leaned more bitter than complementary; the greens masked the meat rather than enhancing it. Our mac 'n' cheese was beautifully creamy, but again under‑seasoned -- smooth texture, but missing that final savor. The redeeming highlight of our evening was the Brussels sprouts and cocktails. The sprouts were wonderfully prepared -- caramelized edges, seasoned yet well balanced (more please?). The drinks displayed both creativity and skill, elevating the experience when some of the food felt like it needed a bit more refinement. Take home message: Number Ten has many of the hallmarks of a great steakhouse -- ambiance, promise in smoke, and standout sides and cocktails. Being from Texas which does beef well, the execution of some of the mains felt off-base. With just a little more attention to seasoning balance, this place could truly live up to its promise.

Yelp
Everything was Amazing. From the bone Marrow appetizer to the EXCELLENT 14oz Ribeyes the food was amazing Our server Gracie was perfect and new what we needed before we even asked. We HIGHLY recommend #10 in Chattanooga!!

Yelp
I was really excited to try Number 10. The ambiance was cozy but the food was 50/50. My steak was cooked nicely but the quality seemed to be lacking on some items like the mushrooms. The mushrooms tasted like they were previously frozen as they were really watery, since the sides were a la carte this was a little disappointing

Yelp
The Vibe: Cute little restaurant tucked a way in southeast Chattanooga. The lights were dim, the exposed brick was classy, and the restaurant seemed clean. Be prepared to wait for your food. We had a reservation for 8pm on a Friday and it took about 45 min for our appetizer. I think they were short staffed. Our waitress was sweet, but seemed frazzled most of the night. The Food: We ordered the bone marrow as an app and the burger, mac-n-cheese and chicken wings for dinner. Bone marrow was flavorful and unique. It was honestly the best dish we had. The chicken wings were huge and not seasoned enough. The honey mustard they paired with it was needed. The burger was okay. It was a little too sweet. The fries were very tasty. The mac-n-cheese was just meh. It could have used more cheese and 10 min in the oven. The steak seems to be the most popular dish, so if you're a steak person and you want to try a new restaurant...check it out. Just be prepared to wait and be ready to spend about $50+ per steak.

Yelp
I wanted to start off with our first impression! Many folks commented that it was hard to find and not in a good location. I think that statement is extremely false. It was very easy to find and in a great up and coming location. I felt comfortable and safe. The ambiance is very inviting! Dark (not too dark) with an intimate vibe. A great place for a celebration or romantic date night. We had a reservation for NYE and were quickly greeted and sat at booth table. All the tables had candles on the table which added to the romantic feel. Our server greeted us promptly and took drink orders immediately. She even had recommendations which I LOVE. Sometimes making decisions is hard!!! The food portions are HUGE. We started with the Wedge Salad. It is basically a salad for two people. The entree portions were also HUGE. My husband got the meatloaf. He does a lot of cooking/smoking himself so is normally disappointed but he said it was in his top 3 favorites! That says a lot. I had the Manny's Chicken and it was super tasty. I could finish it all but I am not sad that I had some leftovers for later. I would definitely go back and would highly recommend to others.

Yelp
What a fantastic find! We're just back from months in Ecuador and this was such a treat! We had eaten a late lunch, so we had soup and salad this evening. The wedge was delicious and my husband lucked out with a wonderful salad also. The French onion soup was amazing and also the clam chowder! This service was top notch And the interior was beautiful. Big thanks to the hostess for seating us on such a busy night! We will be back for a nice big steak next time.

Yelp
Wow, and I mean WOW! I travel a ton for business and I have been spoiled by eating at a some of the best steakhouses around. Now I can add Number Ten to that list. One of the top five ribeyes I have ever had. Bone marrow on toast was to die for. Caesar was fresh and crisp. I want to rub the creamed spinach and potato au gratin all over me and......ok, maybe that goes too far. Can wait to go again.

Lauren K.

Yelp
Delicious dinner celebrating our anniversary. Staff was incredible. Very friendly, accommodation, and truly cared about us enjoying our meal. Beautiful surroundings. Good background music. Delicious menu. 10/10

Billy R.

Yelp
WOW. JUST WOW. JUST GO. sit at the bar, see jill. That's all you need to do, and she'll take it from there. Your welcome. Best dinning experience I've ever had from beginning to end. Something special here. Thank you jill . It's not always just about the food.

Paul F.

