It’s my first time trying Dubai chocolate, it was really good, they have some many flavors of nuts, chocolates and gummies. They have spin wheel when you buy over $50, get free gift. Friendly staff

I love this place for the Dubai chocolate strawberries! The peanut assortment is big and amazing. The boss is super friendly and always open to help me find what I’m looking for.

I asked the representative in the store at the time, in which I did not get a name unfortunately, whether the dried cranberries have any added sugars. I wasn’t going to ask as I thought to myself this might be a silly question but tried anyway. The representative said “No, there are no added sugars”, and I took their word for it and got my chosen item. Later on which I looked at the label, which silly me for not looking, the cranberries literally said SUGARED cranberries. Very disappointing. Again, I could’ve looked but also the representatives shouldn’t share false information.

This is a small store with a variety of nuts, chocolate and sweet flavors! What I most like is the trending Japanese mango & lemon ice cream!

This place has reopened and they moved from downstairs to upstairs right outside the food court. They have always had boys work here who barely could speak English and are not helpful at all. But turns out ever since reopening they have FINALLY HIRED a young girl who can SPEAK ENGLISH and is super nice and friendly!!! So when I went this weekend I expected the same. But turns out this girl was there who is very sweet and nice and I mentioned to her I wanted to purchase a gift for my father's bday and I had asked her for some advice and she mentioned she was new but she still helped me throughout the entire time to find the right gift. I never look forward to coming to this place but turns out I want to come here all the time as long as the girl is there. I went back to tell her how much my father loved the gift yesterday evening but she wasn't there. This place is great for gifts and ofc dubai chocolate. It is expensive but for the first time I felt like it was worth it because of the customer service.

Came here on a weekend to try their Dubai strawberry cup and it did not disappoint. There was a small like for it when I got there and there were people outside filming the worker making each cup. They strawberries tasted fresh and the chocolate and pistachio cream were warm and sweet to contrast the slight tartness of the strawberries. The toasted kanafi added a nice crunchy element to the cup and balanced the sweetness. Everything worked together so well. My only complaint was this was not cheap. I think it came out to a little over $19 with tax. I'd say it's a must try if you love Dubai chocolate and strawberries. Just wish it was cheaper.

The nut factory sells more than just nuts, they have a variety of chocolates , candies , gummies , etc. I go there when I need a sweet afternoon treat. On this occasion , I went in to try the viral Dubai chocolate and let me tell you, it was amazing! The vendor did tell me I'd be going back for me but I didn't believe her lol However , the packaging is close to none and the price tag is unnecessary , at $20 a bar, you'd think it would look nice but no . Anyway, it's worth the hype, go give it a try !

Disgusting place, when I got home there was insects in my food! Not to mention their baklava is bought and resold lol! What a joke! Terrible service and customer service. I'll never come back here.

This is at the Menlo Park Mall . They roast nuts with many flavors making a nut livers paradise to taste try and buy . We headed straight for the jumbo peanuts . Latha almost jumbo sized Salted and unsalted varieties are very good. Cashews both sweet and salted , savory spiced macadamia and almost all nuts are fresh and have a unique flavor twist. Dates both plain and stuffed with nuts are fresh and authentic. Candies dry fruits and they have a lot to offer . Take your time to browse taste and get your favorite pick . Their tahini halwa is supposed to be a thing but didn't appeal to my palate . It's not an inexpensive place and you shouldn't expect good quality nuts and dry fruits to be either.

The smell of warm roasted nuts was enough to draw us into this delicious smelling store. With all types of nuts that were salted, sugar, and plain with samples to try. Worth a look.

This place shouldn't exist. I saw baklavas and decided to buy some. I walked up to the cashier who did not acknowledge my presence while diddling on her phone. After standing there for a good 30 seconds, I asked about the baklavas in an effort to get her attention even though I'm literally standing right in front of her. She very obviously knew I was there since she responded to me without looking up from her phone. Wtf?! I stood there for another minute, waiting to get rung up, ready to explode on this ignoramus, but the only reason I didn't was because I had to wait for my wife to get back from the bathroom anyway. I couldn't believe this c*nt was seriously prioritizing texting on her phone while a customer with merchandise was waiting to get rung up! I should've just walked because the story doesn't get any better. Take a look at the photos I've attached. Their BAKLAVAS ARE REBRANDED FROM THE SWEET HOUSE IN CLIFTON, NJ AND THEY SCREW YOU WITH THE INSANE MARKUP. They price gouge customers by selling them 200% more than the cost of the same exact product that you can get at Patel Brothers. It's another reseller for Sweet House so there's sure to be a markup but at least they charge fairly AND DON'T REPLACE THE LABELS WITH THEIR OWN. Don't make the same mistake I made. I don't know which is worse: the whack service, whack prices, or dishonesty. Nuts Factory doesn't even deserve deez nuts.

Newly opened shop in Menlo Park mall. It was actually a delight to see this shop. One of a kind in this mall. They have so many varsities of nuts . Peanut , cashew , pista and many more . Tried pepper cashew , curry cashew , and few other varieties. I didn't like the curry flavor . Was a bit soggy . Pepper cashew was good... I also liked the dates in front . A bit expensive though . Overall a good experience ..

I am a big time fan of nuts factory. I normally go to the one in menlo park. Today I tried this new chocolate which wS full of seeds and nuts. OMG it was soooo good. Apart from chocolate they have variety of nuts and this time I got turkish pistachios. They are good for desserts. Do visit nuts factory. Amazing store of nuts, chocolate, candies and a lot more.

Their sugar free chocolates were good! we went to get the viral Dubai chocolate but they were out of stock! They asked me to fill a form which they couldn't print because they were out of ink! So they asked me to come another day just to fill the form!

I walked in here today for the first time in months. The sweets are always good. But the customer service isn't lol. They used to allow sampling and now they don't. They had small little hidden signs saying "no sampling". I walked past here a few times in the past week and I noticed people sampling. So today I assumed I could too. Than someone comes out belittling me shaky "no sampling! It's right there!" And he points at a small sign. I explained I didn't know and I sat people prior in the week were sampling and I apologized for it. He continues to say "there hasn't been sampling since February! Liar! I'm the owner!" I apologized again for it again but than he says "you're not sorry. People come in here all the time doing that." He could have just nicely explained rather than he'll g at me. So be careful coming in here or he'll say you're stealing when you sincerely didn't realize. I paid for what I did and left. Never again will I step foot into this location.

The counter associate is not friendly at all!!Just a friendly smile May allow customers to buy products! Mgmt should train her CRM skills!! Products seem to be ok.

Nuts tasted a bit stale and I just realized I was overcharged. I bought pistachios and cashews that were both 9.99 per pound but was charged 14.98 per pound. Will NEVER be back there again.
