NYX Hotel Warsaw

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall I feel it is absolutely not worth the money. The hotel does not provide parking for its guests (only paid options). The room had no slippers, no bathrobe, and not even a shoehorn. Upon check-in, an amount equal to one night’s stay was blocked on my card, and it has still not been returned. I also requested a receipt; the reception staff promised to send it to my email, but I never received it. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its central location, and if you are lucky with the floor, you may have a nice view from the window. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is slightly out of the centre but it’s an easy enough journey to get to central Warsaw. The staff are all friendly and helpful and we were able to check into our room 3 hours before check in which was helpful. The room was great and had a good view of the skyline. The price was reasonable for 2 nights and we’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay with family! We took the Heaven Suite and really enjoyed it. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but definitely one of the best 4-star hotels in Warsaw.

The room was amazing , and really beautiful. The room had many windows and a beautiful view. The bathroom was really aesthetic and the shower was really big. Very great room and location experience. Their service was polite and informative although we asked for refill of our room water bottles and it never came and we even reminded the other girl that brought us our food order but still it never came. The rooftop bar is amazing, and has an incredible view of all of Warsaw city center.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. This was our third time here, with the previous two visits in 2023. However, we noticed some changes compared to two years ago. Back then, the staff seemed friendlier, and all the dishes in the dining area were in perfect condition, whereas now a significant number of plates and cups are chipped. The check-in time is quite late at 3:00 PM, and unlike in 2023, there is no possibility for early check-in, even for an additional fee. Breakfast also finishes very early — it would be much better if it were extended until 12:00 noon. Not everyone is traveling for business; when on vacation, you don’t want to wake up to an alarm clock. We also wanted to take some photos at the rooftop bar but found it impossible due to the lack of available space. There were many outside visitors whose presence in such numbers made it difficult for hotel guests to enjoy the area. In the room, the housekeeping team placed coffee capsules in the machine only once — on the day of our arrival — despite our six-night stay. The hotel itself is still very nice, and we have many fond memories from our stays here, but the difference over two years is noticeable. We truly hope it does not turn into a pretentious place indifferent to guests’ requests.

This hotel is located in the station area, approximately 5 to 7 minutes walk from the station. From there, you can walk to most of the sites. The room is clean and modern with a modern bathroom, right shower. There is a copy machine and espresso. There is a cool rooftop bar. The breakfast was large and plentiful. They have quite a funky elevator, interesting.

This is a modern hotel but the room layout is exceptionally poor. The bathroom opens into the bed area. You will definitely wake your partner in the night if you need use the bathroom. The hotel is located close to Warsaw Central station which is useful for travelling between cities but not close to the old and new towns. There also are not many restaurants nearby.