Yelp
Sat at the bar on an early Friday just as the opened. Bartender Jill was a true professional. Was on point on drink suggestions and dinner specials. Smoked pork ribeye was tender and over the top good. Prawns were prepared perfectly. Highly recommend.

Yelp
A nice enough place, once you find it. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I just thought a steak house would have a rib eye which would NOT have the gristle of my usual new York strip. I changed , giving up some flavor to get a more tender cut...but not here. My wife had a nice meal, but it is not a place we will revisit - there are too many good restaurants in town. They did have Sambuca Romano - not an easy find in the area.

Yelp
My husband took me here for our 1 year anniversary dinner. I was so excited to try it out, as it has been on my list for awhile now. We made a reservation, and arrived a little bit early. They were able to seat us right away! We loved the ambiance of the restaurant. There was nice mood lighting, candles at each table, and nice music playing throughout. The only things that could've been better was if we were sat at the two top table over by the window, and if the restaurant wasn't so loud. We started off with a French onion soup and a wedge salad. I forgot to snap a picture of my husband's soup, but the wedge salad was delightful. I'm not sure if they offer a smaller portion, but next time I will definitely ask because it was huge for a starter! My husband enjoyed his soup as well. For dinner, my husband did the fillet, and I did the ribeye. Both cooked medium rare, and they were cooked to perfection. We had a side of green beans and Mac and cheese. We loved both of the sides they came with the Mac and cheese was our favorite. For dessert we tried the pecan pie. This did not disappoint. It was the perfect size, and super delicious. Definitely enjoyed or experience, and we are looking forward to our next visit to number 10!

Yelp
My father and two children dined here on a Sunday night and we all came home full and happy. The entire experience was wonderful, from the calming restaurant atmosphere to the incredible food and excellent customer service. The ambiance was peaceful and perfect for a date night or family celebration/gathering. My kids gobbled up their chicken tenders and noodles with butter. We also ordered the ribs and brussels sprouts and Manny's Chicken with mashed potatoes. Both dishes were outstanding. The brussels sprouts were the best we've ever had. Our compliments to the chef who prepared the meal-the portions were huge and the presentation was excellent. We were very pleased and will definitely be coming back again and trying different dishes next time. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will certainly not be disappointed upon visiting. What a treat!

Todd R.

Yelp
Excellent dry aged steak with fantastic Brussels sprouts and asparagus. Best meal I had visiting Chattanooga. Spring for the dry aged
google avatar

Nick A.

Yelp
I had the ribeye that should have been great. Unfortunately it was very overcooked and not edible. Worse was that the server took my steak that had 3 bites out of it and did not ask about it. There are better steaks all over Chattanooga.

Claire D.

Yelp
Everything was great! The food, service, and atmosphere were all a 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Number 10 is a good addition to Chattanooga's restaurant scene. It has a real steakhouse vibe. They have some kinks to work out to be 5 star review. The good: Flavorful steaks with generous portions. I love shareable sides. Really good Italian spinach. The prices are fair for the quality level of the steaks. All were cooked properly. The kinks: The place had a nice crowd but was not packed. Service in general seemed a bit behind. The bar was overwhelmed with a drink order taking 20 minutes. My gut says they're under staffed. Everyone was pleasant and well trained, just stretched thin. The temperature on the sides we ordered was less than hot (I'm talking to you mushrooms) and the steaks should be presented sizzling on a hot plate. We'll be back. It just needs a bit more work to earn that 5th star.
google avatar

Bradley C.

Yelp
We've been here 5+ times in the past 6 months, and it's in my top 3 of best Chattanooga restaurants. The food is superb (possibly the best steak in Chattanooga), the atmosphere is perfect, and the service is a delight. If you want the perfect restaurant for a date night, dinner with friends, or just an incredible meal - Number Ten is your spot. PS. It's rare you find a place this close to downtown with easy and FREE parking.
google avatar

Molly L.

Yelp
Looking for the perfect new date night spot? This is your place! I kept seeing Instagram posts about this restaurant opening and we decided to go give it a try! Immediately when you walk in you are greeted with the homey decor and low lighting, which I loved. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful with their recommendations. I ended up ordering the fried chicken sandwich (I've never been a fan of steak), one of my friends got the ribeye and said it was amazing, and my other friend ordered the trout and also loved it! All in all, this was a great experience and I highly recommend and will definitely be back myself!
google avatar

Jeremy G.

