Nuremberg Hotel Garni Probst

Had a very comfortable and memorable stay here in Nuremberg. The owners are warm, friendly and helpful. It is a very nice neighbourhood as well, very close to the Train station and walkable to the city centre. Breakfast is nice too. They provide with glasses, cutlery and plates in the room, one can also pickup magazines to read.

Large room. Elevator is tiny and only goes to 3rd floor. Our room was on 4th. They did have someone help my wife get to the 4th floor by way of a service elevator. Bathroom is small but nice and updated. Owner was very nice and helpful. 6 minute walk from train station. 15 minute walk to Old Town. Beautiful city.

We had a fantastic stay. Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and the hotel was easy to find. The location was perfect for visiting the Christmas markets.

We enjoyed our 2 days stay. Hotel is a short 5' walk to the main train station where one can find many eateries and grocery stores. Our double room is spacious with daily cleaning provided. The staff is helpful. Note that the lift does not go to every floor, so going up/down some steps is required. Overall, we are pleased with our accommodation and would gladly stay again.

The hotel has big rooms well cleaned, but the bathroom is minimalist. Breakfast is acceptable. The location central, but not the nicer street of the city. You can consider it a reasonable 2 stars.

Perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the main train station and Christmas market. My room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Very good location for visiting old town. Clean and spacious rooms for a good price. Kind staff and good breakfast buffet.

As has been said many times, the hotel is in a great location in the old town with a very short walk to the train station.||We found the room comfortable, very clean and an excellent value.||The only issue was our own failure to notice when we booked that the hotel elevator only goes to the third floor and to request a lower room. My wife has bad knees and as luck would have it, we were given a 4th floor room. The staff attempted to put us on a lower floor but the hotel was fully booked. I'm glad we were traveling light!||
