We had the most wonderful stay! The Heaven Suite truly lives up to its name — the mattress and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The restaurant was fantastic, the drinks were absolutely delicious, and the whole place has such a great, welcoming atmosphere. The location is super convenient, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my sisters felt taken care of every moment. Thank you all so much — you made our trip truly special!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, and all the furniture and facilities felt brand-new. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere of the hotel made me feel relaxed from the moment I arrived. Great stay atvthe Nyx. Room was large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Restaurant was busy but they did have a few Christmas bookings but I was still able to get a table. Friendly service throughout the hotel. Centrally located. Definitely will return when I revisit Warsaw in Summer.

The room was amazing , and really beautiful. The room had many windows and a beautiful view. The bathroom was really aesthetic and the shower was really big. Very great room and location experience. Their service was polite and informative although we asked for refill of our room water bottles and it never came and we even reminded the other girl that brought us our food order but still it never came. The rooftop bar is amazing, and has an incredible view of all of Warsaw city center.

Everything was fantastic and especially the view from high-floor suites. I had to deal with just one issue: the temperature in the room. I finally did not manage to increase it - even with the assistance of two staff members, but I would definitely visit it again.

The hotel is well located. Close to palace of culture and złote teracy and central railwaystation and so easy to reach. They have a good bar and resto and a terrace with beautiful view. The meat at the restaurant was not of my taste but service was good and friendly. The room was very confortqble and with coffee machine . A good place to stay for business or leisure with good budget.

Excellent place for a week stay, nice gym and breakfast. It’s great for working specially if your office is close, and it’s also for after hours working as it offers very comfortable rooms and stable internet connection. Would definitely stay again.
