Nuremberg Hotel Garni Probst

We enjoyed our 2 days stay. Hotel is a short 5' walk to the main train station where one can find many eateries and grocery stores. Our double room is spacious with daily cleaning provided. The staff is helpful. Note that the lift does not go to every floor, so going up/down some steps is required. Overall, we are pleased with our accommodation and would gladly stay again.

The hotel has big rooms well cleaned, but the bathroom is minimalist. Breakfast is acceptable. The location central, but not the nicer street of the city. You can consider it a reasonable 2 stars.

As has been said many times, the hotel is in a great location in the old town with a very short walk to the train station.||We found the room comfortable, very clean and an excellent value.||The only issue was our own failure to notice when we booked that the hotel elevator only goes to the third floor and to request a lower room. My wife has bad knees and as luck would have it, we were given a 4th floor room. The staff attempted to put us on a lower floor but the hotel was fully booked. I'm glad we were traveling light!||

Very good location for visiting old town. Clean and spacious rooms for a good price. Kind staff and good breakfast buffet.

Excellent place to stay centrally in Nuremberg. I stayed during a work trip this summer and had a great time. Perfect location and very friendly, accommodating, and personal staff. I will stay here every time I visit. The friendly atmosphere is unbeatable. Only downside (for some) would be that there was no AC in the room, though I found that the fan they supplied did a good job.

Great location for Christmas markets! This hotel was also only about 500m from the central train station. We stayed in December 2024 and the hotel was exactly what we needed. Customer service was very good. Just be aware the lift is very small so smaller bags better, some of the rooms are not accessible via the lift as well. The rooms were very big considering it’s a boutique hotel. The breakfast was amazing!! Would highly recommend!

Warm, friendly staff in a great location! Good value for money and perfect for our 1-night stay in Nuremberg. I didn't find the bed super comfortable but I'd say that for most hotels in Germany. All round a lovely little hotel 😊

Very beautiful room. The painting decor and furniture and bathroom and renovated. Im unsure if they will rent their old room but you can ask for a renovated room. The breakfast is fair for the price. The elevator pick you up from street level you need to press the yellow button !!! Its not super clear at first.
