We had a very nice stay at Nuru Ziya Suites. The hotel is clean, very comfortable, and well located near Taksim Street, close to many of Istanbul’s main landmarks, easy to reach by taxi or public transport. The rooms are spacious and bright, perfect for families. It’s also a quiet area most of the time, only a bit of music on Saturday nights, but nothing disturbing. The staff were all very kind and always available to help, even before our trip when we had many questions on WhatsApp. A special thank you to Mr. Sinan (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong!) for his help, kindness, and all his advice about what to visit in Istanbul. He really did everything to make sure our stay went smoothly. Overall, good service, friendly people, and a great experience, thank you!

Service overall was very good. Including breakfast was very cheap and the staff working downstairs were brilliant. They made sure that the food was always full and catered to all our needs. The food was fresh, delicious and had a large variety. Everything was fresh and it was a perfect breakfast. They even allowed us to take food up to the room. Cleaning service was also very good. They came down swiftly, cleaned very efficiently and were out the door as soon as they were done. The first hotel in Istanbul that doesn't expect tips!!

This hotel was a great find, I would have given a 5-star but there were a couple of small let downs. The WiFi in my room was terrible, not a huge deal but was needing a good connection for business calls. The TV in the room didn’t work, again, not a big deal but is still nice to view a football match during a 10 day stay. All and all the rooms are great, excellent hot water, comfy beds, excellent service and overall a very good 3-star hotel! I recommend this hotel, it’s great value for money if looking for a slightly cheater alternative to a 5-star hotel.

Excellent experience! Great location… walking distance to Taksim Square, the Grand Bazaar and many other attractions that Istanbul has to offer. The staff at the hotel were incredible; they went above and beyond! Hotel was clean, super cute room, very cozy and was the perfect boutique hotel experience. We plan on returning to Istanbul next year and am definitely planning to return to Nuru Ziya Suites. Highly recommend staying here! 👍

The reception staff were incredible. A special thanks to Sinan, Ahmed, Olçay and Muhammed for helping us with everything throughout our stay. We wish that the cleaning staff did a better job. They left the dishes dirty. They didn’t clean properly and that could be improved.

Lovely stay and beautiful part of the city. The staff were lovely and the place was so clean. We would live there for months if we could! The suite is well stocked and has great amenities.

The room was quite spacious, but looked nothing like the photos. A balcony was advertised, but the room didn't have one. The sofa clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The air conditioning unit looked like something out of a horror movie. The hob was also in terrible condition. If I'd paid half as much, I still would have been disappointed. Unfortunately I stayed on a Saturday night, and a nearby venue played loud music until around 5am. The 'soundproofing' was completely ineffective. I mentioned it to the receptionist who shrugged his shoulders.

Really liked everything, the people, the place, the neighborhood, the food, the Turkish breakfast and even the gym we've never come to. Perfect stay with a good bedroom and pillows. Probably the floor in our room could be a bit cleaner. But we didn't pay much attention to it, still perfect stay

Stayed here for a week and I thought it was a very good experience. Definitely upgrade the room, its not much more expensive and definitely worth it.
