Céu was a great place to stay in Boipeba! It is a bit of a hike up a hill. Consider hiring someone at the dock when you arrive to help with luggage for R$15-20 per bag if bringing lots of bags or large luggage, as the uneven and sandy path is not suitable for roller bags. However, once you get there it's more than worth it. Getting to/from the downtown is a 7-10min walk, and the nearest beaches are about just a little more.
The staff is friendly and attentive, and can offer suggestions about places to eat, things to do, or even provide contacts to organize boat trips and day excursions. There were some English speaking staff members for those who don't speak Portuguese.
The food, juices, and cocktails are all great; take advantage of the high quality (unlimited) free breakfast from 8-10am if staying here. The menu isn't big, but everything was very tasty and the ingredients are high quality.
The rooms all have a large private balcony with a table, chairs, hammock, and ocean views. Some rooms are a bit larger and even have a bathtub on the balcony as they are situated in a way you can't be seem from the balconies (though there is a shower inside all rooms too).
It is a great place to watch the sunset and people often come up for drinks/dinner around that time, so if you are staying here during the busy season and plan to have dinner then make sure to reserve a table. The property only has 6 rooms, but the bar and restaurant are not limited to guests.
There were only a few small improvements we would have wished for the rooms: more space for clothing with hangers, and some screens on the windows and balcony door so they can left open for a breeze without letting mosquitos in (there is a mosquito net around the beds though). But these did not ruin our stay by any means.
