Very friendly and helpful owners. Great atmosphere, quiet, ideal for relaxing and northern lights viewing. The activities they offer are great. Food is excellent home cooking with local ingredients. I will be back!

Great cabin with comfortable beds, nice living area and great bathrooms with an awesome sauna! Food was homemade and delicious. Good quality meats and accompaniments prepared with care and presented beautifully. Thank you very much and if I’m ever lucky enough to be in the area again, I will definitely return.

As a well travelled group, we came here looking for a completely new and unique experience, and we can definitely say that this one exceeded far beyond our highest expectation. ||The team and service was absolutely exceptional. Marjatta and Raimo’s hospitality was so warm and welcoming. We enjoyed all the stories and getting to know the culture and tradition of the region. The food was amazing, especially the local cuisine during Christmas and the Kota traditional dinner. ||The activities were very well organized and the team conducts themselves with utmost professionalism prioritizing safety. ||This experience was definitely unforgettable!

Beautiful quiet location, at the edge of the river yet only approx 1/2mile from the supermarket & fuel station . Marjatta was lovely ,very friendly & helpful . Breakfast food was fabulous -meats ,eggs,jams, fruit juices ,fresh fruit,cookies & nut selection . The cabin was vlean,warm & comfortable with WiFi & plenty of hot water . Thoroughly enjoyed my stay & would definitely recommend .

It is sad that a famous bike traveler influecer from Germany wasn’t allowed to build up his tend during Winter so he had to drive futher although he only needed a space on the property for his tend. That’s a shame. Check out on YouTube: Radreise Unlimited: my magic moment (Finland)

The cabin was in the wilderness. The nearest grocery was an hour’s drive away. As it is the off season, restaurant was not opened on a Sunday. However we bought some food from K market and heat up in the cabin. The cabin location was superb near the lake. Once the auora alert was out, we checked for clear skies and just needed to step out from our cabin. The aurora was put dancing for us. An amazing experience.

Great place to stay! Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful. We stayed 5 nights in a cabin with a bathroom and a sauna so we didn’t use the common facilities but according to other guests, everything was spotless. This is a good place to have as your base camp also if you’re planning to explore the beautiful fjords on the Norwegian side of the border. If you enjoy fishing, you’ll be pleased to see that the resort is located right on the shore of the famous Teno salmon river (please check the required permits and fishing restrictions) and not too far away from the fishing spots in Norway, ask the staff for recommendations!

The location is perfect. |The cabin has a great panoramic view and is fully equipped. Nothing is missing.|The team is very competent, fun, organized, friendly and helpful. |The activities corresponded to the schedule and everything went as planned.|The meals were very tasty and varied. ||To summarize, it was magical (fantastic). |We couldn't have wished for a better vacation. |We are glad we chose Nuorgam Holiday Village and would do the same vacation again in a few years.
