Nyikani Camp - Central Serengeti

this is one of the best camp stay we enjoyed in serengeti.it is super nicely built and maintained, yet still you can touch the wild nature with animals nearby.||Frank, the camp manager, and the entire camp crew really made our 3 nights unforgettable with their warm and sincere hospitality. The chef, Manboleo (hope i spelled right) also went his way to adjusy menu to serve our appetite. ||We really appreciate everyone!

It’s a magical place overlooking the Serengeti. It’s not a fancy place, but a glamping adventure. The tents are very clean, bed comfy, and we had plenty of hot water for a showers. The staff was outstanding. Everyone wanted to make sure you were enjoying yourself. And the food was excellent. You will love this place

One of the most aesthetic places we stayed and very impressive production for an accommodation that moves with the seasons, which by itself is such an interesting feature of a stay here. The food was very tasty and more Western in preparation than other places we stayed. Also unique to them was them serving us soup and dessert at the table and only the main entrees being buffet. |The tent and bathroom were spacious, very nicely decorated, true glamping experience. There is also a lovely balcony in each tent with great views that unfortunately we did not get to enjoy too much, would love to come back and spend longer at this accommodation.

What a great place to stay, in the heart of nature. The location and outlook is amazing. The staff were so attentive, welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was great. The showers were entertaining - they heat the water and deliver it to your tent - a bucket shower. We didn’t want to leave. We stayed at 5 different lodgings during our stay in Tanzania including 2 Serena properties. This camp was our favorite stay of all. The tent was very spacious and clean with a wonderful view of the valley. The food here and at the Nyikani migration camp was the best of our trip (their soups are fantastic). All staff were very friendly with particular shouts out to Jubilate and Mike. We loved the morning coffee delivery that included wonderful shortbread.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Camp Nyikani in Central Serengeti. Our driver/guide, Frank, was committed and effective in showing us an amazing array and number of animals. Our cabin/tent was private, clean and efficient, with a wonderful view of the savanna. What also stood out was the genuine and warm hospitality of all staff and team members.

Nyikani Migration Camp was the first real tent camp we have ever stayed in. The facility was incredible and the food was first rate! the staff were wonderful - extremely friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome every moment we were there.||The safari experiences we had were incredible, in no small part due to our amazing driver/tracker Lazaro. We saw things, thanks to his intuition and experience, that you don't even see in the National Geographic documentaries! Lazaro is an absolute gem and Nyikani is very blessed to have him as a driver/tracker. We can't say enough about what a kind, helpful, knowledgeable, experienced and intuitive person he is. We will always think of him as a part of our family now! We had an amazing time here for our honeymoon! All of the staff were very kind and generous, the food was incredible every day, and the views were gorgeous. The room itself was interesting, very cozy and high functioning with outlets, warm water for shower, and a patio with nature in your backyard. We had giraffes come very close! Feel sad we only stayed for two nights while visiting the serengeti, but we definitely want to come back and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
