Nuru Palace Hotel

The hygiene conditions in this hotel are very poor. The bedding is uncomfortable, there is no hairdryer provided, and they do not even offer basic disposable items such as toothpaste and toothbrushes. On top of that, the staff’s service attitude is unpleasant. When asked for something as basic as a kettle, they refused to provide one, and every time I requested toothpaste, I was told it was unavailable.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days and the customer service was excellent. The staff is very polite and the rooms are clean and well maintained. The breakfast was the best with so many options and fresh and hot food. Highly recommend.

Nice and quiet place to sleep while in nakuru

It's one place we call home away from home. The place is designed to give you the home ambience. The rooms are spacious and clean. The place is a non-alcoholic environment hence anyone can be able to access the place even those that don't use alcohol. The services are top-notch with staff even from the manager that ensures that you have a comfortable stay.

The hotel has a serene environment and ample parking space. Don't get me started on the food because it is definitely top tier cooking happening in this place. They took the interior design and landscaping up a notch and I love the no smoking and no alcohol policy because it's something I can't tolerate. Definitely the place to be while in Nakuru

Very clean and spacious rooms, courteous and friendly employees, great breakfast. Recommendable for both everyone as it didn't entertain alcoholic drinks or beverages within the premises. Very quite and the best part ... It's in town centre, minutes away from the central police station, easy accessibility to government offices, hospitals, mosque, temple church and schools. For those who wish to have lunch they offer full course buffet. It's a lovely place indeed. Try it out

It was a good stay. My only complain is the shower pressure. But the staff is super polite and accommodating and the breakfast is fresh and hearty. Would definitely come back. Thank you.
