The Vogue Editors’ Guide to Paris | Vogue

"The best shopping place is called Nuovo. It is a tiny vintage shop full of hot girl clothes. Basically, the owner doesn’t curate by labels but by taste. The prices are great, too. I got the most amazing leather jacket from there that made me look like Emmanuelle Seigner straight out of Frantic." - Elise Taylor

This store used to be fun. I went the day it opened in 2021. I lived next door. I brought all my friends. Spent so much time there, a cute community of fashion loving girls. It is now soulless, trendy, overpriced and crawling with influencers or Americans on vacation. Which is fine if that’s what they want. It’s just a shame because it used to be so special, I would run to nuovo before a party knowing I would find something chic and affordable. It was like playing dress up with my friends and all the chicest girls in the city. Never experienced something like that again and I miss what it was. It’s such a shame that doesn’t exist anymore. No one can afford it anymore. It’s cold. And it lost the thing that made it work. But I guess it gained some $$$ so props to the owners. Can’t blame you, you’ve made something big :(

Wow wow wow . I just Ordered online and the quality and the service is amazing. My clothes got through a quality check before they send it . Had some question that they answered immediately. Very happy :) Will buy definitely in the future more

I bought a 180€ jeans and the second I wore it the button fell off… very sad :((

My favourite vintage store in Paris. I love the offering, fitting rooms, music, and pleasant service. I never got empty-handed.

Excellent vibes, kind owner (with a cute dog!), and really affordable but interesting and high quality pieces. The layout of the store is also very reasonable and relaxing to walk through. I got an Italian silk top and my sister got a y2k dress all in the 20-35 euro range per piece.