Yelp
This was one of the best steaks I have ever had. The ribeye was over the top. Prices reflect the quality and taste you will receive. Our server was so great and professional. I wish we had a steakhouse like this in Chicago. If I am ever back in the area, you bet I will be back again. Do yourself a favor and give this place a try.
google avatar

Vicki R.

Yelp
My husband and I had a phenomenal meal! He had the filet with the Bordeaux sauce and crispy Brussel sprouts and I had the best shrimp pasta I have ever eaten (and I'm from FL)! We will stop again when passing through.
google avatar

Travis S.

Yelp
Great service. Great food. Ambience is fantastic. Give them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

Lana B.

Yelp
This is my new absolute favorite restaurant! The food, staff and ambiance are impeccable! Fabulous steaks and sides I'm obsessed with the Brussels sprouts). The Caesar Salad is the best I've had. Don't miss the seasonal cocktail menu!

Teresa M.

Yelp
This restaurant is literally behind the house where I was born in 1953. I moved out of the area in 1962 and have seen a lot of changes. My cousin and I ate here, out of nostalgia and wanting to have a good steak meal. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The waitress and staff were awesome. However, the food was subpar considering the prices they charge. All items are alacart. I had ordered French onion soup, a New York steak and sautéed mushrooms. I had to send my soup back because it was cold. The cheese hadn't even melted on top. Then the mushrooms were very bland and had no flavor. The steak itself was OK. I had ordered a side of peppercorn sauce to flavor the steak which they charge three dollars for about 2 tablespoons. It also had no flavor - soy sauce would've worked just as fine. My cousin ordered the ribeye steak, macaroni and cheese and french fries. Her steak was tough, macaroni and cheese was OK but the french fries were the best part of the meal. We did have a couple of espresso martinis which were good. The meal cost us $170 plus a $40 tip. To be honest, I would rather eat at Cracker Barrel. I will not be eating at this establishment again.

Yelp
My wife organized a Surprise 60th Party for me last night. The staff was very gracious in waiting on a large (16 adults) group, including handling my cake, cutting & singing & serving! Its was every person's first time here. Every person commented on the quality of their steak & every side we had was amazing. All were impressed with the spot she chose. This is a great, very impressive resturant for Chattanooga! I highly recommend Number Ten!
google avatar

Yelp
New gem in Southside Chattanooga. GPS struggled but got me to the door & I'm glad it did. Roasted bone marrow was fantastic. Not sure there's another place in Chattanooga that has it. What a delicacy. Got the strip and creamed spinach as well. Both tasty and couldn't finish because the marrow appetiser was larger than I expected. Steak was cooked to temp (medium rare) and seasoned tastily. Look forward to trying different cuts as I come back. Interesting cocktail list. Enjoyed the Brighten Up to start and good wine choices with the entree. Expertly crafted Old Fashioned was the dessert. Which brings me to the star of the show. Morgan behind the bar was energetic and knowledgeable. Mixes fantastic drinks and I was impressed with a different spin on my go to ... The old fashioned. Tremendous host that earned the 5th star. This is definitely worth a visit. Varied menu. Someone sitting near me had the market fish which was sea bass and what an impressive plate that was. Chattanooga this is a new gem. Don't waste time giving it a try.

Christi B.

Yelp
We had a party of 12 for a birthday. We were charged $5 per person to use a plate for a cake. Food is average. Sneaks all overcooked. Terrible location. We have eaten many restaurants all around and for the quality of food here, overpriced.
google avatar

Bekah C.

Yelp
No. 10 Steakhouse is one of Chattanooga's best restaurants, serving up the most well cooked steaks imaginable. With top tier customer service and a unique and swanky environment, who wouldn't want to eat here?! Check it out... you wont be disappointed!!!!
google avatar

Phillip W.

Yelp
This a great place, the service was wonderful, the ambiance and music was great, the food was delicious, my wife and I both loved it, we will be going there again and again!!!

Allan B.

Yelp
Highly recommend! Not often I recommend colleagues to places I dine, but Number Ten is the exception. Great food, service, drinks, and atmosphere. Excellent steaks! You are missing out if you have not dined here.

Merry B.

Yelp
Service was exceptional! We tried the rosemary filet with sweet potato purée and carrots and it was definitely a winner! The ribeye was great as always too! Would love to see them add a Bernaise sauce to the menu. A great place to celebrate our birthdays.
google avatar

Paul T.

Yelp
I don't typically review restaurants but for Number Ten I have to make an exception. We have been there multiple times and they have never disappointed! The service, food and ambience are all top notch. Everyone from the hostess, the bartender (Jimmy), our favorite server (Liza), to the owner (Adam) could not have been nicer, genuine and accommodating!
google avatar

Corey R.

