We had an excellent dining experience at Texas Roadhouse! The food was delicious — from the ribs set and sirloin steak to the refreshing drinks, everything was cooked perfectly and served hot. What truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service provided by Ms. Summer. She was very dynamic, attentive, and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her energy and friendliness added so much to the overall experience. Highly recommend this branch, and we will definitely be coming back! -James

We had never been to the Philippines and flying during a severe depression opong threw us out. Grace and all the staff sorted us out , arranged a van to pick us up at the airport. Really amazed at how the staff treat their guests, very courteous and warm. The Fili cafe is the best buffet dinner I’ve ever had , that in itself was worth the stay . Gets busy in the weekend , a lot of tourists. Very handy if you want a few days to have a gamble at the casino. The Chinese hot pot was a highlight , a real experience. I’m sure we will be back as it’s only a 3.5hour direct flight from Thailand , but only has this flight late nights early morning with Cebu Air Friday and Mondays. Don’t think I’d like to stop over at Manila airport again ! 😅 our short break was amazing and we highly recommend the Nustar tower . Can’t fault the hospitality 🙏🏻 thank you

This hotel should be listed at six stars. I was here for five nights. The location, the facilities, architecture, and interior design is beyond reproach. The rooms were very eloquent.||The location is perfect because it’s near the airport, but it’s also near Cebu for any tours and visiting the city. ||The hotel staff is the magic that makes the hotel so wonderful. Every employee encounter was a wonderful experience. Some of the stand outs was when I was checking in with Owen, getting valuable and information from Kristine, and the hospitality of Butler Jan was really top-notch, as was Head Butler Mitchell, Nicky and Renie. I also appreciated duty manager Jill making sure everything is OK with my departure transportation. With the nature of my solo trip I had the opportunity to spend time executive lounge at various time of the day. I really believe the manager of the executive lounge should be commended for the personnel who are assigned there because they are above average in every way. The kindness, hospitality, professionalism of Jane, Leah, Kim, Elena, Leona, and Daniel is that the highest standard. Each of these employees exemplify the art of hospitality. As a guest I felt very privileged to have such amazing service. In fact, I also heard other guests commenting amongst themselves about what the wonderful service they were receiving. ||I will always be loyal to the Nustar brand after my interaction with Duty Manager Cheryl Lee and I will be hotels number one ambassador because of Ms Lee’s assistance in making arrangements for my arrival. Ms. Lee reached out to me a few days before my arrival to see if there was anything she could do to assist. As it turned out I had some logistic complications with my arrival, but she was able to address all of those issues far and beyond what I ever imagined. This is why this hotel should be listed a six star hotel because it is definitely a cut above. ||It is evident that the executive management of Nustar has assembled an All-Star team.

We stayed at Nustar Resort and Casino for our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a wonderful experience! Quendelyn at the front desk gave us such a warm welcome and made check-in smooth and pleasant. Christian, the bartender, crafted amazing drinks and made our evenings extra special with his friendly service. Their genuine hospitality made our celebration memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a perfect getaway!

I enjoy the Casino very much. However I wish their marketing was a little clearer. When I checked the website at first months ago, I was to the understanding it was still under construction and not open. Someone told me while talking one day they are open and I have been Twice in a week. Both times visiting Texas Roadhouse (great steak btw) and my wife and I have enjoyed playing in the Casino very much. However I have not stayed at the Hotel. But I am sure it is nice.

Since day one of visiting Fili Lobby, everything has remained consistently excellent — from the food and drinks to the outstanding service.||The servers here are incredibly kind and humble. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. I’m so glad to have met Bea, Brian, Cristy, and JM — they are truly exceptional in every aspect, especially when it comes to service.||The food is always delicious, just as we’ve come to expect. It’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back — along with the warm ambiance and, most of all, the impeccable service.||We deeply appreciate the hard work and teamwork of the entire staff. Fili Lobby truly has one of the best teams around. We’ll definitely be returning again and again.

I recently dined at Fili Cafe. I have to admit, it was an incredible experience. From Filipino favorites to other cuisines, the range of dishes was impressive. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Thanks to Reyson, Jealson, and Sharina. Plates were cleared quickly, and they made sure our drinks were always refilled. |Also, thanks to Romeo and Kathleen for assisting us.||Anyone searching for wonderful cuisine and nice service definitely check out this buffet. I will most certainly return soon!
