This is our second time staying in this authentic Balinese beautiful resort in the past 12 months. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with extremely polite friendly and professional staff. Every staff member you meet couldn’t do enough for you. Yes the rooms are a little outdated however they are spotless, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. You don’t really spend much time in your room as the facilities are exceptional. The grounds are stunning. The food in all the restaurants is consistently delicious. We have already booked our next holiday here. Highly recommend.

Rooms are spacious, staff are helpful. The hotel ground is beautiful and expansive. Breakfast buffet is pricey but worth a try at least for a couple of days - could use more variety in changing menus so guests don’t get bored when they eat everyday. ||Buildings are worn out with patchwork. Housekeeping service was decent - not five star level. There should be more resort activities too. ||The Friday night dinner show with fire dancers was good. The Cafe at Mulia buffet has so much more varieties. The beachfront restaurant with Mediterranean food was not bad - kids enjoyed bread and pizza.

Our stay at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa - Handwritten Collection was nothing short of magical. From the moment we entered the grand Balinese-style lobby, we were swept away by the warm hospitality and lush tropical surroundings. The traditional architecture, complete with intricate carvings and spacious courtyards, made us feel like we were stepping into a royal Balinese palace. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a balcony overlooking the serene gardens and pool area. It was the perfect space to unwind after a day at the beach. Speaking of which, the private beach access was a major highlight – clean, quiet, and great for a peaceful walk or a refreshing dip in the sea. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with both local Balinese dishes and international options to suit all tastes. The hotel also features multiple restaurants, a well-equipped gym, a beautiful spa, and activities to keep everyone entertained. What really stood out was the exceptional service – staff members greeted us with genuine smiles and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Whether it was a small request at breakfast or arranging transportation, everything was handled with care and attention. If you’re looking for a resort that combines Balinese charm, beachfront relaxation, and family-friendly amenities, this hotel ticks all the boxes. We left feeling completely refreshed and pampered – a true Balinese retreat.

My husband and I had a fantastic holiday at Nusa Dua Beach Resort and Spa. We booked the Palace Club Room, which was spacious and beautifully designed. We loved the attention to detail and craftsmanship throughout the room. The ceiling featured exquisite hand-carved woodwork, and the louvre doors were made from high-quality timber—truly stunning. This hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s a piece of art. ||The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to Ibu Supadmi for making our stay so enjoyable and for taking our breakfast orders in the morning. To Yudha, the barista—your coffee was a highlight every day! And to the lovely girls in black at the Club Lounge, who took our orders and served our breakfasts, afternoon teas, and evening drinks—you felt more like family than hotel staff.||The concierge team was always there with warm smiles, ready to help with taxi bookings, assist with laundry, and take care of our luggage.||Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This is our second stay at Nusa dua beach and I would happily return. The food is varied and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms, while not brand new, are clean, and comfortable with anything you need. Book go to the buffet for sure. More food than you could ever try and all great. Great buffet breakfast. 2 huge clean pools. You get the normal sunbed turf wars but it's a hotel what can you do. My one criticism is the lack of available water. We stayed at villas for the first 2 weeks of our holiday so we're used to water coolers. You'll have to buy water from the Bar after your free room water (one small bottle per person) But you get a mini fridge so you can buy water in town if you're cheap like me.

Staying at this hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our short trip to Bali. The highlight of this hotel is definitely the staff. Upon check-in, they welcomed us with drinks and provided helpful information about the hotel’s facilities. Not for a second did we feel unwelcome. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is also very relaxed. The room was clean, with universal power sockets. The king-sized bed was large and firm—which I appreciated, as it’s great for the back. Room service was excellent. The hotel has direct beach access, with plenty of reclining chairs perfectly placed under the trees. It’s a great setup for relaxing in the shade while enjoying the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. Be sure to book early if you plan to have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant—it tends to fill up quickly during peak hours.

We have stayed here several times before and always enjoyed ourselves. The staff are excellent, always with a smile. Food is of a high standard and the local wine has improved greatly. Multiple dining options is a real plus. Our room, near the pool was lovely and so convenient. Having the option of loungers around the main pool, on the beach or by the pool near the spa gives variety. The beach is always spotless. Convenient for walks by the beach and nearby very good shopping center at Ball Collection.

We had a great stay here overall! A more traditional resort as opposed to bring ultra modern. Yes it is tired in parts and is due for maintenance and updating in areas. Very family friendly, great pools and food and drink options. Our main con were our 2 rooms were on the 1st floor and very damp/ mouldy/ smelly. We got the sheets and pillows changed upon arrival as the pillows literally smelt mouldy. Unsure whether the rooms have been locked up for weeks or a bigger issue - I think it’s a bigger issue that needs addressing. Air con couldn’t really be changed which was an issue, and the rooms were quite tired and not a 5 star room. Overall still a great stay