Yelp
We have now gone twice in the last two weeks. This steakhouse is slowly becoming our favorite spot in town for a nice sit down dinner. The bone marrow app and caesar salads are a must try starters. The shrimp cocktail could use some work. The ribeye is to die for. Service was great both times and not to mention the all wine selection is perfect. We will be back and we will become regulars here at this new spot!

Meghan S.

Yelp
This is our 1st choice for eating out. The food is fantastic and we have always had wonderful servers.

Yelp
I recently relocated to Chattanooga & was looking for a place to take my girlfriend for her birthday. From the moment we pulled up I was impressed, there was ample free parking...rare here in Chattanooga. When we walked in I was impressed with the flow from the check-in area, waiting area to the bar area. The decor, overall ambience was over the top with attention to detail but man I loved that he has a massive American Flag hanging on a large wall. No TVs, light music playing made for a fun evening. The food was perfect with just enough variety there is probably something for everyone. Another thing I noticed is that the tables are not on top of each other. I'm hard of hearing and did not have a problem here. I was extremely Impressed that Adam, the owner who greeted and sat us, not because he is short staffed (he is not) but because I could tell he wanted to meet the people that he was getting to serve. He also has what will be a large outdoor covered space so I hope he has live music in the near future. Oh, I had the NY Strip & my girlfriend had the Ribeye, Brussel Sprouts and green beans. All were perfect!
google avatar

Errol H.

Yelp
I had no expectations about #10. Reviews were good so I tried it. The staff are all outstanding. They ALL smiled and said hello. I was by myself and ate at the bar. The steak I had was one of the best I've had and I worked in N.Y.C. for over 25 years and ate many steaks there. This is a must try!

Ann Marie W.

Yelp
One of the best steakhouse restaurants I've been to. Everything was cooked perfectly and the service was wonderful. The ribeye was phenomenal. Will return again!

Steve H.

Yelp
Everything we had at our table was great!! Appetizers salads to entree. We had stake, meatloaf, shrimp. I would recommend to everyone!! Service was on time and very polite!!

Link R.

Yelp
Food, service, and ambiance were wonderful! Our waitress, Glory, was very prompt and catered to all of our needs. Adam stopped to see how things were and was a delight to talk to. He truly cared about our experience. We have already recommended to friends.

Yelp
A lot of new restaurants in Chattanooga these days, but Number Ten is here for the long haul. We have known this restaurant was planned for a while now and now the wait is finally over. Best steak experience in town tucked away in this little corner of Chattanooga. Were able to get a Friday night reservation for 5:15 and were quickly greeted by Abbie who proved to be one of the best wait staff members we've encountered in a long time. The menu is straight-forward with ample choices which includes some of the best steak options that I've seen on a menu. The menu describes the porterhouse steak being able to serve 2 people, so my wife and I split the steak with her getting the filet side with me getting the t-bone. Perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection, tender, and yes, I gnawed on the bone in public. Very good beer (draft & bottled) and bar selection with numerous mixed drink creations. I stuck with the cheap bottled beer which paired perfectly with a $50 steak. Not a cheap meal by any means but compared to pricing that we see on local menus, this is where you want to spend your money on a great meal and steak connoisseurs will agree that it's money well spent.

Yelp
Husband and I finally got here for dinner. Everyone who we know has loved it and it was on our list. What a wonderful addition to the Chattanooga dining scene. This isn't your typical steakhouse with the stuffy, snooty atmosphere. It has a relaxed rustic vibe and the staff is dressed casually, which makes me feel like I've been invited to a friends house for dinner. For the quality and amount of food the prices are so beyond reasonable. Started with the Caesar salad and the No. 10 salad. Both were dressed perfectly and had wonderful dressings. We ordered the veal chop - which was absolutely HUGE and I was told was delicious. Also ordered the meatloaf- which was also so good and a lot of food. The sides were all to die for- the mushrooms, the spinach and the Brussel sprouts were delectable!! A lot more food than we could eat but I definitely will look forward to eating the leftovers. Our waitperson was Abbie, who is a notch above in her level of service and her amazingly quick wit. She helped make a lovely dining experience even better! Had a great time and enjoyed every little thing about this restaurant- we will be back for sure!!

