Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali

We purchased a package so we had “all inclusive”. We found the staff to be very friendly. Once we asked for something staff were eager to help although we did find once seated for a meal it took a while for someone to take our order, a couple of times others seated after us had their order taken and drinks delivered and we had been forgotten. We found our room clean and cleaning staff did an excellent job each day. Our room 1203 was in a good location although we found it a bit noisy with trolleys being pushed past all day. The pools were lovely and I joined in the aqua aerobics sessions. I had a massage at the spa and it was excellent, price was higher than outside prices but reasonable for a hotel spa. The beach outside the resort was lovely and good for paddling. There were plenty of lounge chairs on the beach. The lounge chairs around the pool were almost sufficient if you wanted a shady spot. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Nusa Dua. We organized a 3-day event, and Ariani was absolutely AMAZING, we couldn’t have done it without her! Huge shoutout to all the team members who supported us throughout our stay (HireMeFair by Aspen Experience). Baju was incredible during our events, Mr. Donna truly saved the day, and a special thank-you to Era and Marco from Banquets for their fantastic support. Also, on Tuesday, October 28th, there was another team member whose name I unfortunately missed, she was amazing as well and made a big difference in our experience. It’s a truly authentic Balinese resort, absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of F&B venues to choose from. We also attended the BBQ fire show, which had a great ambiance and added a special touch to our stay. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable!

We loved staying here. The staff were wonderful. They were always helpful, friendly and respectful. We enjoyed the massages and the spa area. The facilities were great especially the pool and the deck chairs on the beach under the trees. It was good to be able to go to one of five restaurants at the resort and the breakfast array was amazing. We loved the traditional Balinese aspects of the resort and the wonderful gardens. Just had 8 nights inc Palace Club here. The staff were amazing. Warm hospitable and genuinely happy people. The Palace Club service was impeccable and the best within the hotel. Miss Miss and her lovely team were a joy to see every day. Accommodations very clean and comfortable. Dining was amazing. Always of a high standard. And squirrel watching became a great past time while lazing by the fantastic pools. We will be back!!!

Stayed here for our anniversary with connecting room for the kids. Room amenities was OK, air-conditioning unit could have been better. Bottled water might not be enough on a sunny day. Bed and pillows are great. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Nusa Dua, and conveniently boasts a beautiful clean beach nearby. The service team was exceptional - fantastic and incredibly accommodating. The place is beautifully decorated, featuring the iconic Bali gate, and it would make an ideal setting for seaside weddings. However, the breakfast buffet lacked some key traditional Indonesian local delicacies, focusing more on western choices. But despite that, overall our experience was excellent!

An absolutely spectacular resort and complex - expansive, well maintained gardens with peacocks and local wildlife. Tidy beach, excellent variety in food choices at very reasonable prices. Kids club was extremely friendly and well attended. Highly recommend booking Palace Club access - this was definitely a superior breakfast (the main buffet is huge, well supplied but busy and chaotic feeling) and cocktail hour is delightful. A truely relaxing place to be, and exceptionally friendly staff. Sauna and cold plunge pool was a delightful luxury. Thank you so much, we will definitely return!

Excellent experience. The staff were outstanding. Each was very friendly and professional. Too many to name, but every single team member from arrival to departure made us feel very welcome. |Due to our Accor status, we were upgraded to the Palace Room, for those who prefer a quieter environment for breakfast, plus evening canapés and cocktails. The team working there are very kind and courteous and looked after us so well. The room was a good size. Air con worked well and bed was comfortable. Towels and amenities were good. The beach is beautiful and clean, very swimmable at high tide. The pools are clean and not too warm. The gym is recently upgraded with new equipment, and cold enough for a good workout. The grounds of the resort are beautiful. We will be back.
