I have dealt with many different Demo and various construction companies in the five boros and none were as good and efficient as NYC Demo. I dealt with Nathan who come down to my site within 24 hours of reaching out and got a quote within a few hours. There were minor changes that I needed but he stuck to his original quote. The quality of work was amazing and actually finished 2 days ahead of schedule

Not only was the quality of the work top-notch (the crew cleaned up each and every day before leaving, the place was immaculate even during heavy demo) but the owner is an honorable man who is responsive, stands by his work, and delivers! 100% would use again!
