We had a memorable stay at Nustar Resort! The reception area was adequate and check in was quuck. We were then billeted to our room which had a great view!!! The room was spacious with ample natural light which livened up my mood! Waking up to the Cebu City view on one side and the sea on the other side was a good start of the day. My children loved swimming in their pool and spending time in the bathtub 😁 Everything was clean and service was impeccable! Thanks to our butler who made sure we truly enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was at Fili, the puto maya and sikwate was lovely! Hope they open their own restaurant. I bet that would make the experience more memorable! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely come back!

I love this resort. Very clean and well kept. Outstanding staffs. Lots of stores to explore and most importantly lots of options for scrumptious cravings. I love their buffet very generous selections. Can't wait to be back!

Our experience in Nustar is overall best. The room was luxurios. But the only issue is, if your looking for a beach, then this hotel is not suitable for you. Since they dont have any beach to swim. Go to Mactan resorts or southern Cebu resorts.

I’ve stayed at Nustar Hotel many times, especially for nearby running events. I love its luxurious, relaxing atmosphere, elegant interiors, impressive amenities, and, most of all, the welcoming staff.||During my recent visit, Duty Manager Owen ensured every instruction I provided was followed, and I appreciated the late check-out which allowed me to rest longer and enjoy a soothing bathtub soak after each run.||The room felt like a true sanctuary. The bed was soft with a supportive mattress, perfectly arranged pillows, crisp high-thread-count sheets, and a plush comforter. The staff went above and beyond by arranging the bed before bedtime and placing slippers on the floor and a mat at the side of the bed, adding thoughtful touches. The room was quiet and climate-controlled, with a subtle linen scent that enhanced the luxury. I slept deeply and woke refreshed.||The modern, spacious room with stunning views is delightful. I particularly enjoy soaking in the bathtub with a seaview, watching boats and the CCLex Bridge, perfect for unwinding after a run. The hotel’s scented crystal salts, paired with my own Epsom salts, ease tired muscles.||A sincere thanks to Nathaniel at the front desk for the warm, welcoming vibe, and to Ice for promptly addressing my inquiries and contributing to a pleasant stay. Check-in was smooth and stress-free.||This is the hotel I’ll always choose and would happily recommend to friends and family visiting Cebu.

The NuStar Hotel Resort and Casino is top-notch. Rooms are clean and spacious with all the amenities of a world class hotel/resort. The staff are very efficient and very courteous at all times. ||The Concierge (Jake & Jam) were very helpful with the arrangements for our shuttle back to Mactan Airport. ||The people in the Front Desk, Duane, was very efficient and very enthusiastic in making sure that our room preferences were met. He made the checking-in process smooth and stress free.||Btw, in the many times that my wife and I have taken holiday breaks in Cebu, our NuStar experience has brought it to a higher level. |I could safely add that they have the BEST BREAKFAST BUFFET we have ever had!||Thank you, Nustar!

Room is very clean, minimalist and modern. Very good view. All pools are good too and kids friendly. Enjoued the breakfast too. Very fairly priced.
