NUSTAR Resort & Casino

I enjoy the Casino very much. However I wish their marketing was a little clearer. When I checked the website at first months ago, I was to the understanding it was still under construction and not open. Someone told me while talking one day they are open and I have been Twice in a week. Both times visiting Texas Roadhouse (great steak btw) and my wife and I have enjoyed playing in the Casino very much. However I have not stayed at the Hotel. But I am sure it is nice.

I recently dined at Fili Cafe. I have to admit, it was an incredible experience. From Filipino favorites to other cuisines, the range of dishes was impressive. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Thanks to Reyson, Jealson, and Sharina. Plates were cleared quickly, and they made sure our drinks were always refilled. |Also, thanks to Romeo and Kathleen for assisting us.||Anyone searching for wonderful cuisine and nice service definitely check out this buffet. I will most certainly return soon!

Huge thanks to the NU Star team, most especially to Sir Earl of front desk and Manager Grace. You’ve really made our short stay worthwhile. There may be a few bumps at first, but sir earl made sure that all will be settled for our comfort. A very satisfying and relaxing stay! Since day one of visiting Fili Lobby, everything has remained consistently excellent — from the food and drinks to the outstanding service.||The servers here are incredibly kind and humble. They don’t just treat you like a guest; they make you feel like family. I’m so glad to have met Bea, Brian, Cristy, and JM — they are truly exceptional in every aspect, especially when it comes to service.||The food is always delicious, just as we’ve come to expect. It’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back — along with the warm ambiance and, most of all, the impeccable service.||We deeply appreciate the hard work and teamwork of the entire staff. Fili Lobby truly has one of the best teams around. We’ll definitely be returning again and again.

Attending PMAP at NU Star Resort and Casino has been an exceptional experience. The venue is simply magnificent—an impressive hotel that offers the perfect setting for large-scale events. Sophisticated and vibrant, it's truly the ideal backdrop for a prestigious gathering.

I stayed at the newly-opened Nustar Hotel in Cebu, and my stay was so much more than I expected of a hotel in the "ultra luxury" segment (as advertised). Their lobby and room are impressively nice and modern, but what impressed me the most was their personalised service, with their totally pleasant, professional, and accommodating staff. One staff from the frontdesk named Owen went out of his way to make sure that my daughter and I were well taken care of - down to the littlest detail of our stay. That great service gave me enough reason to book another stay at Nustar Hotel. Thank you, Owen, and your wonderful staff. 5-star review all the way! :)

I truly enjoyed the food at Texas Roadhouse, especially the ribeye steak and their complimentary bread — so soft and delicious! A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Rhea for her excellent service. She was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. Her outstanding service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We really appreciated both the amazing food and her hospitality.

The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly, always smiling and kind. I really like the rooms; they're clean, quiet, and comfortable. The swimming pool is definitely a highlight! I truly enjoyed my swim time, especially with the stunning view of the sea and the city. What stands out the most is the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff. They made the whole experience even better.
