Nuraghe Majori

This charming restaurant near the Nuraghe Majori offers a simple, yet delicious menu focused on fresh cheeses and meats. Ricotta cheese was the star of the show, featured in several dishes. The salted ricotta and fresh ricotta with fig jam on the cheese platter were absolute standouts - rich and flavorful. The homemade ravioli, filled with delicate ricotta, paired perfectly with the light, fresh tomato sauce, which was a highlight in itself. For dessert, the cream-flavored gelato topped with honey cooked down with orange was a unique and refreshing treat, perfect for a hot September day. The fresh ricotta with honey was another delightful way to end the meal. Excellent value for money, offering simple, fresh home-cooked dishes that truly shine. A must-visit!

3 words, good food, cosy place bad service of one of the waitresses with dark hair, not the blonde. I don’t know what the problem was but if you work in a restaurant the bare minimum is that you are friendly. Not even saying thank you or please in Italian? If you don’t do any effort for customers it’s better to look for another job.

This amazing place deserves the high ratings that it already has. To repeat other reviews, it is very friendly, has fabulous local food and is great value for money. It is well worth taking a short trip to find it.

Beautiful location, made extra enjoyable by the attentive staff and friendly cats. The cheese and sliced meats board was a hit, you really can’t miss it. Sides were lovely too. Definitely would return.

Very delicious food, especially the mirto jam with the ricotta cheese. And you need to get their desserts! I had the ice cream with honey and it was the best thing I've ever had in my life!

After visiting the Nuraghi we enjoyed a meal of several courses with wine. Everything was delicious and the service outstanding. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Lovely atmosphere with a pretty garden area and a nice play area for children.