Yelp
My son was traveling through from New York to Arizona and stopped here in Tennessee. I asked on the Chattanooga Living site for some great steak restaurants to take him to. Many replied "Number 10". Well this place and their staff did not disappoint. This restaurant has such a nice quiet atmosphere. Our server and I'm embarrassed to say I can't remember her name. Cece maybe, was fantastic. She was so on top of her game with everything. We ordered the meatballs for appetizer and those were really good. My son suggested the tomahawk steak and I have to say it was the best steak I've had. HUGE as well. We had mashed potatoes, the mac & cheese, and the seasoned beans as sides. All were delicious. Adam the owner came by to make sure we were satisfied with our meal and so did their chef Seth. This place is not in a busy part of town which makes it even nicer. It's a hidden gem. I will be back with friends next time.

Yelp
Best steak in Chattanooga.. I dream about their mashed potatoes and the Brussels are to die for!! This place is our new favorite. It blows everything else in Chattanooga out of the water. We have been twice now and the service has been amazing both times. Can't wait to go back!

Kimberly N.

Yelp
The food was just ok mediocre at best. The service was great. There were six people in our party. 5 of us were served together. The sixth person waited and was told by the server that the "steak would be right out." Fifteen minutes later ", nada. We had to leave and they put her steak-which was supposed to be a filet but wasnt-in a to-go box. This is a new restaurant. You guys better step up your game.

Yelp
I'd like to start by saying that our server Liza was fantastic. Everything after that was mediocre, and that's being nice. Saturday night 3/11/23 My wife and I ordered a couple of glasses of wine and an appetizer. Wine came out promptly and the appetizer took about 15+ minutes to come out. No big deal. We order 2 filets mignons MEDIUM RARE and we split a side of truffle fries. We are STARVING! We have been out all day taking care of business and were excited to try a new place for a great meal. The Steaks took over 30 minutes to get to the table. Again, not a huge deal, we just wanted to eat, because we were starving. Cut into the steak and it was more like medium well...WTF! The server came over and was very nice. I explained to her that both steaks were very over cooked. She asked us what we would like to do, and I said if I don't have to wait another 30-45 minutes I would just like another steak. She agreed and asked the kitchen if they could get us another pair of steaks in a timely manner. Apparently they said no, that we would have to wait. The manager says he's sorry and he would take some money off and give us dessert on the house. So now we are stuck eating a dry piece of meat and frozen cake with a $123 bill because of their incompetence. His discount was $7 per steak which was even more insulting. This is a steakhouse. This is what they do. Its unacceptable and we will never be back. I didn't want a discount, I wanted a great meal. There are too many fantastic steak options in Chattanooga, for that kind of BS. I'll stick with Bridgemans and Main street Meats from now on.

Yelp
Love Number 10! The space is gorgeous, owner Adam clearly has put a lot of work into making it warm and welcoming. Service is always spot on host Dwayne takes time to learn names and seems genuinely excited to be there. Everyone you make eye contact with says hello or offers a smile. Liza was excellent last time she took care of us. And don't get me started on the food! Steaks are cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned, sides are generous and tasty and the bartender Jimmy is always mixing up something special.

Yelp
Waited a little while to write this review. We went to Number 10 to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday. It is a lovely space, easily accessible and a balanced menu. The prices make this a place for special occasions but the food is good. Our waitress was attentive and knowledgable and we got all our orders in a timely manner, cooked to order. Where we had an issue was when the check was brought. We had told our server when we were first seated who was with who. Three of us were together with another couple in our party. When the check was brought everything was on one check. We were a little taken aback since nothing was said earlier when we stated who was with who. We were told that they could run multiple cards for the one check. When asked if they could do the math for us, we were told that they could not. Again, we were a little surprised. We eat out a lot and have never been told that one check for a larger party could not be broken down for us. My husband and our friends with us were a little frustrated. The check wasn't in any order and we had split an appetizer. Our friend proceeded to try to tick off what he and his wife had.... when the server returned we asked again of they could do the math for us and again were told no and then the server yanked the check out of our friends hand and stomped off. We were then visited by the manager. He also told us they could not "do the math" and said that we had yelled at the server. Full disclosure... there was no yelling but my husband was very frustrated and spoke in a firm, raised voice during this encounter. The manager eventually took the check and did what we asked after we did our best to separate the bill. He brought it back , handed it to my husband , leaned in and said " kindness goes a long way". I can not tell you how shocked we all were that a manager would say such a thing to one of his customers, regardless of the situation. We just spent upward of $300 at his restaurant ! We never saw the server again . I can tell you we will never return.
