Location of the hotel is bang on the middle of Mendoza, hard to beat not gonna lie. The service was super nice and very attentive to all aspects of our stay so much so that they almost didn't even want to do my laundry and recommended a place around the corner because they thought it was cheaper. In all fairness I washed more than 12 items or 5kg of clothes for about $12 which I thought was not too expensive. The only drawback were the rooms - they felt old, the beds a bit noisy but overall very clean. Be careful of the locking mechanism to the doors as they can remain open if you don't pay close attention. I do recommend the hotel for it's proximity to city center, cleanness and service.

I was in a single room the size of a shoe box on the corner where the traffic moves all day and night. Could not sleep both days. The staff are super efficient some friendly others just efficient The parking and location was great. The breakfast was okay, nothing special, coffee tasted awful. If you stay try requesting a room away from the road and you’ll enjoy your stay. Unfortunately because I got the worst spot in the hotel for noise I have to be honest and award only 2 stars.

We had a great 4 night stay. Staff was very polite and assisted us with any requests. Clean and comfortable rooms with great high speed wifi. Nice pool and walking distance to the restaurants.

Busy but not noisy! clean,well maintained for Argentine standards,very nice terrace in the back with swimming pool(surprisingly cleaned everyday)large enough with multiple loungers & tables.Breakfast was good and sufficient.Large lobby with cable tv & big pool table.Rooms are large enough,small bathroom but good hot water shower.Good large bed and quiet sleep even if facing street.Staff very nice & accomodating,most speak enough english(rare in Argentina)and will trying to make your stay enjoyable.wi-fi ok in room,lobby but not good on terrrace outside.FANTASTIC LOCATION;SECONDS AWAY FROM MAIN PLAZA(INDEPENDANCE SQUARE,big fountain but not working for cleaning statues ,will not be functioning for many months;big job,slow moving,did not see any clening in 5 days)supermarkets close,pedestrian street also,restaurants as well.All in all good choice in Mendoza,been to worse for same price.

No frills and no "personality", but a good bed and bathroom, and helpful staff. The breakfast was decent, but they did not replenish the hot part of the breakfast even though it was empty with an hour still to go. I found a hair in the sink, which was not mine, but apart from that the hotel served me well for a short stay in Mendoza. The location is very good, near Plaza Independecia.

Old hotel in need of an update but, all in all found it to be very comfortable place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location near a large park in the centre of the city. Nearby we found great restaurants and good shopping. Maybe we got lucky as our bed seemed to be new and we had new fresh towels.

Decent hotel. Nothing fancy though. Staff was very helpful. Good breakfast spread. Central location in Mendoza. We used it as a base before heading for acancagoa climb and on our way back as well. Would probably stay there again.

To be fair, this should have been a 4.5 stars review. Mainly because the facilities could use a little work. Location: GREAT. Right on the center of the city. Employees: Very very nice people. It was a pleasure dealing with them. One of them (Rodrigo) returned a wallet he found on the hall from my friend. This is not common in Argentina, so it's worth mentioning. Rooms: Just ok. Beds are ok. Pillows are not. Bathrooms are ok. Showers lack pressure. Breakfasts: Ok. They have fruit, which is essential for me. In terms of price/quality ratio, it's a great deal.
